Best pizzeria in town. Unfortunately, I was seriously disappointed several times with the service (I ordered takeout). There wasn't even an apology. A real shame!!! Parking is problematic.

We stopped by for dinner on a whim, and we absolutely loved it, so much so that we raved about it later. The pizza, pasta, and steak were all excellent. We absolutely recommend it, and we'll definitely be back! Best regards

The manager was very friendly, but on the phone he was disorganized and difficult to communicate with. Let's start with the pizzas: both my friends and I thought the pizza was bad. The base was soft as rubber. Furthermore, the pizza arrived uncut and didn't look freshly made. We are very sad.

A pleasant, traditional restaurant in Bad Arolsen. We've been visiting this restaurant with business associates for decades and have also hosted many private parties there. This is possible thanks to a separate, large room on the upper floor. All of our guests were impressed by the owner, Mr. Oliveri, and his team, as they always received a warm welcome and the service was flawless. The extensive selection of fine bottled wines is particularly noteworthy. This is unfortunately not the case in all restaurants.

As so often happens, I didn't get the salad I ordered. They were only supposed to leave out one ingredient. Instead, this time I also got broken glass in my salad. Sure, that's okay, but it shouldn't happen. The apology wasn't acceptable to me either. If a glass breaks in the kitchen, ALL the shards have to be found. Sorry, but I won't be going to Vecchia Roma again.

Yesterday, on our way back to Bad Arolsen, we spontaneously stopped for a bite to eat. The menu had an extremely large selection. It made me skeptical. We ordered: Pasta with tomato sauce for our daughter Fried artichoke hearts Bruschetta Pizza Romana (mushrooms + ham) Large salad plate The service was super friendly, very courteous, and very quick. You could really say that's a definite plus here. Unfortunately, the food and the ambiance here are way behind. The bruschetta and the artichoke hearts were quite decent, although the arugula in the bruschetta came without any dressing and was very dry. The artichoke hearts were also okay, but served on a somewhat lackluster side salad of iceberg lettuce. The other dishes were edible, but not worthy of Italian cuisine. The tomato sauce for the pasta was quite sour and didn't seem homemade. The mushrooms on the pizza were canned, and the ham was sliced ​​quite thickly. The only thing worth mentioning here is the crust. The salad plate was a pile of individual items (iceberg lettuce, white beans, and canned asparagus). There was no dressing. Instead, it was served with pizza bread and three mayonnaise-like spreads in small containers from the 90s that had nothing to do with dressing. Unfortunately, these sauces all seemed like ready-made products. Since we were there spontaneously, we sat upstairs in the gallery by the window. The seating has seen better days, the floor isn't particularly nice (weird old laminate), the curtains looked dirty (especially the curtain rods), and the decorations scattered around (trophies, figurines) could have been easily removed. Overall, a renovation would do the place a world of good. We paid a total of €55 for two adults and a toddler. Which is fine in itself. But I would have preferred to spend €70 and have had better food and a nicer atmosphere. Overall, I unfortunately can't recommend the restaurant at this time.

Super delicious food. Very good and courteous service without being intrusive. Definitely worth a visit. You should park at Belgian Square or nearby then you have a nice walk that isn't too long.

My favorite pizzeria! The pizzas taste fantastic and have good toppings, and I especially love the salad dressing! The local people are always very nice. The ambience is very nice in the front part, but it's ok in the back. If we lived in Arolsen, we would probably only eat pizza here every weekend. Price is reasonable for what you get, especially when you compare it to some stores in Korbach.

Very friendly and courteous staff, delicious food and they always respond to all requests. I've been eating there with my family for years and we've had Christmas parties there twice. Definitely my absolute favorite restaurant.

