The music was too loud for me personally. But that's a matter of taste. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Pre-ordered 4 pizzas for 7 p.m., delivered on time, but unfortunately totally cold and one pizza was missing the mushrooms. Given the prices you would expect more...

Nice atmosphere, pizzas very large and filling. Plus point for the children's menu and the associated painting supplies. Unfortunately, the loud music makes the whole thing seem a bit overstimulated.

I've eaten here many times now and it's always been a great experience! Especially the pizza maker Mo is really good. His pizza tastes really great and he really cares about making his guests happy! I really enjoy coming back and will hopefully get my pizza baked by Mo again🥰

Our family dinner was ruined! We had to wait over 1 hour and 30 minutes and were not even considered. Several guest groups of 6 or more were seated within 15-30 minutes, even though we had already waited much longer. These guests did not have a reservation, which they themselves confirmed to us. Instead of being treated fairly, we were obviously disadvantaged by the employee in charge. After we politely asked her about it, she became rude and offered us to leave the store instead. This behavior is disrespectful and completely unacceptable. L’Osteria needs to know who the employee is. The incident occurred on February 1, 2025 between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. We expect an immediate response and an explanation as to how this unfair treatment could have occurred.

I can only report a very negative experience at Losteria. My visit there was extremely disappointing. The two of us were treated condescendingly and felt discriminated against. We had to wait for over an hour while other customers who came after us were given priority even though we were there before them. When we asked these customers, we found out that none of them had a reservation and were still accepted before us. The rude lady who “served” us (blonde hair, glasses) sent another employee to us after I asked why we weren’t being served. As she walked past, she kept eye contact with me the entire time and deliberately ignored us while giving priority to serving other customers. To make matters worse, she kicked us out afterwards! This behavior was not only noticed by us, but also by other customers who were also surprised. When other customers noticed their behavior, they immediately left the store. This is unacceptable and should not occur in customer service. I therefore cannot recommend this company at all. Impudence!

A L'Osteria like you know from everywhere. System catering with not the best quality but obviously fresh ingredients and a cozy atmosphere that looks the same in every city. The staff are nice and the pizzas are quite good with the fun extra that they are huge. It's also good that, given the size of the pizzas, you can top them with two different ingredients (each half) and it's a fair price. You can always spend nice evenings here, but without culinary highlights.

The food is very good - I would love to come back. Unfortunately it is very loud there, of course because of the many guests, but then the music is turned up even louder, so you have to talk even louder. Even at lunchtime.

We were here with a fairly large group of about 10 people. The atmosphere here was very nice and the restaurant was well attended. The food was delicious. I had an appetizer plate, a pizza and dessert. Everything was OK up to this point. BUT.. We had a very young waitress who was unfriendly from the start. She was already annoyed with the first orders. When it came to choosing the food later, this was noticed even more by her and that's where the first comment came (when a colleague reversed and adjusted his meal) that yes, just make the whole thing even more chaotic than it is. .. She probably thought we hadn't heard that. Then drinks didn't come for 30 minutes despite several requests. While clearing up, she stood at a point at the table and asked for the plates to be handed to her and when her colleague didn't respond, she left in annoyance and said: Oh, I don't give a damn now. CONCLUSION: If you can ignore the stroppy staff and enjoy delicious food, you've come to the right place. I've never experienced anything like this before... Especially not in the Osteria chain

Ordered pizza twice. Pre-ordered at 6:00 p.m. for 8:00 p.m. Pizza arrived at 8:30pm and was cold. Unfortunately, the anchovies were also missing from the pizza. Next time somewhere else, that was nothing...

We have already ordered for delivery several times. Today the goat's cheese was forgotten in a salad. After a short notice in the restaurant, a new salad was delivered immediately and within a short period of time, as well as an additional dessert as an apology. Very great response from the service, mistakes can happen! Only the pizzas could be a little warmer, but that is certainly due to the high volume of orders, especially on weekends. We would be happy to order again.

Disappointing and disgraceful My daughter (13) was eating at L'Osteria with her dance group and paid for her pizza margarita and a coke (around 20 euros) with a 50 euro note. The waitress said she had to get change, but didn't come back! Since my daughter is so young, she didn't dare say anything. The incident was only reported to the group leader by me after she told it at home. She asked the pizzeria several times, but there was no reasonable answer. They then asked for an email, which was sent by the group leader. We were promised that we would be sent a voucher - but this never arrived either. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Exploiting children and then not taking any responsibility is both unprofessional and morally questionable. The incident happened at the end of August and we tried to get a statement or at least a voucher there until October, unfortunately without success.

Food was tasty, service unfortunately not good. Unfortunately, we had to draw attention to ourselves several times and ended up having to wait an hour (!) before we could pay.

