Service ziemlich überfordert weil alleine. Der Küchenjunge hat ausgeholfen und das Essen zum Tisch gebracht. Das ist ja grundsätzlich löblich, 👍aber beim nächsten Mal bitte in sauberer Kleidung - sehr unappetitlicher Anblick 👎 Rinderstreifen auf dem Salat leider kalt, wir haben dort schon besser gegessen.

Der Service war, obwohl nicht viel los war unaufmerksam und musste mehrmals gerufen werden. Die Pasta war nicht gut. Nudeln waren vorgekocht und nicht frisch zubereitet. Der Speck bestand nur aus Fett. Dafür einen Preis in Höhe von 17,90 € zu verlangen ist wirklich unverschämt. Positiv ist die Lage. Dafür gibt es einen Punkt mehr.

Ein rundum gelungener italienischer Abend im Isoletta in Bad Homburg! 🇮🇹✨ Super leckeres Essen, großartige Stimmung und ein ausgesprochen herzlicher Service. Die Chefin, der Chef und das gesamte Team waren unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Eigentlich ein netter Laden aber der Service war unterirdisch, extrem langsam obwohl nur wenige Tische besetzt waren, bestellter Salat kam gar nicht, auch nicht auf Nachfrage, nach dem Essen kam keiner mehr um zu fragen, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten und zum Schluss stand besagter Salat trotzdem noch auf der Rechnung. Das Essen war lecker aber m.E. passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Wirklich schade.

Ein toller Abend nicht nur für uns, sondern auch für unsere Fellnasen. Unsere Hunde haben eine extra Decke bekommen. Ansonsten was das Essen wie immer spitze.

Ich war neulich Abends zu zweit in der Isoletta. Ich hatte die Raviolini mit der Honig Senf Sauce und davor einen Isoletta Salat. Es war hervorragend. Die Sauce mit dem knusprigen Brot dann noch vom Teller zu "kratzen" war das Highlight. Es hat einfach nur köstlich geschmeckt. Die Pinsa meines Kollegen war fluffig und lecker. Der Nachtisch durfte auch nicht fehlen, einmal Tiramisu und ein Profiterol, dazu ein Espresso und alles war rund. Der Kellner, ich glaube Salvatore, war super nett und durch seiner italienischen Art fühlte man sich in den Urlaub nach Italien versetzt. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und schick und unser Tisch am Fenster war absolut perfekt. Danke für den schönen Abend, gern bald wieder!

Hatte ein schönes Geburtstagsessen dort, mit geschmücktem Tisch, netter Bedienung und gutem Essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren vor Kurzem hier essen und hatten leider eine eher durchwachsene Erfahrung. Positiv vorweg: Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön und das Restaurant wirkt insgesamt gemütlich und einladend. Beim Essen selbst war es dann allerdings eher mittelmäßig. Es war in Ordnung, aber geschmacklich nichts Besonderes und insgesamt eher Durchschnitt. Deutlich störender war der Service bzw. die Organisation. Der Kellner war zwar freundlich, hat jedoch zunächst vergessen, unsere Bestellung in die Küche weiterzugeben. Dadurch hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis das Essen überhaupt kam. Auch danach lief alles recht langsam – selbst auf die Rechnung mussten wir am Ende noch einmal etwa 14 Minuten warten. Schade, denn mit etwas besser abgestimmtem Service könnte der Besuch deutlich angenehmer sein

Ein rundum wunderbarer Abend im Isoletta in Bad Homburg. Schon die Vorspeisenplatte war ein echtes Highlight – vielfältig, frisch und mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Das Rinderfilet mit Beilagen war perfekt zubereitet und auf den Punkt gegart. Besonders begeistert hat uns auch die Pasta mit Trüffel – einfach unglaublich aromatisch und köstlich. Dazu ein sehr aufmerksamer und herzlicher Service sowie ein schönes, stilvolles Ambiente. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!“

