Very friendly staff and the food is very good. No seats inside but in summer there are a few tables outside. The location right on Bajuwarenstrasse is not that great

I was here for the first time last week. And I'll definitely be back. The two owners were super polite and also gave my son a few things to try. For dinner we had a box with chicken, wings, nuggets and fries. The chicken was really great - crispy and juicy. The other things were all okay. We will definitely come back and get something to eat here. Price performance also matches here. Definitely recommended!

Today we took a little detour with the family to the Hendl im Glück g beer garden. We are really positively surprised. Super nice service made us a wonderful evening. The food is delicious. Thank you. We will be back.

I got something from Hendl Glück for the first time this afternoon but I'll never do it again. Half the chicken was dried out and when I pulled the skin off, half of the meat came off with it and the schnitzel was still raw in the middle and you pay 16 euros for that. I will I also advise my friends not to buy anything there

It's a shame, unfortunately we ate some really bad chicken. Far dry, the skin not crispy and completely over salted, therefore inedible. A mini sauce box costs 90 cents, and the “sauce” is poured from the bottle into the box in front of the guest. At the Lidl next door you can get the whole bottle of sauce for €1.50. Simply disgusting, both the quality and this offer. Pure rip off for this price. The lady at the counter was friendly, the gentleman was unfriendly, not a smile, not a word exchanged. Never again. A little bit of information on the side: the prices at Lieferando are significantly higher, AND you have to pay delivery costs. Absolute impudence.

We were there in the evening today and even though it was very busy, the nice lady at the counter immediately served us in a friendly manner and despite the high volume of customers, we received our food very quickly and fresh. Service and quality were top. We'd love to come back.

Today, after a long time, I bought two half chickens there again to take away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Meanwhile, eating the chicken, I am very disappointed. I'm happy to pay this price of 8.40 euros per half chicken if the QUALITY/taste (and, for example, organic animal husbandry) is right There's nothing wrong with the taste - but the breast meat of the chicken was "dust dry" and kept warm for far too long. So conclusion: I can forget Hendl Glück in Bajuwarenstrasse... Next time I'm HENDL I'll probably have to go to the former Vienna Woods on Anzinger Street...

Rude and insulting because after the chicken was badly packaged and the bag was torn open, when you politely asked for a new bag, the dude was just insulting and cheeky. The fries were just as bad as his German and his behavior.

Very delicious. I've never had what some reviewers describe as "dust dry" chicken here. I have ALWAYS received very friendly and courteous service here. Small special requests (I like my chicken wings very dark fried) are always fulfilled. The lady could still remember it and it had been some time since my last visit. Schnitzel and sweet potato fries, vegetable burgers with fries, always good, always consistent quality. But unfortunately it became extremely expensive, I ordered with a voucher otherwise it would have been too much for me. I think it's a shame that you don't get ketchup or mayonnaise for that price.

Chicken meat very dry. Unfortunately, the taste is no longer what it used to be. Have tried it 3 times now, unfortunately the chicken 3 times had no taste and was very dry.

I would have liked to give zero points, but unfortunately that is not possible. Tried to order online again two days ago (the last three orders were canceled). The order went through at around 7pm but was canceled again after around 5 minutes. When I answered the phone I had to deal with a very condescending, rude and aggressive man. Because of the accent, it would probably have been better if my friend had made this phone call. I was told that Lieferando should have informed me. That's new to me. ? The main problem is with the ordering of the bakery, which they no longer prepare at this time (order around 7 p.m. - opening time until 9 p.m.). I don't understand the point of this. Work attitude? The company is ruining itself. Adjust opening hours? In addition, the quality of the chicken has deteriorated massively. It is very over-salted and has hardly any meat left. Vienna Woods was different. I will definitely not order from Hendl Glück again.

Try to order food there: Order confirmed by Lieferando at 7:46 p.m. Delivery canceled because it was too late. A bit strange when it's open until 9 p.m. When I call to clarify why the order was canceled: should I ask Lieferando... Rather unfriendly. If you get food it's good. Unfortunately not. Unfortunately, service works differently... What a shame.

