Super leckeres Essen, toller Service, sehr schöne Atmosphäre - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und drei Kindern heute abend hier essen. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Mozzamo. Das Essen war durch die Bank hervorragend und der Service war aus einer anderen Liga. Das war liebevolle Gastgeberschaft kombiniert mit kulinarischem Handwerk. Wir waren schon oft hier und kommen immer wieder.

Update April 2026 Weiterhin sehr leckeres Essen, aber wird leider immer teurer, besonders die Getränke (6€ für 0,5 L Spezi - das ist teurer als auf der Wiesn!). Service mal sehr gut und mal mittelmäßig, mussten heute ~45 Minuten auf 3 Pizzen warten, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll war.

Als ich heute hier Pizza aß, fühlte ich mich wie irgendwo zwischen Neapel und Palermo. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team von einem Spitzenkoch.

Ein perfektes italienisches Restaurant, guter Wein, hervorragende Pizza und Pasta. Großartiges Tiramisu.

Sehr gutes Essen und tolles Ambiente. Neben Pizza und Pasta gibt es auch die Mozzarella Bar, also zB Burrata oder Trecia mit Beilagen wie hausgemachter Pesto oder gerösteter Paprika. Sehr lecker!

Authentisches italienisches Restaurant 👌

Sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Bedienung ist auf Zack und empfängt einen freundlich. Die Speisekarte bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas : Pizza, Pasta, Fleisch, Fisch. Es gab ebenfalls eine Tageskarte. Wir hatten beide Pizza. Meine ganz klassische Salami-Pizza war lecker. Dazu gab es einen Negroni. Als Nachtisch gönnten wir uns das Schoko-Soufflee. Hervorzuheben ist das Cassis-Sorbett! Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Pizza war wirklich sehr lecker

Waren neulich erstmal hier Pizza essen und ich komme ehrlich gesagt noch immer nicht darüber weg, wie unglaublich locker, lecker und fluffig dieser Pizzateig war!!! So einen guten Pizzaboden/-Rand hatte ich glaube ich noch nie. Auch beim Sugo und dem Belag hat man richtig gemerkt, wie hochwertig die Zutaten waren. Einzig geschmacklich war gerade beim Sugo noch Luft nach oben, das hätte gerne aromatischer/würziger sein dürfen. Man konnte aber gut mit Fleur de Sel sowie Chili- oder Knoblauchöl sehr gut nachwürzen. Das Ambiente war sehr ansprechend, gemütlich mit toller Beleuchtung. Der Service hätte allerdings schneller und aufmerksamer sein dürfen. Nichtsdestoweniger komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Pizza ist absolut großartig, für mich die beste in München. Allerdings ist der Service wirklich nicht der beste, ich empfinde den Service leider weder als zuvorkommen noch aufmerksam.

Sehr gutes Essen aus ausgezeichneten, frischen und gesunden Zutaten. Wir hatten Pizza, Hühnersuppe, Garnelentartar und alles war wunderbar. Der Service wirkte teilweise etwas unter Druck. Nehmt euch nächstes Mal gerne Zeit, die Kerzen anzumachen, und vor dem Servieren Platz zu schaffen, und Vorspeisen und unbenutzte Gläser und Besteck abzuräumen. Macht aber nix, trotzdem 5 Sterne, wir kommen gerne wieder. Ambiente auch sehr nett, gepflegt, moderne Einrichtung. Grad im Winter, gemütlich durch rustikalen Pizzaofen und die super Lage am Rodelhügel.

Wir waren am Sonntag zum Abendessen dort. Ein tolles italienisches Restaurant. Wir hatten Gnocchi und Pizza, beides sehr lecker. Gemütliche Atmosphäre, guter Service, faire Preise. Ein echter Geheimtipp, und da wir in der Nähe wohnten, war es eine super Wahl.

Die Pizza ist einfach außergewöhnlich gut, man mag sogar den Rad mitessen. Atmosphäre stylisch, im Winter zieht es etwas, Service gut.

Frischer, leckerer Salat und gutes Dessert. Die Trüffel-Pasta hatte eine tolle Soße, aber der Trüffel selbst war trocken und hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Die Akustik im Restaurant ist sehr laut. Service dafür sehr freundlich.

Wir haben eine Margarita- und eine Aglio-e-Olio-Pasta bestellt und als Getränk einen Cuba Libre genommen. Das Pesto auf der Pizza hat mir nicht so gut geschmeckt, aber der Teig war sehr gut. Der Tomatenanteil war gut und auch der Büffelmozzarella hat mir

Die einzige Pizza, die einem Neapolitaner in München das Gefühl gibt, in Neapel zu sein.