Wir waren heute das zweite Mal im Isoletta in Bad Homburg. Ich bin regelmäßig in anderen Isolettas. Sowas wie heute ist mir noch nie passiert. Wir warteten erstmal 17 Minuten bis wir die Karte bekommen haben, die haben wir aber nur auf Nachfrage erhalten. Nachdem wir dann endlich bestellt haben, verging eine weitere Ewigkeit. Dann kam das Essen und die Getränke waren noch nicht da. Der Kellner wollte das Essen abstellen, als wir nach den Getränken fragten, nahm er das Essen wieder mit. Er kam mit dem Essen und den Getränken, leider war das Essen dann schon kalt. Leider für uns heute ein enttäuschender Besuch. Es war generell im Restaurant sehr viel trubel.

Waren seit langem mal wieder dort gewesen, Krankheitsbedingt eine längere Zeit leider nicht gekonnt. Am Freitag Abend hatten wir ein Tisch bestellt, da ja eigentlich Freitag abends das Restaurant gut besucht ist. Wir kamen dort hin, und müssen sagen, waren die einzigen im Restaurant. Neues Service Personal, leider nicht motiviert. Hatten unsere Getränke bekommen, und naja was soll ich sagen, die Flasche wurde aus dem Kühlschrank geholt, war mit Staub überseht. Uns so eingeschrenkt und auf den Tisch gestellt. Keine Reaktion, nichts. Essen war nur ok, beide die gleiche Speise bestellt. Ein Teller war viel weniger als der andere. Beim Nachtisch, eine Frage hatten, wurde genervt mit Augenrollen geantwortet. Wir waren dort besseres gewohnt, dann auf der Rechnung gesehen, andere Name(Besitzer) . Schade, das sich sowas negativ entwickelt hat. Das war meine erste Bewertung vor 1,5 Jahren.: Wir waren jetzt schon öfters hier gewesen. Jedesmal ein schönes Erlebnis. Personal ist sehr nett, sympathisch, höflich und für jeden Spass zu haben. Das Essen ist sehr sehr lecker. Mal fühlt sich einfach willkommen fast wie zu Hause. Werden auf jedenfall, noch öfters herkommen. Bleibt so wie Ihr seit. Einfach nur Klasse.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr im Isoletta in Bad Homburg und waren damals wirklich begeistert. Umso größer war die Vorfreude, als wir es endlich wieder dorthin geschafft haben. Leider wurden wir dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht. Schon bei den Getränken fing es an. Statt einer frischen Limette war eine getrocknete Limettenscheibe im Glas, die eher aussah wie eine Deko vom Weihnachtskranz. Das wirkte leider überhaupt nicht lecker . Mein Brotteller war ölig und offensichtlich nicht richtig sauber. Das hinterlässt natürlich keinen guten ersten Eindruck. Bei der Bruschetta war der rundherum drapierte Rucola bereits welk und nicht mehr frisch. Wir bestellten anschließend Pinsa mit Extras wie Pilzen und Knoblauch. Leider waren die extra bestellten Zutaten auf keiner der Pinsas zu finden. Als wir den Kellner darauf ansprachen, kam lediglich ein knappes „Ja, der Kollege halt“. Eine wirkliche Lösung oder Entschuldigung blieb aus. Zum Schluss bekamen wir ungefragt die Dessertkarte, obwohl wir eigentlich schon zahlen wollten. Weitere Getränke wurden uns zuvor auch nicht mehr angeboten. Insgesamt war der Abend leider wirklich furchtbar und in keiner Weise vergleichbar mit unserem ersten Besuch. Sehr schade, denn wir hatten uns wirklich darauf gefreut.

Sind heute Abend essen dort gewesen. Super Stimmung 😃 gut schmeckende Büffel Mozzarella Pizza 🍕. Auch meine Freundinnen haben sehr gut essen können ... Sehr freundliches Personal vor Ort toll 👍.. Super nette Kellner. Geht hin es lohnt sich

Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service!

Es ist ein neues Restaurant, das ausschließlich von Italienern geführt wird. Ich fand die Pizza etwas fad.

