Yesterday, on our way back to Bad Arolsen, we spontaneously stopped for a bite to eat. The menu had an extremely large selection. It made me skeptical. We ordered: Pasta with tomato sauce for our daughter Fried artichoke hearts Bruschetta Pizza Romana (mushrooms + ham) Large salad plate The service was super friendly, very courteous, and very quick. You could really say that's a definite plus here. Unfortunately, the food and the ambiance here are way behind. The bruschetta and the artichoke hearts were quite decent, although the arugula in the bruschetta came without any dressing and was very dry. The artichoke hearts were also okay, but served on a somewhat lackluster side salad of iceberg lettuce. The other dishes were edible, but not worthy of Italian cuisine. The tomato sauce for the pasta was quite sour and didn't seem homemade. The mushrooms on the pizza were canned, and the ham was sliced ​​quite thickly. The only thing worth mentioning here is the crust. The salad plate was a pile of individual items (iceberg lettuce, white beans, and canned asparagus). There was no dressing. Instead, it was served with pizza bread and three mayonnaise-like spreads in small containers from the 90s that had nothing to do with dressing. Unfortunately, these sauces all seemed like ready-made products. Since we were there spontaneously, we sat upstairs in the gallery by the window. The seating has seen better days, the floor isn't particularly nice (weird old laminate), the curtains looked dirty (especially the curtain rods), and the decorations scattered around (trophies, figurines) could have been easily removed. Overall, a renovation would do the place a world of good. We paid a total of €55 for two adults and a toddler. Which is fine in itself. But I would have preferred to spend €70 and have had better food and a nicer atmosphere. Overall, I unfortunately can't recommend the restaurant at this time.

A well defined Italian restaurant in Melbourne. The waiters are very attentive to customer. They would try all the best to accommodate your needs amd diahes. We went there for a group of colleagues amd everyone rightfully emjoyed their diahes. Although I am not that femilier with Italian diahes, but items was taste. I ordered an extra coffee at the end of my dinner. When requested the server to bring my addon bill, he politely said that it was on the house. That was a surprise welcome. 🙂😊

Authentic and traditional Italian restaurant but projected into the future with a menu with attention to the smallest details and above all the atmosphere is very welcoming and there is also a lot of knowledge and dedication for the wines, truly a great place to have an evening, one of my favourites.

A really good Italian. We ate there for the first time today and everything was really good. Starting with the super friendly service, through delicious bruschetta as a starter, to the main courses (meat, pizza, salad), which everyone in our group really enjoyed. We had to wait a little longer for the food, but the waiting time was bridged by free pizza bread. You don't experience something like that every day. So everything was great in this pizzeria, we would love to come back.

Italian restaurant run by Italians. Wonderful family. They made me feel at home. Super dishes, quality raw materials. A special compliment also to the chefs (all Italian). The children are exceptional. .

Great, actually a real Italian :) Unfortunately, the front area smells strongly of a pizza bakery - the clothes have to go in the wash afterwards ;-)

Reserviert für 4 Personen, wollten wir gemeinsam essen. Erst wurde eine Bestellung serviert, dann zwei weitere, zuletzt, nach 5 Minuten (vom Personal angekündigt) die bestellte Pizza Scampi. Diese war eine Katastrophe. Teig dick und matschig, Belag ausgesprochen dünn, kaum Tomate, wenige Scampis, lediglich eine Spur von Käse. ABER, auch der Rand alles andere als knusprig, aber verbrannte Blasen. Auf unsere Beschwerde war die Antwort, warum haben Sie das nicht gleich gesagt, dann hätten wir eine neue Pizza angeboten. HALLO, kann man hier nicht gleich was vernünftiges anbieten? Oder war das ein Test was geht? Der Objektivität sei geschuldet, dass die drei Schnitzelchen mit Pfeffersoße gut und ohne Mangel waren. Aber wie gesagt, wir wollten gemeinsam, zur gleichen Zeit, essen. Wolfgang

We were 7 people for lunch. .I ate sole which wasn't on the menu ..but in the end the bill came to €35
