Favorite restaurant in Waldshut Very tasty food, especially the pizza is highly recommended. The service is great and accommodating. Prices are reasonable.

The four of us had a very nice evening at il Martino. Starters, main courses and dessert were excellently prepared. Very good quality of the food used. Service very friendly and accommodating. After the main courses, 2 small bottles of limoncello were served. Absolutely top price-performance ratio for this high level of food. Please be sure to reserve a table. Spontaneous visits are hardly possible due to the high capacity utilization.

Il 06 Agosto 2024 mia moglie ed io ci siamo recati per la prima volta presso il Ristorante ‘Il Gusto’ a Waldshut. Festeggiavamo il mio compleanno e anche l’anniversario del nostro matrimonio. Quindi speravamo di aver fatto la scelta giusta. Cosi infatti è stata. L’accoglienza calorosa del sig. Bruno ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La grigliata di pesce che avevamo scelto è stata davvero eccellente. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Grazie ancora al signor Bruno. Ritorneremo ancora.

Always thrilled with the new lion! The service is super friendly and they respond to requests and extras. The food is delicious. There is something for everyone. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! ❤️

Super good pasta and very friendly team, always! I find it really telling when people think that they are the center of the world and that it is mandatory to protect them from the passing customers. This is absolutely no reason to harm a restaurant financially through a review and, in my opinion, it is an abuse of power of the most shameful kind. I hope I never meet such guests when I visit a restaurant.

A really cozy restaurant with a nice ambience that invites you to linger. The shrimp starter was simply delicious and perfectly balanced. I also really enjoyed the pasta and it was served in a generous portion. A small downer was that I received blackcurrant juice even though I had ordered the plaice. Still, everything else was great and I would definitely come back!

The food was excellent and the price-performance ratio was absolutely right. The ambience outside in the middle of the old town is really enchanting. The service was initially very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the service slowed down a bit towards the end: three waiters stood next to our table and chatted instead of clearing our plates or asking if we wanted anything else. It's a shame, because it took more than 20 minutes before we could finally pay. What should be highlighted positively, however, is that the food was initially served incredibly quickly and our order was taken and implemented quickly. Overall, I would still like to come back.

We were here last night with ten adults and five children. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the children were given crayons and coloring books. We had starters, main course and dessert. Everything was excellent! We felt very comfortable and welcome and would be happy to come back. Thank you so much for that ❣️

Pizza was perfect, super fast service, employees very attentive and friendly. A dose of Italianità against the November depression did a lot of good. Thank you very much and we'll be happy to come back :-D