The ambience is okay, a bit cool in some places, the service is attentive and quick. The pizzas are oversized and there are no suitable plates here. If you made them smaller, it would be okay too. When it comes to taste, there is much more to it

The pasta was my absolute star of the evening! The cheese was so creamy and flavorful that I wanted to order another portion. The ambience and the company of my colleagues rounded off the taste experience perfectly. The ambience was great too, I will definitely come back!

This evening we were in the "Osteria" with 9 people. First the good: all the pizzas and salads were delicious, the concept of sharing pizza toppings on request is great. The service was very friendly and helpful. However, it was difficult to understand them because the music was too loud and drowned out all the conversations. The restaurant advertises a “cozy atmosphere that is ideal for a relaxed meal with family and friends…” (Speisekarte.de). Well, it really wasn't relaxing - it was simply far too loud for a conversation at the table. We weren't the only ones who felt that way. Our request for a slight reduction in the volume could not be complied with because the volume of the music was “part of the concept”. A strange concept that makes conversations over dinner difficult or even impossible. Too bad.

Excellent location, fresh and very tasty food, fast service. The restaurant is very busy, the staff could not give more personal attention to the customer. Small parking lot, you will have to park nearby.

Our pizza eaters were very satisfied, the pasta friends would have liked slightly larger portions. But everyone tasted great.

We had to wait 25 minutes for a free table, even though it was supposed to only take 10-15 minutes. We were then told that we had 70 minutes and then we had to leave because new guests were supposed to use the table. When our food was brought, we still had 35 minutes to eat before we were supposed to leave the table. Unfortunately there was no time for dessert. The waitress cleared away my friends' cutlery 15 minutes before the end, even though I was still eating. At the beginning we were also delivered the wrong food, which meant we lost time overall and the entire visit was rather stressful... Furthermore, no thanks were given for the tip (at least €5). This restaurant visit was - unexpectedly - no fun and we will not go there again in the future. :(

The pizzas are very huge and I can eat them for two days at a time. I think it's great that you can put different toppings on each side of a pizza. They taste delicious every time! Unfortunately, I always find it very loud there. Added to this is the service, which is friendly, but has often mixed up orders and had to ask several times what was ordered. Dishes were also sometimes delivered very late or incorrectly. Last time we waited over an hour for our first drinks. The dessert is huge and very tasty.

Great restaurants, everything I've eaten so far has tasted good. The size of the pizzas is legendary and for us there is always enough for two people. So recommended!

Typical of a Saturday evening, it was packed as expected. But it didn't detract from the service or the delicious food. On the contrary, the staff tried very hard to do justice to everything and did so successfully. So if you also want to enjoy the delicious food, reserve a table well in advance. So you don't have to expect any waiting time. For those who have trouble making decisions 😅🤭 You can/may (it's specifically on the menu, as a tip) put together one of two different pizzas. As you can see in the pictures, I had ½ "Tonno" and extra pepperoni and the other ½ "Vegetariana". I can only recommend🤩

Never order there again, I ordered pizza after work and have been waiting here for 20 minutes (I'm still standing there) that needs to be organized more... unfortunately I paid, otherwise I would leave. And the lady at the checkout was very rude and unfriendly

The four of us reserved a table and it worked well. We then ordered food relatively quickly. Bruschetta as a starter and pizzas as a main course. I had to wait 50 (!) minutes alone for the bruschetta, the table next to us (6 people) came 30 minutes later than us and received the food before us! When we asked when our food would arrive, it was made clear to us that we had been forgotten. Pizza was really overly large, cold quickly and very dry. We then received a small free dessert as “compensation”. We actually wanted to order a chocolate soufflé, but the oven for it was already on display (1 1/2 hours before closing time). Conclusion for us: No recommendation and no coming back.

Delicious food. Much too crowded at peak times, as experienced now, much too loud and much too long of a wait for the food. Tables were so narrow, like in a mass processing area, that we felt uncomfortable.

Ingredients missing, 2 olives on an olive pizza. Food came after an hour. Starter was forgotten. Our daughter's pasta (she wanted spaghetti) came long after our meal and then it was the wrong pasta. When asked if there was a price reduction, the manager simply said no. We will avoid this store

The ambience was okay but the Italian music was too loud. Barking dog, children playing, noise like a fairground. The service seems disorganized, there are waiters everywhere but no clear structure can be seen. We had to wait for food, but the neighboring tables complained and said they had waited an hour for their pizza. The food was okay, huge pizza with a dry crust, the toppings were good. Price performance is not right in my opinion.

So far only good things have been heard, we were there during the week, it was very dark, the music was extremely loud, it was impossible to have a conversation or place your order without shouting... the employee came quickly with the cards and then didn't let himself be seen at first. .. when the order finally went through!! A very tasteless lasagna came, pasta with beef fillet, this had 3 tiny pieces of meat, pizza as mentioned very dry, reminded me of a large sandwich wrap... Unfortunately, 2 of them hadn't finished their portion, they were supposed to be taken away, the employee had placed the served items from the table on top of the food to be taken away, including the cutlery across the way... he should probably be trained again!!!!!! No second visit planned!