War heute das erste mal da essen, das Ambiente ist sehr schön, das Essen war sehr gut die Bedienung und vor allem die Chefin sehr Nett. Alles in allem ein Gutes Lokal werde jetzt öfter dort essen gehen.

Sehr freundliches Personal Leider waren unsere Gerichte (Nudeln , Salat) sehr fad ohne Geschmack Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Es zog kalt hinein, , wenn neue Leute in den Laden kamen.

War früher toll, mittlerweile aber teuer und die Portionen wurden kleiner. Außerdem war der Innenraum letztes Mal sehr kühl

Das Essen war geschmacklich gut. Jedoch ist der Preis von 18,50€ für eine Pinsa wirklich stramm. Selbst für HG Verhältnisse. Mehr als drei Sterne kann ich nicht vergeben, da es ziemlich laut im Restaurant war und mein Gast und ich uns nicht in angenehmen Ton unterhalten konnten. Raum-Teiler könnten hier vielleicht helfen. Service war freundlich.

The food tasted good. However, the price of €18.50 for a pinsa is really steep, even by HG standards. I can't give it more than three stars because it was quite noisy in the restaurant and my guest and I couldn't have a conversation. Room dividers might help. The service was friendly.

Ein wahrhaft exquisites Erlebnis! Das Isoletta hat uns mit seiner eleganten Atmosphäre und dem herausragenden Service sofort in seinen Bann gezogen. Die Speisekarte ist ein cleverer Mix aus klassischer Küche und kreativen Twists, jeder Bissen war ein Highlight. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Tagliolini mit Trüffel , Rinderfilet kombiniert mit lecker Pasta – perfekt zubereitet, mit frischen, hochwertigen Zutaten. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr professionell, das Personal kannte sich bestens mit den Gerichten aus. Die Weinempfehlungen passten wie die Faust aufs Auge. Einziges kleines Manko: die Wartezeit zwischen Gängen könnte etwas kürzer sein, aber das tat dem Gesamterlebnis keinen Abbruch. Wir haben gut gegessen: Gefüllter Oktopus und Pinsa, die Speisen waren sehr schmackhaft. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für Bad Homburg o.k. Man sollte reservieren.

Haben die Pinsa abgeholt, diese war leider nicht gut. Lieblose Herstellung, teilweise nicht durch und viel zu teuer dafür

Wir waren schon öfter bei Isoletta PMP und bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Die Pinsa war wie immer lecker, die Preise sind fair und das Ambiente ist schön und gemütlich – wirklich ein netter Laden. Heute war der Service allerdings nicht ganz so gut: Wir saßen etwas am Rand und haben erst nach ca. 30 Minuten Speisekarten bekommen. Auch beim Bestellen mussten wir uns aktiv bemerkbar machen, da kein Kellner in der Nähe war. Eigentlich hätten wir gerne noch weitere Getränke bestellt, haben es aber gelassen, weil niemand mehr vorbeikam. Am Ende sind wir dann gegangen – wirklich schade. Bitte auch die Tische berücksichtigen, die etwas abseits stehen. Dann wäre der Besuch rundum perfekt gewesen.

Peinliches Serviceverhalten! Ich war 30 Minuten vor der Tischreservierung im Restaurant, um Blumensträuße als Überraschung für meine Lebensgefährtin (Geburtstagsfeier mit Freundinnen) vorbeizubringen. Als ich den Kellner bat, die Sträuße auf dem reservierten Tisch zu platzieren, zeigte er nur auf den Tisch. Auf meine erneute Bitte kam die Antwort: „Mach’s doch selber.“ So ein Verhalten ist völlig unprofessionell und respektlos. Ich habe die Blumen schließlich selbst platziert und mich ironisch für den „netten Service“ bedankt. Für mich steht fest: In diesem Restaurant werde ich weder privat noch geschäftlich noch einmal essen gehen.

September 5, 2025. I ordered a calzone with an extra egg. It may have been forgotten in the kitchen, but it wasn't on the bill. The bill was reduced. The cassata ice cream tasted completely awful—a shame.

