The restaurant could not meet my expectations in terms of quality and service in any way. --- I don't know why the restaurant keeps deleting my reviews, even accusing them of "defamation". We had a very bad experience and the restaurant behaved unprofessionally back then - hence the bad rating. The restaurant obviously wants to artificially improve its Google grade (it worked, in reality it is not a 4.6 restaurant but a mediocre neighborhood Italian with a grade of around 4.0). The fact that Google allows this generally calls into question the significance of Google Grades for me. If this continues, I'll stop by in person today or tomorrow and ask politely what it's all about. That's not how you treat your neighborhood!

Food is great. A little too loud inside for my taste. The waiters were very friendly, but it took a long time until someone came to us.

We were here for the Ois Giasing district festival. It was accordingly full. The staff took the onslaught with stoic calm and carried out their tasks as quickly as an arrow. Chapeau. The food was great. The prices are really fair. We would love to come back again!

....We had a reservation today (September 1st, 2024) at 7:00 p.m., at which time we also occupied our table! After placing the order, the drink we ordered arrived about 20 minutes later, and after 90 minutes the ordered pizza, which we politely declined Please optimize your service process!

Meeting friends for lunch. Good lunch selection. We sat outside in beautiful surroundings. The food wasn't exceptional, but good. Considering we were a larger group, the food came pretty much at the same time. All in all a good experience.

It's beautiful here! Pleasant to sit outside. Feels like you're in a "park", even though it's in the middle of Giesing and close to the Tegernseer Landstrasse. I was able to have a good conversation at the table, no annoying street noise. It also looks very comfortable inside. The menu offers pizza, pasta dishes, fish and meat. Everyone should find something that they like and taste good. My pizza was "atypical": with squid and salami. Delicious! Well documented. Very good dough, from the stone oven. I'm a good eater and was full. My wife had pasta. Very large portion, very good. Everything perfect. Reasonably priced. I find the wine expensive, over 10 EUR for a 0.25 liter glass. Very nice service. Waiting times are absolutely fine. Last night all the seats were occupied and we were looked after very attentively. Parking is possible on the street for a fee (at least yesterday). All in all, a very nice restaurant. I'll come by again when I get the chance.

Nice atmosphere. Very friendly service. When you sit inside, appropriate music and of course delicious food and good wine. We say: highly recommended and DO IT!!

This is food is really good. The service was poor to say the least. The people are trying hard and nice, but hopelessly overwhelmed. Been there several times now and see the same thing every time. A simple tip to deal with this would be, for example, not to simply estimate a “10 minute pick-up time” when ordering if the store is full. In 4 out of 5 cases you stand around in the foyer like counterfeit money for another 5-10 minutes... ...until you are spoken to. It takes another 5-10 minutes until the food is ready. A pity. Because the food is really delicious.

Absolute recommendation, great price-performance ratio and friendly service. The pizza was delicious, two kinds of asparagus with nut pesto, plus a spritz of Calabrese. The other guests' dishes also looked very tasty, so it was really difficult to choose.

German tavern but with Italian dishes done really well. I had some gnocchi with pesto and asparagus, perfect cooking and consistency, homemade pesto, all very good. The coffee is also good, better than many Italian bars.

Had pizza twice and were extremely enthusiastic about the very tasty dough and the extremely tasty toppings, it simply tastes different and special!

Went there at lunchtime and had a pizza and the gnocchi from the lunch menu. The pizza was okay, but the gnocchi unfortunately varied in temperature (from lukewarm to boiling hot - microwave?). For what was offered, almost €40 (2 people without a tip) was too expensive for us. A pity...

Food quality varies a lot but is for sure not good. I got some pasta with seafood and it tasted like it was made a couple of days ago and rewarmed. Next day my stomach was killing me as well. The 2nd dish was better but nothing crazy. Glasses and glass straws were dirty as well. The service and atmosphere were fine but could not save the experience.

Sehr nette Osteria. Leider waren die Steinpilzravioli sehr dezent und das Nudelwasser hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Das konnten auch die wenigen Parmesan-Krümel nicht retten - sehr schade...

