So I ordered two pizzas, if you can even call them pizzas... There are 100% no Italians in the kitchen 😂

When the sole complaint I have about a place is "I've had better carbonara" it's not bad - I love carbonara and get it at most Italian restaurants I go to. The risotto my friend got was also quite nice. Lovely experience, the wait staff was wonderfully pleasant about the neurodivergent kid asking for the wifi.

The Portofino is our favorite local restaurant around the corner. The bosses 😉 are very friendly, always ready to chat and very polite. We always get extra parmesan and garlic oil with our pizza. The changing weekly menu has seasonal dishes. I especially love the Spaghetti Tartufo. Definitely one of our favorite places in the neighborhood. Thank you for always welcoming us so warmly.

We ate pizza and pasta, as well as risotto and it was all excellent. Nice service, everyone was very nice and accommodating. We loved it, the food was really tasty and we will definitely come back!! :-)

It's probably quite good for ordering pizza and picking it up. It was pretty tasty and you can estimate the time you spend here. But I really have no understanding of this appetizer platter for 4 people. We were expecting to get 5-6 specialties, maybe a bit of Vitello Tanato, maybe a bit of Carprese or a bit of ham. We got a strange bunch of loud things. The way it is served is absolutely unappetizing and unfortunately the eye also eats it. By the way, we entered the restaurant shortly after 5 p.m. when it was still pretty empty. Nevertheless, we waited over an hour for this appetizer platter and then another 20-25 minutes for the main course (which was also wrong with two people at the table). So it's a bit strange when the store is actually empty.

We waited very long time that waiter comes for order after we asked for biers. Finally Had to ask o ourselves to make an order!… ordered carpaccio for starters and pizza. Every starter in menu has a disclaimer that it is to be served with bread. We haven’t got the bread and then when asked for it got information we should have ordered it! Waited then very long time for bread, couldn’t enjoy the meal. 3 ⭐️ because food itself was good but service was a catastrophe and checked our patience. Waiter and manager definitely didn’t want to speak any English so we were very polite and communicated with studied German and did our best but got impression that we are not welcome every step of the way

This time when the pizza was delivered he just didn't like it. Something like that can happen. Today my son was banned from Portofino, which I find a disgrace. Unfortunately, criticism is not accepted, and unfortunately he was not allowed to have his own opinion either. What the Portofino has allowed itself to do is a complete audacity.

I have rarely experienced a pizzeria as excellent as this one! As soon as you enter the restaurant you are greeted by a pleasant smell and a friendly atmosphere. The staff is extremely courteous and ensures that you immediately feel at home. Ordered pizza today and the pizza tasted like bread, the former chef made the pizzas better. The pizza was really bad today and if I were you I would think about changing the company. Auf der Terrasse kann man schön sitzen. Sehr aufmerksame und überaus freundliche Bedienung. Pizza hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Es lohnt sich auf alle Fälle ein Wiederkommen.
