The small, elegant pizzeria had a great atmosphere, super friendly service, and incredibly good food. It was the best pasta and pizza I've ever eaten in my life.

A very small pizzeria with excellent pasta and pizza. Everything is freshly prepared by the chef. Since there are only a few seats, reservations are recommended.

Hospitality in action. Even though the dining room was almost full, we were still given a table. It wasn't crowded; it was like eating with friends. What lovely hosts. Absolutely recommended.

We stopped by spontaneously while passing through. The pizzeria is small, and the owner was so friendly. After a bit of a wait, she made extra room for four people. We had pizza and pasta, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The service is exceptionally attentive, and the chef even manages to have pizzas ready for pickup alongside the restaurant. We'd love to come back. *We didn't have room for the tiramisu, but it felt like every table had ordered it at least once ;)

Very disrespectful and unfriendly! We only wanted to order a takeaway pizza and were treated completely inappropriately. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional for a restaurant. It's a shame—we just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. We certainly won't be going there again.

Both the pasta and pizza were delicious. Fast and friendly service. We highly recommend it.

I went to Francesco's for lunch yesterday and ordered a Margherita pizza. Unfortunately, the dough was like bread dough, the edges were burnt, and the pizza was very dry, with very little sauce. Only the center wasn't burnt. The cheese was okay. On a positive note, the waitress was very nice.

We spontaneously stopped by for lunch on a holiday and were greeted and served warmly, even though the poor chef had to manage the kitchen and service on his own at first. The pizzas were very good, the crust thin and crispy. I actually prefer the airy version, but this one absolutely held its own, very good. And the selection is also very large, with something different. We'd love to come back.

I’m in Munich for business and needed a place to eat away from the horrific food abominations around Messe. I found this gem on Google maps and I was blown away. The family-run restaurant is super cosy, with the authentic Italian music playing in the background. The pizza was amongst the best I’ve had. Fresh, juicy, packed with toppings and crisped on the outside. The tiramisu was to die for, super wholesome and flavourful. You absolutely have to try the food here!

Very, very delicious! We recently visited the restaurant for the first time and ordered pasta with salmon in a creamy tomato sauce, prosciutto pizza, and tiramisu for dessert. It was delicious, and the tiramisu was by far the best we've ever eaten. It's also a very pretty restaurant in a very pleasant location, so you feel very comfortable. We would go back anytime!

Family Lunch on Sarurday afternoon. What was very positive is nice service and quick food preparation. Food was really tasty. Pizza was good with good and rich ingredients. Dough was fine. Pasta was tasty and portion was big. Want was missing is Parmesan cheese in table for pasta, and maybe some extra olive oil. But in general food was delicious. Only bottled bier is available. Might be hard to park nearby.

I pick up food here once or twice a week. So far, everything's been great. The only annoying thing is that I never really know when the store is open. Could you simply play a phone message on the days it's closed, or correct the opening hours on Google?

Very friendly reception, service lady super nice, but unfortunately that was it Pizza + pasta arrived on the table piping hot and steaming after what felt like 8 minutes after ordering... I was a bit suspicious Pizza turned out to be pre-produced, frozen and made hot in the oven, no longer edible after a quarter of laborious eating because the dough was rock hard. Doubtful ingredients. And how you can mess up a putanesca like that is almost art again... Consistency soupy, cheapest olives and capers, tasteless and loveless When you have such a small shop, the customer understands that you can't prepare everything fresh and switch to convenience... but you can do that well too, and a smaller card helps too!! We stayed away from the wine offer, € 8.90 for 0.2 house wine is more than sporty... Once and NEVER again

An amazing restaurant, I was really expecting an average German cooked Italian meal. It is only a small little place, but the food was absolutely delicious, and run by a lovely friendly couple..Definitley recommended.We will come back here again next time we’re in Munich.

The food was delicious, we ordered 2 types of pasta and they were really delicious, the Gnocchi are the best I have ever eaten! We loved the desserts!! We ordered Tiramisu and Panna cotta. (I couldn't take a photo) ☺️ The service is excellent, very friendly, cozy and really clean place!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My little Bella Italia in the middle of Munich With Francesco you feel like you are in Italy - not least because he is at the stove himself and cooks with a lot of passion. The salami pizza is the best in town and the dishes taste like mom's in Italy. Whether for a lunch break, a relaxed date or a customer meeting - the cozy ambience, the sun terrace and the friendly service make every visit perfect. Right next to the subway and with parking spaces in front of the door, it's also super practical. Absolutely recommended!

Phew, unfortunately I can't understand the good reviews for the pizza here at all. We came here because the reviews are so good. However, we were brutally disappointed. The pizza appears to be made in a pan. The dough is not at all like what you would expect from other Italians. The taste was more like a frozen ready-made pizza from the supermarket. We also found the service very strange. It was a pain to pay. The best part of the visit was the ice cream parlor across the street. Apparently opinions differ when it comes to Francesco's pizza. You either love them or hate them. Unfortunately for us it was the latter...

Stopped by today by chance and had lunch. The interior of the restaurant has a rather simple atmosphere and is quite narrow, so when the weather is good it is better to sit outside. Fast, friendly service, excellent pizza. Not cheap in terms of price, but absolutely worth the money. Recommendation.

The hosts are real Italians and very hospitable. The dishes are authentic and very tasty.

I've already used "to go" several times, but I've also eaten in the restaurant. I was very satisfied every time. I can recommend penne arrabiata, but also the pasta with salmon. The place is small, there are only a few tables inside - I like it a lot and always reminds me of Italy. When the weather is nice, there are also a few small tables outside. The two operators are very nice & accommodating!

Can't understand the good recessions here at all. The pizza was extremely salty and the sauce on all three pizzas generally had a strange, creamy consistency. Picked up relatively quickly, hence 2 stars. There are many much better and nicer restaurants in the area. The price-performance ratio that is so often highlighted here is also nothing special. Small, cozy, romantic Italian restaurant, run by a very friendly, friendly couple. I'm overwhelmed, food is made fresh, by the boss himself, who also responds to requests... whether vegetarian, Muslim or just gives him free rein. You can watch while he is cooking. Whether pizza, pasta or even his legendary personally made tiramisu, you can always taste the love and passion that Francesco has when cooking. It's always a pleasure experience. Great atmosphere, friendly, attentive. Since I was there about 4 years ago, it has become my top Italian place. And no matter whether it's friends or work colleagues, everyone is enthusiastic and goes there again and again, both because of the food and because you can't help but feel good in the atmosphere. I founded my regulars' table there with friends years ago.

It was wonderful to eat pizzas at Da Francesco restaurant, very welcoming atmosphere, excellent pizzas, delicious homemade desserts and great service. On top of that, we were able to miss the owner, who is our Brazilian cousin and who we hadn't seen in over 25 years.
