Very nice. The food tasted very good. Praise to the kitchen. Cozy. Right in the pedestrian zone.

Clear recommendation to visit the Chianti Classico. The pizza tastes incredibly good, the base is not too thick, and the perfect amount of toppings. Service can be improved, but the atmosphere is great: rustic, cozy, crooked, ancient wooden beams. Great value for money.

The service seems unfriendly. The food is an absolute joke (example: canned mushrooms on an antipasti plate) and even the simplest dishes (I had a pasta with vegetables ) had no pizzazz. The price-performance ratio is therefore completely out of balance. The waitress also seems fundamentally uninterested and, despite everything being obvious, denies serving pre-mixed Aperol Spritz (in my opinion, pre-mixes are unfeasible for Italian restaurants). The shed, located in the middle of Oldenburg city, seems like a tourist trap to me. Really bad.

I have known Chianti Classico since I was little and for me this restaurant is the embodiment of Italian cuisine in the heart of Oldenburg. Delicious Italian food in a very special atmosphere (specialist restaurant, cozy interior, very friendly service). Personally, I'm not in the country for very long for work reasons, but when I am I come here regularly. It's almost a tradition 😁

A beautiful restaurant with very nice service

We were there for the first time today, it was super tasty, the service was very friendly and attentive and there was nothing else to complain about. We'd love to come back. I can't understand the bad reviews. And it's not okay to complain afterwards, why not clarify it right away? Unfortunately it's a bit hidden, which is why we never discovered it before.

The place is really bad now. My husband and I used to enjoy eating here, but recently the service and quality have completely declined. The service staff is really unfriendly and makes you feel unwelcome. There are broken placemats and dirty beer mats on the tables. The decoration was completely dusty, music from the charts was playing that didn't fit the atmosphere and there were fruit flies in the vinegar bottles. When the side salad was served, the plate was completely dirty and when I pointed this out, the reaction was rather annoyed. When I ordered a second drink, they forgot about it even though the place was almost empty. The store also smelled strongly of chlorine. Unfortunately, the food wasn't convincing at all. Prepared quickly and carelessly and quite expensive.

After two years I thought I would try the store again. For a long time the shop wasn't that bad, especially since it was very cozy and the food was okay. Two years ago I was disappointed. But today was the peak. The food, spaghetti, was just a mess, the sauce was indefinable and the absolute highlight: I was charged 2.5 euros for the little bit of parmesan, which is free at every other real Italian restaurant. Sorry guys, that's it, have fun

The host responds to the wishes of his guests when it comes to portion size. The courtyard is cozy. Scallopine Marsala very delicate with a generous portion of sauce.

We were there spontaneously, at short notice and late at night with a large group (10 people) and were still able to get a table in the beer garden. The service was great and the food was very tasty.

I had an appetizer plate that was very good. The waiter really attentive. Great ambience. I would come back.

Very tasty food and a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, you sit upstairs a bit confused and the service staff don't come by regularly. So it's not particularly suitable for a lunch break with limited time. But always delicious.

Cozy restaurant, very tasty food and drinks. Unfortunately, the only waiter tried hard to serve the full restaurant. Therefore full marks for service despite long waiting times.

I had the Tagliatelle ai Gamberetti. The food was okay. Not exceptionally good, but not bad either. The ambience seemed a bit run down to me, especially the sanitary facilities. Not so inviting for me personally. I didn't find the service to be very friendly. We probably won't come back again.

It went like this… we were there for our first wedding anniversary because our friends recommended something “special” to us. Since I am Sicilian myself, it was a good idea. Unfortunately there was no trace of Sicily here. When the drinks came the waitress asked who was getting the beer. I have to say that I am very pregnant, which is clearly visible and she wasn't kidding, she just didn't see it, which I found very inattentive. Then I saw that there was dishwashing liquid residue in my drink because it was on the edge foamed. Also rather unfortunate. Food was ok. We ordered baked white cheese as a starter and a pasta plate for two people as the main course, which consisted of different types of pasta with the appropriate sauce. The pasta consisted of cream and more cream and a bit of bolognese. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything Italian here either. The waitress put the food in front of us without explaining what it was. I then asked. She answered annoyed, and I noticed that the waitress couldn't pronounce the dishes correctly and I found that so unpleasant and embarrassing. We still tipped five euros. The fact that she said thank you was almost too much. All in all, we felt very unwelcome and unfortunately we can't make any recommendations here, other than the prices are very cheap. But that also reflects the quality of the food.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant. The fried potatoes were swimming in oil, the fries were wide pieces of potato, lukewarm and mushy, not baked properly and there were lots of chunks of potato peeling on them. The outside of the schnitzel was quite crispy, it cracked when chewed and the inside of the meat looked gray. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it. The tables were in a backyard and there were big cobwebs hanging everywhere. The prices don't match the food. Overpriced for the food.

