The restaurant tried to impress with its Italian flair – perhaps a bit too much of a good thing. The manager's wife acted in an overly theatrical Italian manner, while the chef apparently sees himself as the Caruso of chefs. Unfortunately, the food couldn't quite live up to this grand production: It was okay, but not a culinary highlight.
A real disappointment was the way the staff treated us. Having to witness the manager's wife sharply reprimanding the waiter at our table for forgetting to mention our "fine dine" voucher in time was simply unpleasant. One inevitably wonders: What would we have been served if we had known about the voucher in advance?
Conclusion: Not a total failure, but in a city like Munich, there are far more authentic and hospitable Italian alternatives.
Great Italian restaurant. I had pear and cheese pasta ==> world class. My wife had gluten-free rigatoni and minimal beef fillet cubes (max. 30-40 g). Way too old!!! The reason given was "gluten-free" - but the cook should know that such noodles need 2-3 minutes longer - unfortunately too bad. Still coming back.
It's about the price. The extra charge for gluten-free alternatives is really a disgrace. I've always loved coming here, but now a pasta dish costs €3.50 more (a whole pack of pasta doesn't even cost that much) and pizza costs almost €5 more... that's really too much and my reason for not coming anymore.
Very unfortunate and very sad. Especially since gluten-free food is usually needed because of an illness and not for fun.
Everything was incredibly delicious, as a large family that is very picky about food, we left extremely satisfied and wanted to remember and comment even weeks later.
Pizza salami, tomato soup and seafood pasta were eaten. The portions were extremely large, we had a hard time finishing it. The seafood in the pasta was very diverse and plentiful.
We also tried tiramisu but we didn't like it. We ate it just so it wouldn't go to waste. But the food was so amazing it's still 5 stars!
Great Italian restaurant with outstanding service!
The carpaccio starter was an absolute dream – tender, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The pasta was simply amazing – cooked to perfection and prepared with lots of love. All in all, a successful visit; we'll definitely be back!
Nino's is without a doubt the best Italian restaurant in Mainburg!
The dishes are always fresh, delicious, and always bring a smile to your face.
No matter what you order, it's always a hit.
The service is first-class – attentive, friendly, and always with a smile.
You simply feel well looked after here.
Tip: The Aperol Spritz is a must – perfectly paired and simply delicious!