Sehr leckeres Essen! Auch ein eher außergewöhnlicher Pizzabelag möglich und es gibt sogar vegane Alternativen. Hier ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei!

Leckeres Essen mit kreativer, abwechslungsreicher und saisonaler Monatskarte. Es gibt auch eine sehr leckere Auswahl für Vegetarier & Veganer.

Vegane Optionen vorhanden. Die Speisekarte klingt leider besser als die Speisen schmecken. Sehr schade, die Kombinationen der Getränke und Speisen klingen sehr ansprechend.

Das Angebot ist lecker, das Personal ist freundlich. Einzig im Lokal ist es etwas laut (Gäste, das häufige Telefonklingeln und Kaffeesatz entleeren). In den warmen Monaten kann man sich's im Außenbereich gut gehen lassen.

I put 5 stars because they deserve more than the 4.2 they currently have : 4.6 is my target. Each month I wait for the new monthly menu and there are real gems in some.

Wir waren schon viele Male beim Alpenhof essen und waren immer begeistert. Sehr schöne Auswahl an leckeren Pizzen, schönes Ambiente, nette Bedienung. So sollte es sein!

Essen war sehr enttäuschend, egal ob Fisch oder Fleisch. Es ist ja schließlich eine Osteria und da erwartet man schon was besseres. Service, naja, sonst wir man ja ständig "genervt" von "noch was zu Trinken, eine Nachspeise. . .?" Uns wollten die wohl nichts verkaufen. Pizza habe ich nicht getestet, evtl. ist die ja besser. Ambiente war gut, wir saßen draußen.

Jeden Monat gibt es neue außergewöhnliche Gerichte. Mir hat bisher alles geschmeckt. Viel Auswahl für Vegetarier 😊 auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug nach Giesing wert!!!

Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren spontan zum Mittagessen dort und haben auch gleich einen Tisch bekommen, obwohl es sehr gut besucht war. Preis Leistung einfach top, Essen seht lecker und der Service ist stets freundlich und zur Stelle, obwohl es sehr voll und Stress war.

Sehr freundlicher und bemühter Service, sehr leckere Pizza in einer riesigen Auswahl. Der Service funktioniert sehr gut, ist flink und sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist im hinteren Restaurant-Teil sehr schön. Die Pizzen sind der Hammer. Hier ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und mit mehr als 40 cm Durchmesser garantiert sättigend. Auf Wunsch kann man sich auch eine Pizza für zwei Personen bestellen. Diese wird dann bereits geteilt mit jeweils einem Pizzamesser serviert. Besser geht das eigentlich nicht. Als Krönung on top wird hier wert auf Kinderfreundlichkeit gelegt und auch Menschen mit Handicap sind herzlich willkommen. Wenn ich wieder in München bin, bin ich wieder hier. 👌🏻

Nettes Ambiente, eine toll gestaltete und zusammengestellte Karte mit typischen Gerichten. Die Pizza sieht zwar nicht aus wie eine typisch italienische Pizza, ist aber auf ihre Weise sehr lecker. Angemessene Preise, bemühter Service, der manchmal aber eine zusätzliche Person gebrauchen könnte. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Ich war als Jugendlicher "Giesinger" schon oft in dem Lokal und war gespannt, wie sich es nach mehreren Jahrzenten Abwesenheit wohl entwickelt haben würde. Ich war äußerst positiv überrascht, zu welchem tollen, chiqen Lokal es sich gemausert hat. Die geschmackvollen Designelemente fügen sich zu einer durchdachten Gestaltung. Das Essen (Pizza & Pasta) ist eine klare Empfehlung. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Ich komme gerne wieder, wenn ich mal wieder in meiner alten Heimat bin.

Das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt. Es sollte eher eine italienische Küche darstellen, was leider überhaupt nicht der Fall war. Die Kellnerin sah richtig genervt aus. Sogar wenn man sie angelächelt hat, hat sie null reagiert. Wir waren zum Mittagessen da. Haben festgestellt aber, dass dieses Restaurant von Senioren sehr beliebt ist.