Eating is always a matter of taste, in itself it is good. We had various dishes from lasagne, pizza to chicken breast with fries. The latter convinced us. Pizza not entirely convincing to our taste but decent. The store is hidden between shops but has a great courtyard. Since it is so hidden, most people must love the food there too, so no one gets lost there looking for something to enjoy

Nice restaurant with a beautiful courtyard. This is how you get out of the hustle and bustle. We had Jägerschnitzel. Food was freshly prepared. Service was very attentive. At the end there was a delicious schnapps on the house. We will be back definitely

The Chianti Classico is a rustic place. The restaurant extends over two floors, on the second of which everything feels crooked and crooked - as befits an old half-timbered house. It suits the restaurant. The service was very good, nice and interested in whether everything was really OK. The food was good. The salad, although it may seem a bit expensive, is very good and relatively huge. The price-performance ratio is right. The pizza was good.

Unfortunately, service wasn't friendly, so there was no tip.

Pepper steak (29.99) was very, very good, fresh peppercorns, tender meat, fried potatoes are fried potatoes, I would have liked a little more onion but it was still good. The orange was fresh and the parsley was super fresh, very, very good. I haven't eaten fresh parsley in a while. My girlfriend had a Pizza Funghi, the cheese was well drawn and the edge was crispy Together we had a garlic bread that was okay, it was missing some oil and garlic but it was good.

It was again super tasty. Great, friendly service! We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful building, cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Unfortunately there was no food at all... Beer was at room temperature, pasta definitely didn't taste homemade and the pizza was very salty and completely soggy on the bottom.

I gave each 5 stars because they are deserved in each category. There is still room for improvement, but God save us from perfection. The service is attentive, friendly and fast, the atmosphere is very cozy and unobtrusively charming, the food is very tasty and the prices are reasonable. I just like this restaurant, everyone is super nice

His best days are behind him. Food is rather unimaginative, prices are rather low, but overall nothing is convincing here. If there is no menu hanging in front of the restaurant, then you should be suspicious.

We were there on Saturday evening, didn't have a reservation and still got a table. (Thanks for that) The food was good, the service was nice and courteous despite the house being full, and the ambience was rustic but really nice. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is no longer recommended. Service and food have deteriorated greatly and prices have increased. So everything around no longer fits together.

We had fish, pasta and salads. All are made to perfection. Service is above par and ambiance is great. Highly recommended

Wir waren hier zu zweit nach einer Fahrradtour. Saßen draussen vor dem Haupteingang bei schönen Wetter. Die Kellnerin war nett und aufmerksam. Die Pizzen waren gut belegt. Der Teig soft und leicht knusprig. Alles in allem sehr solide Pizza! Hier kann man gerne mal hinkommen.

Mir fehlen die Worte.. Ist das Firmenpolitik, dass der Teller nur zur Hälfte gefüllt wird?! Oder lag das an der kurzhaarigen Dame die keine Lust hatte Kundschaft zu bedienen?! Ich war war ziemlich verwirrt als ich an der Kasse stand und für das Menü (bestehend aus sehr kleinem Stück Lachs, nur ein paar Pommes und 0,2 l Cola, wobei das Glas nicht bis 0,2 l gefüllt war) den vollen Preis zahlen musste, obwohl der Teller nur zur Hälfte gefüllt war. Mir verging dann der Appetit. Hungrig und ziemlich enttäuscht verließ ich nach ein paar Minuten die Location. Für den Preis wäre ich bei Mc Donalds besser bedient gewesen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Schönes gemütliches Restaurant. Das Personal war super lieb und aufmerksam. Das Essen war sehr lecker und mussten nicht lange warten. Das Lamm war sehr gut!

Uriges und gemütliches Ambiente. Leckeres und reichhaltiges Essen. Hatte lange nicht mehr eine so gute Lasagne gegessen. Der Beilagensalat war ebenfalls sehr gut. Der abschließende Cappuccino ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich komme ganz bald wieder. Leute es ist ein sehr guter Italiener. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr lecker Essen und klimatische Restaurant 😊

Nach langer Zeit haben wir es geschafft, hier ein Abendessen einzunehmen. Wir wurden freundlich bedient und die Speisen waren lecker. Die Pizza war auf den Punkt gebacken und die Muscheln wurden in einem sehr leckeren Sud serviert. Dazu das urige Ambiente. Passt. :-)

Gegessen wird im zweit ältesten Gebäude Oldenburgs. Die Karte halt besondere Gerichte für sie bereit und diese sind unglaublich lecker gezaubert. Der Garten soll auch total schön sein, in dem war ich aber noch nicht.

Das Ambiente ist urig und gemütlich. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Die Karte ist wie jeder typische Italiener zusammengestellt. Die vegetarische Pizza war riesengroß und hätte ein bisschen krosser sein dürfen. Blumenkohl war für mich eine überraschende Zutat auf einer Pizza. Geschmacklich aber sehr gut. Das Tiramisu war kein wirkliches Tiramisu. Es fehlten Kaffee und Amaretto. Der Mascarpone war extrem fest und schmeckte sehr nach Vanille. Grundsätzlich war es lecker.

