Very nicely renovated restaurant, lots of space, cozy, clean. There were six of us there. 6 nuggets absolutely great, chicken very good, wraps quite OK, salad borderline (but let's be honest: who eats a salad here? It's their own fault). What impressed me: the waitress asked attentively and competently three times what wasn't so great about the salad and even offered a free coffee. Respect!

I went here twice on a rainy cold night as the chicken was enticing me. I was staying alone in a cold artist residency building, contemplating my lack of German, my apparent homelessness at age 38 and my two Girlfriends. a potent combo and so my soul needed chicken. The fries are very good, the rotisserie chicken is the best, definitely get that. The person working there was very nice to me and gave me some good recommendations. the second night I splurged and got the SINGLE BOX, as that was how I was feeling: single and in a box. it was not quite worth 19.90 euros. what let it down were the chicken wings, nuggets and onion rings, what redeemed it was the delishioceh rotisserie chicken and chippie combo. Next time (and I truly hope there is not a next time because i was SO lonely and cold in my stupid apartment, no offence munich, you are a beautiful town) thene i woudl just get half a roto-chicki and the fries. DO THAT random person reading this, and you will feel great.

Today we felt like having chicken again. It's been a while since we've been to the restaurant. Top, friendly service. Food was good as usual. We'd love to come back. I'm excited to eat Moroccan there.

The food at Hendl Glück was really tasty and freshly prepared! The chicken in particular was excellent – ​​juicy, crispy and perfectly seasoned. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality here. The side dishes, especially the fries and the potato salad, were also very good and came fresh to the plate. The service was friendly and attentive, but there was a small point deduction because the wait for the food was a little longer than expected, even though it wasn't overly busy. But that didn't affect the quality of the food, and the staff tried to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The atmosphere is cozy, although quite simple. It invites you to enjoy a relaxed meal without a lot of frills. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. Overall, a great restaurant for anyone who likes really good chicken. With slightly shorter waiting times or a small optimization in the service, it would easily be a 5-star experience. Nevertheless, absolutely recommended, and we would be happy to come back if we feel like a good chicken!

There were far too many dark people today because I didn't feel comfortable. The food was ok but my sitting neighbor had chicken wings with kool aid and watermelon. I thought the staff had very nice hair

The bathroom was super dirty, and it wasn't because of the customers' lack of hygiene, but rather because of a lack of cleaning, you could see the dust on the edges of the toilet and it was clear that there had been no maintenance for at least three days. The floor and sink were the same. I went to the baby changing bathroom.

Rating for KFC Absolutely disappointing experience and I will never visit this KFC again. I spent €35 but didn't even get a glass of Coca-Cola, even though I asked nicely. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The food was terrible: the fries were completely over salted and so hot that I burned my tongue. Really unacceptable! The condition of the restaurant was catastrophic: the tables were dirty and sticky, the floor was full of garbage and dust. Nobody takes care of the cleaning, which is very inconvenient for guests. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the restaurant, probably due to overflowing trash cans. To make matters worse, there are no toilets here - how can a restaurant this size not offer access to toilet facilities? This KFC is a disgrace to the brand. I absolutely cannot recommend anyone to visit this place. Time and money wasted and your mood is completely ruined!

Turns my doctor's visits in Munich city center into a little celebration. I've never had old or untasty dishes. For at least 15 years. And if I can't find my way around the menus anymore, I'll always kindly ask for more. For a place with so many disposable dishes, it's very tidy. There is never anything on or under the tables. Bravo