Super gemütlicher Italiener. Tolles, heimeliges Lichtkonzept. Pizzen waren richtig gut. Ebenso unser geschmortes Rind in Barolo Jus. Burrata war gut, das gewählte Grillgemüse als Beilage leider etwas fad. Dem hätte etwas Knoblauch gut getan. Wirkte unmariniert. Panna Cotta hatte eher Mousse Konsistenz. Gelatine war da gefühlt nicht verarbeitet? Service anfangs etwas überfordert und wir saßen 15 Minuten am Tisch ohne dass wir Getränke bestellen konnten (im hinteren Part war eine größere Gruppe, viell. lags daran).. Teller wurden anfangs auch nicht abgeräumt. Der Service wurde dann aber deutlich besser nachdem die Cheffin(?) mehr das Zepter übernommen hatte. Alles in allem ein schöner Abend mit einem Stern Luft nach oben ;-). Denke aber das wird beim nächsten Mal klappen. Ach ja: Preise finde ich für Münchner Verhältnisse fair.

This is my subjective experience from about six months ago (this is a new entry because my old one was deleted). The pizza has a very thick crust, which I found tastes very floury. I ordered three pizzas to go (one of them a Margherita), which cost almost €50!!! Extra mushrooms cost an additional €3.50 (about four mushrooms). It's also not a wood-fired pizza; the oven is gas-fired!

A bubblegum pizza!!! Unbelievable, the first time I've ever been allowed to eat a bubblegum pizza!!!! Never going to that place again.

Pizza just like in Italy! 🇮🇹 It was probably one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, without exaggeration—it was incredibly delicious. The salami tastes completely different from what you'd normally expect, much more flavorful, and then there's that wonderfully soft, fluffy dough 😋😋. The ambiance perfectly matched the quality of the food. The only downside was that we found the cocktails to be quite expensive (around €13), but even they were perfectly flavored! 100% recommended!

Was here two times during my stay at Munich. Excellent food and atmosphere. Very kind waiters. Good Negroni. Only thing that could be improved is coffee - way too many mistakes from baristas. Otherwise - strongly recommend this place!

For me, this is one of the best pizzas in Munich! The pizza is incredibly delicious – a huge compliment to the chef. The service is also very friendly and offers excellent advice on the wine selection. The ambiance is cozy, with warm, dim lighting – perfect for a relaxed dinner.

The food is freshly prepared, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service isn't intrusive, but why do you have to eat at least an appetizer and two main courses at an Italian restaurant before you can say it's okay? The espresso won't hurt anything after that.

I was shocked. The pizza had a rubbery texture, and the cheese wasn't great either. I'm very disappointed with the price/performance ratio. It used to be much better.

A modern and harmoniously decorated Italian restaurant. The clientele during our visit was rather young, the "rhubarb spritzer" type, many with children. The standard menu is straightforward, with the Mozzarella Bar being a specialty. There is also a weekly special. My wife and I had Gnocchetti Sardi al Ragù di Agnello and Pizza Valtellina (with fior di latte, bresaola, arugula, and tomatoes). The pasta with lamb ragu was delicious. The pizza was generously topped, with a wide crust, but too soft for our taste. We had a solid Montepulciano as our wine. Overall, the prices at "Mozzamo" are rather high. We weren't quite sure why Bossa Nova would be playing over the speakers at an Italian restaurant, but that didn't spoil the lovely evening in any way.

Wonderful food! The spaghetti con Scampi E Ruccola, marinara pizza, Burrata with proscuitto cotto and mozzarella is fantastic. Service staff is so patient explaining the dishes. Definitely coming back when we return.

The pizza delivery was excellent: it arrived warm and tasted delicious. The wait time was acceptable. The price was also reasonable. Definitely recommended!

The meal was a disaster. The side salad was dressed with only a tablespoon of ready-made balsamic dressing. The carbonara was cooked without salt and tasted just like that. The creme brulee was a vanilla pudding topped with fruit.

An absolute highlight! The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente and the sauces incredibly flavorful – you can immediately tell that fresh ingredients and lots of love are used here. The exquisite dishes like the truffle risotto or the homemade ravioli are a dream and absolutely worth the money. The service is attentive and the atmosphere very inviting. If you're looking for high-quality Italian cuisine, this is the place for you! We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, the Mozzamo in Thalkirchen can't compete with the one on Schellingstrasse. We sat outside, and unfortunately, people were smoking both directly behind us and in front of us while we ate. Since there were no ashtrays at the table, I would have expected it to be a non-smoking establishment. The waiters walked past them several times, but nothing was done about it. What a pity... The outdoor seating was also very uncomfortable, as there were no backrests or cushions.