The food was delicious, as always, and the service was excellent. We really enjoy coming here.

Subterranean Birthday Dinner My boss invited friends for his birthday. The evening wasn't pleasant. The service was poor and unfriendly. Instead of the three appetizers he ordered, only one appetizer arrived. It took more than an hour for the main courses to be served, and no service was provided during that time. The staff made every effort to stop by our table. His conclusion: Not again for a while.

A culinary highlight in Bad Homburg! Isoletta PMP is a new experience every time! The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, and the staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands! The menu offers a great selection of Italian classics with modern touches. The pasta and fresh fish dishes are particularly recommended (the appetizer platter is amazing!!!). Everything is prepared with great attention to detail, and the quality of the ingredients is truly top-notch!

Cold food, unfriendly service, unable to accept criticism, even making fun of guests. Definitely not recommended for Bad Homburg. Expensive, with no real balance between price and value.

A pleasure both inside and out at fair prices

Nothing special and overpriced. Service was simply proletarian, and I'm not demanding. It took forever for the food to arrive. The kitchen was constantly shouting. No culture in this large and uncomfortable restaurant. You can immediately tell that there's no heart and soul in it, and that it's a major chain. Fortunately, there are cozy and honest alternatives. Never again in this trashy joint. Disgusting. We walked through the arcades to the back exit on our way out. Look at the back of the restaurant and it's simply disgusting. A huge dump. I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like.

Great location in the heart of Bad Homburg, a great interior, and the food is truly fantastic. I had the Pinsa Ciro, which I highly recommend. The homemade bread and the Isoletta oil and vinegar that you get beforehand are also delicious. Samuele served us; he was super nice and funny. Everything was perfect, thank you very much. We'll be back.

Sometimes very small portions and service with strange humor

Generally friendly service staff. But zero, zero service orientation. People rush around for a glass, the restaurant is full, no one looks around, and guests who would like to order drinks are left empty-handed. This could be much better, but above all, much more lucrative for the operator. A little training! Good service staff doesn't usually fall from the sky. The food is simple. Good, but nothing special. The mozzarella and burrata are also nothing worth eating. The prices are, as is unfortunately often the case these days, excessive. A glass of wine costs €8 when a bottle costs under €7 on the street, making it €49. Not nice! Definitely room for improvement!

Food: I had a pinsa with four different cheeses. The tomato sauce under the cheese was very good. The cheese was rich and melted perfectly. The pastry was warm and airy. The pinsa was served on a special wooden board. The boards could be swapped at some point. The pinsa was good, but it's basically nothing special. The prices are okay. Some of the drinks are a bit excessive. The staff need to explain an Aperol for almost €10. Service: Sometimes there were long waits for ordering and serving. A mistake in the topping of the pinsa wasn't even apologized for by the staff or even compensated with a treat. The staff were very cold. Atmosphere: Very nice outside and very modern and pretty inside.

The food there is really solid, and the price/performance ratio is reasonable by Bad Homburg standards. The service leaves a lot to be desired, considering it's a somewhat upscale restaurant. Some of the waiters are downright unfriendly and don't answer questions. Additionally, you only get your menu after a long wait, and paying also took half an hour, which is why I probably wouldn't visit the restaurant again. The food was quite good, nothing to complain about, although I prefer regular pizza; that's just my preference.

You have to admit that the food was incredibly tasty, unfortunately everything took a little longer, the shop was almost full but waiting over an hour for the food was a bit too long.

The food was good; I had carpaccio and homemade truffle pasta. It's not exactly a bargain, but I'm happy to pay a little more for good food. The service wasn't great (I sat there for 10 minutes before I received a menu and was about to leave). But I don't want to over-dramatize it. Pinsa is a matter of taste; I prefer classic pizza. But, well, de gustibus not...

Live music and karaoke as a bonus.