Uriges Fachwerkhaus mit (steiler) Treppe. Große Auswahl an Pizzen und mediterranen Gerichten. Es hat uns allen gut geschmeckt ☺️ Leider weichen die Preise im Internet gewaltig ab, für eine Pizza muss man ca 14,- ausgeben. Da das Lokal mitten in der Fußgänger Zone liegt, sind die nächsten Parkplätze ca 5 min entfernt.

Leider waren die Gnocchi eindeutig aus der Packung. Die Soße aber sehr lecker.

Sehr ansprechender Innenhof in der Art einer italienischen Plaza aufgemacht, sehr ruhig, man glaubt kaum dass es mitten in der lebhaften Innenstadt ist. Sehr netter Service und ausgesprochen schmackhaftes Essen. Es gibt vegetarische Optionen. Uns hat es definitiv sehr gefallen und ein Wiederkommen ist garantiert.

So ein schönes kleines Restaurant in der schönsten Innenstadt mit super Essen und tollem Service! Wir gehen immer wieder gerne hin.

Essen war leider mittelmäßig, oft ungewürzt. Da könnte man sich noch auf jeden Fall verbessern. Jedoch das Ambiente ist toll und die Bedienung ist auch freundlich.

Willst du dich wie im Urlaub fühlen, geh ins Chianti Classico. Dich erwartet nicht nur sehr gutes und leckeres Essen, sondern auch eine sehr herzliche und freundliche Begrüßung...es ist einfach wie nach Hause kommen. Ich war vor ca 25 Jahren das erste Mal als junge Frau dort und hab den Weg dorthin nie vergessen. Das beste Restaurant was ich kenne. Preis /Leistung 100 %. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Super leckeres Essen. Wir waren mit Hund da und man war so lieb, brachte Wasser und war ganz vorsichtig und schaute immer, wo er lag. Trotz der Auslastung kam das Essen schnell. Wir haben lange gesessen und den Abend genossen!

Achtung an alle: Nordsee hat keine Beilagen mehr! Sie portionieren nicht Mal halb voll. Außerdem Fisch and Chips ist nicht Fisch Nuggets! Bei Lieferungen kann man es ja machen!

Das Nordseerestaurant in den Schlosshöfen in Oldenburg weist einen mangelhaften Service auf! Man steht sehr lange und wartet, dass das gestresst und unfreundlich wirkende Personal überhaupt bereit ist, die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Wenig kundenorientiert, eher genervt, nehmen sie die Bestellung dann auf. Das recht enge Lokal wirkt ungepflegt, Lampen flackern oder gehen gar nicht, die Tische sind nicht gewischt und auch auf dem Boden liegen Krümel vom Essen. Die Qualität der Mahlzeit steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis! In der Geschirrrückgabe stapelt sich das Geschirr... also eher nicht zu empfehlen.

wir machten einen kleinen mittagimbiss. die auswahl war nicht so wie im nordsee-restaurant daher auch nur imbiss. wir waren mit dem fisch sehr zu frieden und er wurde frisch zubereitet. bedienung sehr nett und sauber. kommen auf die schnelle gerne wieder mal rein.

Neben leckeren und frisch zubereiteten Fischgerichten im Restaurant können ebenso leckere Snack (Fischbrötchen etc.) zum Mitnehmen erworben werden. Dort wird ebnfalls eine große Auswahl an Fisch zum Außerhausverkauf angeboten.

Relativ ungemütlich. Das Essen war leider nicht so gut wie erwartet, is(s)t aber ja bekanntlich eine Geschmacksfrage daher will ich das nicht so genau bewerten. Die Toiletten riechen leider extrem fies, da ist jede Raststätte netter. Die Damen waren leider neutral freundlich. Nicht unfreundlich aber man fühlte sich auch nicht wie ein gern gesehener Gast. Mein Salatdressing sollte gemacht werden, habe ich aber nie erhalten. Trocken schmeckt es nicht so. Alles in allem: ich wurde satt, Coupons klappten problemlos, aber ich werde wohl sobald kein Restaurant der Nordseekette wieder aufsuchen. Reicht erst mal.

Bis vor ein paar Jahren lagen die Speiseangebote fertig in der Auslage. Dies wurde geändert und sie werden jetzt frisch zubereitet. Für einen Imbiss ist es ok. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich gewesen. Die Pommes zu Fish & Ships hätten einen Moment mehr im Fett sein dürfen. Die Brötchen mit Soßen waren ein wenig durchgeweicht. Mal kann ich hier essen, aber nicht ständig.

Pamiętając wizytę w Nordsee jakiś czas temu w Lipsku,gdzie potrawy serwowane w tej sieci restauracji były bardzo smaczne,świeżo przygotowane postanowiłam tym razem wejść do tej restauracji ,lecz w Oldenburgu.Wystrój raczej typowo barowy,ale i tak najważniejsze jest to co się je.Zamówiliśmy z partnerem dwa dania na miejscu ze smażonymi rybami w roli głównej.Ryby były świeżo usmażone,smaczne ,jednak dodatki - ziemniaki smażone ( niesmaczne,gdyż leżą długo w bemarze ),sałatka ( marna ,a sos do niej okropny ).Napewno już drugi raz tam nie wrócimy,a szkoda ....
