We've eaten here several times and are usually always satisfied. But this time it was absolutely catastrophic. I ordered the chicken plate XL, I returned half the chicken and it smelled so strange. According to the waitress, you have already sold a lot of chicken today and had no complaints. I then received a new one that was fresh. The salad I ordered was also a disaster , neither coleslaw nor potato salad in it like always. The answer from the waiter was that the kitchen is changing the staff. Please change that otherwise it would be the last time we ate here.

Complete tourist trap. Wrap tastes like cardboard, pumped full of mayonnaise.

The portions are relatively small (especially the fries). Unfortunately, they don't come close to the taste of a real Wiener-Wald-Hendel. The female waiter was friendly and attentive.

The chicken smelled bad, it was definitely not fresh, almost rotten. The seller didn't want to pay out any money.

Unfortunately, as usual on Wasserburgerlandstrasse, a failure like so many restaurants here.

My hot wings were really good, until I wanted to eat the last one!!!! it was just the head of the chicken, eyes on it too, it couldn't be fresher🤮 I hope KFC gets in touch and gives me a voucher or a gold card

They don't except official KFC coupons, staff runs around like headless chicken :) and they always mess up the order. Not too clean, food tastes ok.

Stay away from the chicken wings offer, this is the second time I've felt really bad afterwards. So much so that I vomit.

I would give this KFC 0 stars if I could. It seems as though our food was prepared hours ago and stone cold when given to us. The whole place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks and staff are not helpful