It's unbelievable, after visiting another restaurant in Bad Arolsen (other review) we had to order pizza again to fill up. 2 other family members and I had ordered a gyro pizza. The thought of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, delicious gyro meat, a delicious dressing and all on a delicious fresh pizza made our mouths water. What came next immediately shattered the dream of a wonderful pizza. The pizza base was black on the outside and underneath, burnt and so hard that it couldn't be cut. The edge wasn't covered at all for about 4-5 cm, just the bare dough. The salad was flat and sloppy on the pizza, some of it was already brown, definitely not fresh, the gyros, a few small, few, very very clear, black, bone-hard and dry pieces. No tomatoes, boiled eggs, onions, cucumbers or other fresh things, nothing, just wilted lettuce. The dressing for the pizza, a disgusting, tasteless, diluted, undefinable, probably yogurt dressing. This pizza was the absolute worst pizza in my life, I cut my gums on the hard edge. I felt sorry for being the first to put the dressing on the pizza and was able to warn the others in time. They then tried to salvage something with other sauces we have at home, but without success. My wife had a combination, which was also burnt from top and bottom and only tasted like that. Maybe we should just heat up a sack of charcoal soon, it's definitely cheaper. My daughter-in-law had a Hawai, here too the edge was burnt and there was 4-5 cm of no toppings. You could count the pineapple pieces on one hand. One son had spaghetti carbonara, absolutely no taste at all except the standard aroma of burnt food, you had no idea what you were actually eating. The other son had a mozzarella pizza, again with hardly any toppings, burnt and dry. This evening was very disappointing and cost a lot of money, went out to eat once, then had to order again and only bad food. Where else can you eat in Bad Arolsen without getting bad or burnt food??

As always, the food and service were great. Absolute recommendation!!!

Four of us were there on a Saturday without a reservation and were lucky that a table had just become available. The restaurant was extremely busy, but the entire staff tried very hard to ensure the guests' satisfaction. As a guest, you could only imagine the stress that everyone here might have had...Normally I'm not a fan of reviews of any kind, but here you really have to get across how great everyone is doing their job. Even when some children kept running recklessly through the room and constantly running into the feet of the waiters with their trays (question to the parents at this point: is that necessary??), the children were kindly asked to stay in their place and the parents nicely pointed out that this was dangerous. There are only positive things to say about the food itself, large portions and everything was very tasty.

The best pizza in Waldeck-Frankenberg. We also like to take a longer journey. Great ambience, fast and courteous service, tasty food. We are always thrilled and happy to be there.

Unfortunately, we and our 2 small dogs (three people) were turned away in a very shrill and unfriendly manner by a younger, nagging woman, even though the dogs were announced when we made the reservation by phone and bringing them along was considered problem-free and there were never any problems. However, dogs have been unwanted for a number of incidents. The rabidly caustic woman was also unable to calm the appeasing men in the background who were ready to find a solution - a one-off incident. We used to often enjoy staying there with our dogs because the food and service were very good. But unfortunately that's over now - a shame.

A nice clean place. The food is more than good and you will be full. The quality is great, as are the portion sizes. We were there on Saturday evening and it was very well attended. Our food still came quite quickly. We had gyro pizza with salad, galzone and pizza spaghetti. Highly recommended. All employees are friendly and polite. Keep it up.

We ordered pizza there and mine was really black as coal. I don't know how you can serve something like that to your customers. Tossed it in the trash as it was. Too bad about the money. I will definitely never eat there again

Very nice service and very tasty food. We'd love to come back again. Have been here before too. 😊 Apparently a lot of people here really like it, people were getting takeaway food every 2 minutes. We sat close to the counter, but it wasn't a problem. Many people also came to eat on site. It's worth making a reservation, but it worked at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. without it. 😅

Diese Pizzeria wird sehr gerne von Gästen besucht, sei es um bestelltes Essen abzuholen oder im Lokal zu essen und es sich gut gehen lassen ;) bitte etwas nachsichtig sein, wenn das Lokal sehr voll sein sollte. Kinder sind willkommen. - Für Gäste mit Beeinträchtigung - Kurz vorher Bescheid geben. Damit man barrierefreien Zugang hat, wird eine Rampe an die Eingangsstufe gestellt. Toilette befindet sich im Keller.

