Very nice atmosphere, the pub is huge. I was there on Wednesday at the Irish Session, where I also played. The Murphys and Guinness were delicious. Next time I'll eat something there too. The journey from Bad Godesberg was worth it. Unfortunately we don't have anything like that in Godesberg. As a minus point: why can you only pay in cash?

We only stopped there shortly before a concert because it is close to the Grugahalle. Therefore only drinks that were served quickly. We were able to sit outside, but inside the tables were quite narrow, so there was a lot of noise. What was served at neighboring tables looked very appetizing. For that reason and because of the good selection of draft beers, we will be happy to come back.

Nice Irish pub. Good cuisine, delicious beer and cider. The decor is quaint, but the unfortunately often unavoidable football broadcasts ruin the feeling.

A pub in Hattingen! We were very happy about that! Iconically furnished! Friendly staff. All ages represented. Here too, they mainly play rock & pop from the 80s and 90s and that's a good thing. We had drinks there late in the evening. Delicious draft Guinness and Kilkenny. The only thing that really bothered us was the completely exorbitant price of €3.50 for a handful of peanuts. - It really was a “mini bowl” and asking €3.50 for it is really cheeky! - The waitress was also aware of this, but she said it fell on the owner's deaf ears. Very unfortunate. When we're in Hattingen again, we'll definitely stop by and see you again. We definitely won't order peanuts again! Unless you get larger bowls. 😉

I liked the Corkonian so much that I forgot to take photos. I've been to a few pubs and they always refused me the Guinness Black (current), i.e. "adulterated" with cassis syrup. And I was reassured by my nice waiter that men also drink Guinness Black. I recommend the Snakebite, a Kilkenney cider mixture. Love it, but my companion couldn't get used to it. The waiters are international, Scottish, Greek (he said his English has a Spanish accent) and Maron (probably dyed blonde, since the name means chestnut brown) is from the south of France. This isn't the last time I've been here. Man, now that sounds like a threat...

We were with a group of 10 (i.e. 10 people) in suitcases, which is a village of 359 people near Linnich. The restaurant was very quaint, wonderfully cozy and the barn with the hall and the brewing kettle and the wonderful old ambience were simply wonderful. Matt Müller is a "character", super nice and very focused on guiding us in brewing beer and keeping us meticulously up to date. The menu is small (several schnitzels, sensational ribs and chicken), but you don't need anything more. It was a great weekend and a wonderful deceleration - I can't describe it any other way. I definitely won't be there the last time...