Went there for the first time today and had lunch, outstanding food! I have never eaten such a delicious pasta dish in my entire life! I asked for tortellini in cream sauce, which wasn't on the menu. As an alternative, the very nice waiter brought me a filled pasta creation with fresh ham and cream sauce that was second to none! Perfectly seasoned, beautifully prepared! It's a shame I didn't take a photo. They were filled like big noodle ravioli, served with fresh cream sauce, so delicious! In general, the service and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The food was hot and at the table very quickly. This will now be my new favorite restaurant. Ps. Even the toilets are great! Perfumes, deodorants and everything modern and extremely clean! Here you really feel comfortable in every corner 😀

The waiters are friendly and the place is very well maintained, although depending on the moment it is too noisy to be able to relax and listen to the companion. Unfortunately I couldn't have a gluten free beer or gluten free pinsa or pasta, I could only choose a salad, meat or fish. In my opinion the price for the water is really exorbitant and it came to the table open twice...unfortunately. If you have beer or pinsa gluten free we will come again.

Service is terrible. You are not served and there is talk of some problems in the kitchen. Waiter doesn't speak German. You wait here for 2 hours for your food, only to leave the store hungry and without food. I cannot recommend this store to anyone and would not support it in any way. This store ruined 6 people's evening. Thank you for that! You didn't earn any sales.

I reserved a table for two people for Valentine's Day two weeks ago and was really looking forward to the evening. However, to my great disappointment, the reservation was simply canceled on Tuesday February 11th without any prior warning or explanation - just 3 days in advance! This is an absolute disgrace! Especially considering it's a special occasion like Valentine's Day. I am really disappointed and will avoid this restaurant in the future. It seems like customer satisfaction has no value here.

We were looking forward to a lovely evening last night. The ambience is absolutely fine. The food and service were subpar. I was very annoyed and asked myself how one sells one's guests for such stupidity. Instead of the Arrabiata I ordered, I received a really carelessly prepared Aglio e Olio. It was just a huge, slapped-on mountain of noodles. Unfortunately, I lost my appetite when I saw it. I pointed out to the waiter that I had ordered an arrabiata. Just 30 seconds later he came with this same Aglio e Olio and a portion of tomato sauce on top. I asked for spiciness because this food wasn't nearly spicy. It was oily, full of garlic and a tomato sauce. The waiter said, oh, they like it spicy, went into the kitchen and came back with the plate with chopped pepperoni from the jar. It was really disgusting. And: How stupid is the guest being sold for?! Can't you expect a perfect arrabiata for 15€?! My friend got salmon with avocado. The salmon smelled fishy (yuck) and was greasy. This was immediately retracted by the waiter after it was brought to his attention. Well, you can try it. Maybe the customer will eat it! No apology, nothing. You can make fun of yourself. This is not a good and certainly not a nice restaurant. No love for his guests and good food. Disgusting. I've never been so annoyed by a restaurant!

We waited for the food for quite a long time. Pizza prosscioto was not fully cooked, mushrooms half green and soggy. The ravioli were already cold.

Once and never again, we were there on Tuesday December 17th, 2024 around 8:45 p.m., and were quickly told by a very unfriendly employee that it was full here, there was nothing left here today. I've never experienced anything like that before. Even when the store is full, always remain friendly.

I am absolutely disappointed, the prices are getting higher and the pizzas are getting smaller and smaller, the salad wasn't as ordered, the avocado was missing and it was poor and bland.

The Osteria in Bad Homburg is a truly remarkable place! The service, especially from Fabrizio, is simply outstanding. He takes time for his guests and manages to read their wishes from their eyes. This personal touch makes the visit a special experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and you immediately feel at home. The quality of the food and drinks is also first class. I can only warmly recommend the Osteria - a must for anyone who is in Bad Homburg!

Very nice restaurant, we were there for dinner with a larger group. Even though there were over ten of us, the food came at the same time. Pinsa was good, unfortunately a bit too cross.

Unfortunately a disappointment! I had ravioli with wild boar. The whole dish tasted like additives and not fresh at all!!! Absolutely outrageous for the price.

The ambience is okay, everything is good, but I think it's a shame that cold and motionless complaints are not taken seriously and I get a pointless, blunt apology because there was plastic in my food.
