Griechisches Restaurant Mykonos in Cuxhaven

The best Greek in Cuxhaven. Rarely have I eaten such good meat at a Greek restaurant. The liver alone is a dream. Keep it up, we will come back.

The food was very tasty and the selection was large. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. We also liked the decor of the restaurant. Can definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed: the question of what the fish sauce is made of could not be answered. The drinks came after the appetizer. With the starter came a side dish of croquettes, ordered separately from the main course. After the croquettes (5 pieces for 4.00 euros) had gotten cold before the main course, we took them away without comment after the second tip and served them again, fried (see photos). Some of the meat from the grill plate (not all pieces) was dry, the beef liver was not cooked through (slightly bloody), the salad bar was OK except for the iceberg lettuce (already browned) with two dressings to choose from, one of which was empty. The tzatziki was very good. The staff's politely expressed displeasure was ignored. We often like to eat out as a group of four and only ended up in Mykonos by chance; we have never had such bad luck in any other restaurant.

We've been waiting for our starter for 40 minutes... and as we were told it will take a while) we'll see what happens next...

Delicious dishes, salad bar. Friendly staff, good prices. Located near the train station. Credit cards are accepted. Update 10/8/24. Closed for vacation until 10/17/24.

Ordered food at 1:55 p.m. If you finished at 2:30 p.m. the boss said there would be something else. Paid done at 2:33 p.m.

Nice, attentive staff, very friendly. Excellent ambience. An ouzo before and after the meal - absolutely hospitable. Only the delicious gyros were a bit lacking. But a great salad buffet! Absolutely recommended.

We have been regular guests for years and not without reason!!!! The food has been incredibly delicious over the years and the prices are definitely reasonable. A stay in Cuxhaven without eating in Mykonos is unthinkable for us.

Food was good, the salad buffet was better... Had pork with fresh mushrooms in a wine sauce. Taste was good. I would have liked the meat to be a little more tender from a professional. Nice atmosphere with friendly service. I would come back.

Ich war heute ziemlich enttäuscht. Tisch war reserviert. Bestellung war erst möglich nachdem wir auf unsere Anwesenheit aufmerksam gemacht haben. Der Chef kundenunfreundlich wie immer. Portionen im Mittagstisch extrem klein. Bisher war ich nur Abends dort essen und ohne Reservierung. Nicht das der Chef freundlicher gewesen wäre. Aber wenigstens die Portionen waren dem Preis angemessen. Dies war für mich der letzte Besuch.

We spontaneously found a place where the three of us could stop. Very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. But be careful, the portions are very large, so not for the small appetite. I had the village plate and can highly recommend it. We will be back.

We came with 5 people without a reservation and we quickly improvised so that we received a great welcome and the service was attentive and quick. The food tasted very, very good. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the background noise was very good, even though the restaurant was busy.

Yesterday we were again at Dimitri's in Mykonos and, as always, absolutely thrilled. Great staff, very nice boss and great food, thank you very much for that.

Greek always works. And that here too. The food was delicious and of course very filling. Very friendly welcome and very nice owner.

I've never eaten such good plaice. It's best to have a whole bathtub full. We'll be back in the fall, and then with you too

During our 10 day vacation my girlfriend and I went there 3 times. No matter whether it was bean soup, sheep's cheese, salads or baked vegetables: everything was fresh, well prepared and tasted great. In terms of price, everything was also great.

Went to the Greek restaurant “Mykonos” for the first time today. The restaurant is located in the middle of Cuxhaven, very close to the train station and Kaemmererplatz. The restaurant is rustically furnished and is clean. We ate the “Dorf-Platte”! The food tasted excellent, the service is quick and friendly. Overall, the restaurant is a recommendation

The restaurant was well attended but even for our slightly larger group we were able to find tables that were put together. The food was also super tasty :) we would love to come back

The food and service deserve 0 stars. The food was carelessly prepared and generally very tasteless (not even the fries tasted good). The garlic bread was soaked in oil so that you had a lot of oil in your mouth. It's a shame, but then we'd rather go to the competition.