Generell ist das Essen im Restaurant gut. Zwei Dinge nach meinen letzten zwei Besuchen kann ich allerdings nicht verstehen. 1. Wenn ich ein Rumpsteak bestelle und das ist nun wirklich nicht billig, warum bekomme ich das auseinander geschnitten in Stücken, im Kreis auf dem Teller drapiert wie "eine Sonne"? Das kann man vielleicht bei Kindern machen, aber doch bitte nicht für Erwachsene. Ich möchte mein Steak gern selbst schneiden. Ansonsten war das Essen ok. 2. In der heutigen Zeit ist es in meinen Augen ein absolutes No Go, wenn Dosenpilze auf der Pizza sind. Das schmeckt einfach NICHT. Ganz zu schweigen von den bedenklichen Inhaltsstoffen in Dosenpilzen. Oliven mit Steinen auf der selbigen Pizza haben meiner Meinung nach auch nichts darauf zu suchen. Ich komme aus der Gastronomie und man spart kein Geld mit Pilzen aus der Dose. Nicht mal Zeit, denn die sind ruckzuck geschnitten! Bitte lieber Inhaber, lass das doch bitte sein. Irgendwie fehlt euch ein bisschen der Pfiff in der Zubereitung. Geht mehr mit der Zeit.

Ich kann diese Pizzeria leider nicht empfehlen. Waren am 18.11.23 dort und es war die reinste Katastrophe. Angefangen von der Bestellung , bis zum bezahlen. So eine unfreundliche Bedienung hab ich noch nie irgendwo erlebt. Essen bekommen, was man nicht wollte, Nudeln mit Pesto bestellt und Nudeln mit Meeresfrüchten bekommen. Auf den Hinweis, daß es doch Nudeln mit Pesto seien sollte und keine Meeresfrüchte, bekam ich im schroffen Ton gesagt: " Haben wir nicht " und ging einfach weg. Sowas geht garnicht. Gott sei dank gibt es noch andere Lokale , wo man auf jeden Fall besser und gut behandelt wird wie dort. Uns wird der Laden nicht wieder sehen das steht fest. Wenn alle Lokale mit ihren Kunden so umgehen würden, könnten alle dicht machen. Ich kann mich heute noch darüber aufregen und wie ich lesen konnte, waren wir auch nicht die ersten, mit denen so umgegangen wurde. Mehr sag ich dazu nicht mehr. Den Stern mußte ich leider geben, sonst kann ich es nicht Posten. Es ist somit der schlechteste Stern, den es gibt.

Wir waren enttäuscht, haben Pizza bestellt... mit Pilzen.... doch es waren nur Geschmacklose Dosenpilze auf der Pizza. Dann für den Preis. Das kann man selbst zu Hause besser machen. Auf eine Pizza gehört frisches Gemüse.

Wir waren diesmal das erste Mal enttäuscht. Essen kam erst nach langer Wartezeit, dann falsch. Es wurde kulanterweise das falsche Essen gegessen, da viel Betrieb war, hierfür wurde dann jedoch auch der etwas höhere Preis berechnet. Pizza war sehr dürftig belegt, Pizza zur Mitnahme für den Daheimgebliebenen dauerte nochmal eine halbe Stunde. Schade... Kennen wir von vorherigen Besuchen anders.

Einfallslose Darbietung der servierten Speisen. Die Schweine-Medaillons wurden in der Pilzsoße ertränkt. Nudeln waren in eine tiefen Teller geklatscht. Schade, hatten uns laut Bewertungen mehr erwartet.

Die Pizzeria besteht schon seid vielen Jahren, war schon früher mit meinen Eltern dort essen gewesen, am Geschmack hat sich nichts verändert, immer noch super lecker ,kommen gern wieder
