The best in Cuxhaven Absolutely classy

This was our first time at El Greco and we really enjoyed it. Since we were there in winter, it was well attended but not overcrowded so we had a free choice of seats. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was also good and plentiful... Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the view of the mudflats because it was already dark. We'll catch up on that on our next visit to Spmmer.

I once again had a fantastic meal at Poseidon Restaurant! The atmosphere is cozy and authentically Greek. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food was a delight - the fresh starters and the homemade calamari were particularly excellent. The portions are generous and the prices are great. I can recommend Poseidon Restaurant to anyone who loves Greek cuisine. I always enjoy coming back to eat here. Many thanks to the team!

The best Greek in Cuxhaven. Rarely have I eaten such good meat at a Greek restaurant. The liver alone is a dream. Keep it up, we will come back.

Despite the restaurant being fully booked and full, I received competent, friendly and quick service when ordering take-away at short notice. A free drink and an ouzo shortened my waiting time. The food was handed to me well packaged, it was very plentiful and good. Next time we will pre-book seats and look forward to good food.

Great at first glance, but then sheer disappointment. We were the only guests (ok, we should have been suspicious) and had to wait forever for the food. We would have preferred to put on thick jackets because it was already quite cold there. The ambience was nice, but you can't look closely and you should avoid the toilet if you don't want to freeze. We had ordered garlic bread and received oil bread and the platter for 2 was also very disappointing. Fries were enough for 1 person, gyros (very strange consistency - like minced meat or sausage meat) were completely forgotten and instead of 2 chicken steaks and 2 sausages there were 4 minced rolls. Conclusion. We cannot recommend this restaurant.