Lovely Greek, nice competent staff ,we stayed in cüxhaven for a tattoo convention, and visited twice it was that nice …..my first time having moussaka and it was amazing ….try the moussaka it’s definitely worth it

Price performance is okay 👌. Not a long wait even though the restaurant is fully booked. Food is good and sufficient. You should reserve in advance.

As always, the food was incredibly delicious! Unfortunately it was associated with a very long waiting time (Saturday evening). Nevertheless, the waiters behaved professionally and apologized for the inconvenience (waiting time) and were also able to justify it accordingly. As already mentioned, the wait was worth it. A lamb fillet with cheese gratinated in Metaxa sauce was ordered. Location is central and the furnishings are reminiscent of the ship of antiquity. Top! Would do it again !!!

Taste OK. Unfortunately, the pan-fried dishes are served in a coated pan, which I don't find very appetizing, as the coating gradually comes off...

Am ersten Weihnachtstag zum Essen mit meinem Mann. Die Bedienung immer sehr freundlich. Die Getränke und das Essen wurden sehr schnell aufgenommen. Wir bekamen das Essen dann auch sehr schnell. Es ist und bleibt unser Lieblingsrestaurant.... Wie immer alles bestens.

...wir kommen mehrfach im Jahr in die Heimat und es ist ein muss geworden hier einzukehren. Wir fühlen uns dort willkommen. Der Service ist schnell und sehr freundlich auch an Tagen wenn richtig voll Ist.Danke für die gelebte Gastfreundschaft.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Leider war das Service (wegen Weihnachten?) Langsamer als sonst. Außerdem war im Restaurant sehr warm.

Update: leider stellte sich in den letzten Tagen heraus, dass nicht nur ich, sondern diverse Gäste vom 08.12.2023 eine Magen-Darm-Erkrankung erlitten haben, welche definitiv auf das Restaurant zurückzuführen sind...

Das Essen, die Atmosphäre, die Lage erste Klasse. Große Auswahl an Speisen. Besonders die Muscheln in Metaxasause vorzüglich. Traumhafte Lage, gleich in der Nähe: Schleusenpriel, Wasserturm, Fußgängerzone, Bahnhof. Auch die Räumlichkeiten sehr attraktiv, verwinkelt mit maritimen Motiven. Es lohnt sich dorthin zu Gehen, aber die Plätze soll man reservieren. Nur wartet man manchmal ziemlich lange auf das Essen.

Seit Jahren geht es im Urlaub, am ersten Abend immer ins 'Mykonos. Tolle Atmosphäre und Ambiente. Immer netter Service und das wichtigste, super leckere Speisen! Bestes Griechisches Restaurant im Norden. 👍

Sehr leckeres Essen Wienhatten beide eine Grillplatte die sher leckere war. Die gegrillten Peperonis sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen war sehr lecker mit Salat vom Buffet und wir saßen sehr schön am Fenster. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.Ouzo aufs Haus. Der Herr, bei dem wir bezahlten, war etwas kurz angebunden ohne Verabschiedung. Bei Stammgästen war er gesprächiger. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊 im nächsten Urlaub.

Bestes Griechische Restaurant in Cuxhaven. Das Essen ist sehr sehr lecker, z.B. die Fleischgerichte auf den Punkt, Salatbuffet mit ausgezeichneter Qualität, die Gastfreundschaft typisch griechisch und der Chef ist superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun. Ambiente gemütlich rustikal. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Mykonos ist immer einen Besuch wert und ist wärmstens zu empfehlen.

DAS Restaurant in Cuxhaven. Aktuell gab es heute nach einem frischen knackigen Salat vom Buffet gegrillte Pepperoni mit einem Knoblauch-Sorbet. Als Hauptspeise wurde heute überbackenes Gyros in einer Metaxa-Sauce geordert. Aufmerksame freundliche Bedienungen, tolle und richtig klasse schmeckende Gerichte zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. DAS ist die Formel für ein erfolgreiches Restaurant wie dieses. Bitte weiter so.

Sehr aufmerksamer Service, freundliches Personal und sehr, sehr gutes und leckeres Essen. Man sitzt sehr bequem und das Ambiente, aber auch die Preisgestaltung sind excellent.