The children's portions are very small. The music is way too loud and the lasagna portion, as you can see in the photo, is a joke. We were very disappointed.

We had booked a table but this was irrelevant. It was a Monday and there seemed to be a skeleton staff. Very pleasant, however. The pizzas were very tasty, but offputtingly huge - definitely a place for people with enormous appetites . Not somewhere for the more discerning!

Food, service all good. The pizza is top, but the pasta dishes can vary. Prices are okay. The place is quite nice but the music volume sometimes reminds you of a disco. It's okay after a certain time, but not at 6 p.m. if you want to eat and chat in peace.

It was my first time there, I had actually only heard good things, but today I was proven wrong... I was shocked when I saw how big the pizzas were and thought it was very over the top. I ordered a prosciutto crudo pizza with extra rocula. At first I was looking forward to it, but was quickly disappointed. The pizza dough was very dry, even if it is nice and thin it is possible that the dough does not have to be completely dry and I find the fact that it is a vegan dough to be a bad excuse. The tomato sauce from the pizza was very tasteless and simple, which had nothing to do with a pizza tomato sauce for me. Maybe use more spices and salt and pepper, that can help and a big portion of delicious food can also be added in 8 mm. Then you don't have to tell me that it's system gastro and that you stick to recipes, but you should still prepare your food deliciously! I realize that I ordered extra arugula, but having a whole garden of arugula on it was more than well intentioned. The bottom line for me is: if the prosciutto crudo hadn't been on it, I could have eaten a piece of cardboard. Dough dry, sauce path and pizza way too big!!! It's a shame, that was just nothing and for me it was the last time I ate there. There are still a few better pizza shops in Oldenburg.

Without a doubt, a great pizza and the other dishes have always tasted good to me as a frequent guest and "pick-up person". Today I wanted to use the online offer, but couldn't get to the website (page not accessible, response time too long). The only response to my telephone inquiry was that the offer was only available if ordered online. When we asked on site, we were told “the website works for us, it must be on your cell phone”. Good service looks different to me.

Good morning! I've eaten at L'Oisteria twice now. Right off the bat I should probably say that I'm not a huge pizza fan and they are the store's specialty. I ordered the pasta both times. They tasted pretty good the first time, but the portion was ridiculously small compared to the price. I definitely wasn't full. In addition, there was food on the floor in the restaurant itself throughout the entire stay and not being put away. The restaurant was quite full, but there still could have been time for that. The second time I ordered the pasta again (as I said, not a pizza fan and there was a lack of viable alternatives). This time it was takeout. If I previously advised against the pasta, all I can say is that eating pasta outside the home is grossly negligent. The small portion of pasta was not only not at all filling (and that should actually be the case for over €13), but also totally soggy and completely overcooked. The next time friends want to order from this place, I'll grab a package of pasta from the supermarket and slap pesto on it. It tastes better and fills me up. Disappointing!

Typical L'Osteria with delicious food and drinks. Great atmosphere, great outdoor seating. Unfortunately, the service wasn't really up to scratch and something was always missing. But good 4 stars.

I was at L'Osteria in Oldenburg for the first time for my grandson's 18th birthday and definitely not the last time. There were a few more people of us, young and old, and we had a great place. The little ones were able to move around without any worries and were happy to take part. Even us adults had plenty of space to get up and have a chat. The food, especially the giant pizza is very impressive, was wonderful and came surprisingly quickly and almost at the same time. We really liked the atmosphere in the old, modernly renovated post office. My grandchildren especially liked the gummy bear bags at the entrance. A wonderful place to eat well and relax at the same time. The friendly staff of course contributes to this positive atmosphere. You should park in the Schloßhöfen high-rise car park. The adjacent outdoor parking spaces have now become quite expensive. Positive, in a good mood and relaxed, I was able to devote myself to real life again.

Very satisfied overall. The pizza is very recommendable, large and tasty 😊. Small children are given a coloring surface and pencils and are kept busy for a while.