Die Hendl schauen gut aus bei den Burgern ist noch Luft nach oben, die waren etwas mager und es fehlt die Power, die Pommes sind gut aber kommen nicht an die vom BK ran. Insgesamt ein Imbiss mit Flair für den schnellen Snack. Leider wirkte das spärliche Personal etwas überfordert.

Das Essen schmeckt gut aber viel zu teuer geworden leider...

Sehr nette Leute, große Auswahl, sauberer Laden, gute Hähnchen und Pommes, hatte die Familienbox haben zu zweit 2x davon gegessen

War mal ein geiler Imbiss, aber seitdem die neurn Besitzer da sind, ist alles teurer geworden, Person unhöflicher geworden und man kann nicht einmal mehr im Vorraus Back Hendl bestellen. Sehr sehr schade!

Ein Hendl-Grill zum abholen. Das Hendl sehr lecker. Der Kartoffel- Gurkensalat auch sehr lecker und schmackhaft. Parken mit dem Auto auch kein Problem. Die Preise für Abholung eher ein wenig hoch wird jedoch durch die gute Qualität wieder ausgeglichen. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder 😉

War schön mal besser. Mein Hendl war etwas trocken. Krautsalat € 4,50. Im "Biergarten" roch es stark nach Müll. Schade!

Die Bedienung war nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Man kann ja auch nach Hause bestellen. Das essen super gut. Das Hähnchen gut gewürzt und knusprig. Die Süßkartoffeln ein Traum.

Hendl ist nicht gleich Hendl und selbiges gilt vor allem beim Backhendl. Beim Heimweg von einem Krankenhausbesuch in Neuperlach lotste mich mein oftmals unverständliches Navi zur Bajuwaren Straße und meine Augen lenkten mich auf das Hendlglück. Sofort Bremspedal betätigt und Lokal aufgesucht. Wobei Lokal ist es nur in der wärmeren Jahreszeit, den Tische gibt es nur draußen. Da das o.a. Lieblingsessen eines Österreichers knapp 30 min dauert, habe ich mich mit einem Salat samt Getränk draußen niedergelassen und auf meine 2 Portionen gewartet. (Habe eine zauberhafte Nachbarin die ebenfalls verrückt danach ist.) Wartezeit verging rasend schnell und die Heimfahrt ebenfalls. Wohl zwecks der Vorfreude. Und die war berechtigt. Zum einen gab es nicht wie sonst das 1/2 Hendl in 3 teilen sondern in 4. Gewürzt großartig und zu Hause noch richtig heiß. Liegt wohl daran, dass es nicht 1 x vorfrittiert ist und dann nachgebacken wird, sondern alles frisch zubereitet wurde . Und statt einer großen Zitronenspalte gibt es 4 Spalten und das in einer extra Tüte. Kann nur sagen, es schmeckte hervorragend und das hat meine Nachbarin gerade ebenfalls bestätigt - besser als sonst bei einer anderen Filiale geholt. Wichtig ist mir zu bemerken, dass hier ein tolles Team agiert. Freundlich und herzlich und man kommt gerne wieder. Ich bestimmt schon am Sonntag, den der Krankenhauspatient wird sich bestimmt riesig darüber freuen. Vielen Dank liebes Team von Hendlglück, dass ihr mir so einen schönen und genussvollen Abend beschert habt

Hendl schmeckt sehr gut.Zum weiterempfehlen

Hier ist super nettes Personal und auch eine super Auswahl an Speisen zu finden das Essen wird immer frisch fritiert und noch heiß serviert auf einem Tablett es geht aber auch zum mitnehmen finde ich echt super die Portionen sind auch genau richtig und das Preisleistungsverhältniss ist echt top, einfach zum empfehlen ich gehe auch öfter mal hier essen und bin zufrieden

Hendl gut aber wird immer kleiner, Süßkartoffelpommes auch ok. Nix besonderes, eigentlich fast food.

Mein Hendl war wirklich lecker und sehr gut. Meine Frau hatte Chicken Popcorn und hat sich leider die halbe Nacht sehr schlecht gefühlt.

Hendl war gut, preislich ok ..es war durch, würzig, heiß und flott da 😉