I was here with my mother on Thursday, July 17th, and we had a wonderful evening! We didn't really like the table we were assigned outside, but our waiter immediately suggested other tables and, with his super friendly service, made it a truly wonderful evening! Our appetizer (burrata) and our pasta dishes were incredibly delicious, and the wine he recommended went perfectly with them! All the staff were very attentive and friendly; unfortunately, we can't remember the name of our super-friendly waiter... :) But thanks again! We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, we weren't served at all—despite waiting for quite some time, no one cared. It was also extremely hot in the restaurant, which made our stay very unpleasant. This was unacceptable behavior for us; we won't be back.

Very relaxed, the music is jazz, it's simply awesome. The scampi pasta is definitely recommended. Drgan was great, super sweet and kind, and made everything possible for us. Thank you so much.

The service was friendly but inattentive. We waited almost an hour for our food; we had to call someone to our table to ask for our order. They didn't even ask if we wanted any more drinks. The total wait was over an hour. The pizzas were very good, but the calamari was rubbery and had to be returned.

We met up with friends and had a very good lunch, and a big compliment to the kitchen - it was simply a delight.

Not often I/we eat somewhere that deserves to get 5 stars, when taking everything into account. Here there is no doubt that 5 stars is deserved, because this is excellent value-for-money - best pizzas in town for sure and really good service too 😉👍 !! Next time we are in Munich, there is no doubt that we will come here for pizzas again!

A truly wonderful restaurant for a relaxing time. The food is fantastic. The mozzarella bar is especially recommended! We'd happily return.

Disappointing experience. The service was poor from the start—slow and inattentive. We were supposed to get bread with oil, but it wasn’t brought out until we asked, and even then, it was just the dry, hard edge pieces. The pesto pasta had no flavor whatsoever and was seriously overpriced for something that bland. Overall, not worth the visit.

The service and the restaurant itself are fine. Unfortunately, the pizza was a disaster. It was bone dry and the dough was inedible. Overall, a bitter disappointment.

We had made a reservation for three people over the phone. When we arrived, we were seated at a table that hadn't been wiped down. After 5 minutes, the stressed waiter came and explained in Turkish-Arabic slang that the pizza would take about 60-90 minutes and that we could only order pasta because "Lieferando bombed us, dude." This has definitely nothing to do with a gourmet Italian restaurant. The ambience is chic and modern to distract the consumer from the service. We left the restaurant immediately. At reception, we overheard a discussion in which a guest practically had to beg for dessert because the waiter said that without a reservation they "only serve drinks" 😂... unbelievable experience, 4.8 never.

Very good Neapolitan-style pizza here. Delicious stone-baked flavors in the dough and a selection of toppings made with quality ingredients. The service and ambiance are also pleasing.

Ordered a pizza via delivery at 9 pm with an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes. After more than one hour, no updates, until at 10:30 the order was cancelled without any motivation. Very unprofessional behaviour.

An absolute recommendation! A truly fantastic place – the new team is simply fantastic! The staff is super friendly, attentive, and professional. I celebrated my birthday there with a friend, and it was simply perfect. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed; you immediately feel welcome. The cocktails and food were excellent – ​​a real highlight! This was our first time at Mozzamo and we sat outside. The service was reasonably polite, but not very attentive. A little friendliness would have been nice, but that was probably asking too much. My pizza and wine were very good! My husband found his pizza a bit bland. I was really surprised by the uncomfortable chairs and very tightly spaced benches. I almost had to climb over the bench to get a seat at the table. If you value your guests and want them to stay longer, you should invest in reasonably comfortable furniture!

We used to enjoy going there often—you could almost say it was our favorite Italian restaurant for a while. Unfortunately, only one thing has steadily increased: the price. The quality of the dishes, on the other hand, has unfortunately gone downhill. The service was never a highlight, but now it's so bad that you almost want to apologize for ordering anything at all. It's a real shame—there used to be so much more of a la dolce vita.

Great interiors, a cosy feel with a lot of wooden interiors and really tasty food of course, standard Mozzamo quality, especially the pizza.

One of the best pizzas I've ever had — and I'm a chef! I am a chef de cuisine in Italy and, I admit, quite critical when it comes to food. But in this pizzeria in Munich I ate one of the best pizzas of my life. I was truly speechless. After discovering this place, I went back a second time with my friends — and they were thrilled too. The dough, the ingredients, the balance of flavors… everything simply perfect. I also had the pleasure of meeting Elidion, the pizza chef, with whom I exchanged a few words about our profession. You're doing an amazing job, Elidion. Keep it up — your passion can be felt.

Great Napolitano pizza & the parmigiana de melanzane was also exceptional (concentrated taste, good quality cheese & not too oily). Be careful: opening times currently on Google Maps are wrong, they close earlier (10pm on Wednesday)

We were at Mozzamo, Perlacher Platz, for dinner with our practice on April 4th, 2025: Very well-kept atmosphere, beautifully decorated. Starters, pasta, pizza and desserts were all very tasty, large selection of drinks. Waiter Francesco served us excellently: we were extremely satisfied!