It is incomprehensible to me that if it is company policy to bake oversized pizzas that they are not served on appropriate plates. I can't think of anything positive about it if the pizza protrudes 5 cm all around and you don't know how to cut it without causing an accident. We recently spent an evening at Losteria Pizzeria and overall it was a mixed experience. Ambiance and Atmosphere: The ambience of the Losteria is really pleasant and invites you to have a cozy family meal. The decor is rustic but friendly, which we really liked. Unfortunately, the background noise was very loud, making it difficult to have a normal conversation. This was particularly disturbing for a family dinner. Eat: The pizzas were absolutely delicious and impressively large. Each of us was happy with our selection and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The quality and taste of the pizzas are definitely a highlight of L'osteria. Customer service: The staff was consistently friendly and attentive. It is a young team that strives to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. However, we had to wait a relatively long time for our food. Price-performance ratio: The prices are fair and absolutely reasonable considering the size of the pizzas. We felt like we got a good deal for our money. Conclusion: The Losteria Pizzeria offers a pleasant atmosphere and delicious, large pizzas at fair prices. The friendly customer service is another plus point. However, guests should be prepared for a quite loud atmosphere and possible waiting times. Overall we had a lovely evening, but there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of noise levels and speed of service.

We had lunch here and easily got a seat even without booking in advance. The drinks and food came extremely quickly. The pizzas are huge here. The portion size of my salad was also generous. I think it's a bit of a shame that a little bread isn't served with the salad, as is often the case. The prices are reasonable considering the very large portions.

Fits perfectly with Oldenburg. More appearance than reality, as has been the case for a long time in this now aloof city. And that’s what a native of Oldenburg says. Unfortunately, my partner and I were greeted there in an incredibly unfriendly way. Of course, as a couple, we don't take a larger table, we don't need to be told that. But that's probably due to today's society, as everyone thinks they can do whatever they want. After briefly studying the menu, which was written in very small letters, and no longer paying any attention to us, we decided to leave. Even that went unnoticed. And if you think we're snotty or unfriendly, I'm afraid I have to disappoint you. We have both been in the service industry for 35 years. And we know how to behave accordingly. In short, this location is history for us.

The most beautiful L'Osteria that I was able to get to know: I've already been to Langenfeld, Münster, Cologne, Dormagen, but here the concept is really cool and implemented best! And the pizza was somehow better than usual: not so dry, because I've had different experiences before. And the gnocchi are a dream... Ciao ragazzi

Ordered two pizzas and one pasta. The food was good and tasty so far, but... the portion size of the noodles was certainly good for a child, but a small starter for a full-grown person. Reordering with a salad to fill you up was a laugh. For €6.95, some lettuce, a radish, half a tomato... is that fair?! The young man who led us to the table was very nice and funny, but our waitress spoke very poor German, which made a reasonable conversation impossible. A pity!

This was our fourth time here and it's always good.

How can you forget the main ingredient on vegan pizza.

Pretty disappointing! I was there with 10 people to celebrate my birthday, the food was delicious, although not everything came at the same time, things were often forgotten, the cocktails tasted more like water than something else, service was very, very bad, empty plates or glasses were not taken away vacated, waiters only came after a long request and were very unfriendly, they even rolled their eyes when you wanted to order something, so not much was consumed and they didn't get any tips. Very sad because you want to have a nice time and the staff there just make the time unpleasant.

We got two large salami pizzas. We were served nicely, but there were sometimes problems with communication, or at least I had the feeling. After a shopping tour with the boys, we went out for pizza, which was huge and delicious. The atmosphere is very aesthetic and the service (Lina) was very friendly and attentive. Only the puzzle on the children's card was a bit easy (M18). All in all it was a nice experience :)

Wir hatten extra einen Tisch reserviert, jedoch hat dies nicht geholfen. Wir konnten noch Getränke und Essen bestellen, dann jedoch geriet alles ins Stocken. Eins der Getränke fehlte, zweimal mussten wir darauf hinweisen, bevor es kam. Da war die Vorspeise schon lange durch. Das Hauptgericht kam gar nicht. Auch hier zwei Kellner, zweimal nachfragen, bevor sich heraus stellte, der Kellner hat gewechselt und irgendwie war dabei unsere Bestellung verloren gegangen. Sehr ärgerlich, denn wir wollten noch zu einem anderen Termin. Es kam eine lapidare Entschuldigung, aber nix weiter. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und werden es bestimmt nicht weiter empfehlen.

L'Osteria is a great chain. It's really nice, especially if you're in the mood for pizza. Only the salami was really of poor quality. But that's the only thing.

Disrespectful, cheeky, I felt very uncomfortable. My order was wrong. I informed the waitress. When my second pizza was ready, the pizza maker personally brought it to the table. He ran to me and shouted that I should express myself more clearly... This goes to the baker with the long hair: "Is it still okay?" Who are you to talk to me like that?! Do you know how unpleasant something like that is? Everyone stared at me like I had done something bad! He constantly looked at me from the kitchen with such a cheeky look just because my order was wrong, so often that I no longer had any appetite. My goodness, if you don't feel like working, why not look for another job? Then the pizza was packed for me - who knows what you did with it?! I saw clearly that you wanted to pack it personally, even though the waitress wanted to do that. Shame on you to treat customers like that! I'm happy to give tips but you definitely haven't earned a cent. Just one piece of advice from me: FIND ANOTHER JOB!
