Unfortunately there was no alternative to pork, which in itself is a no-go. Comment: "You're welcome to skip the course." I did that too; 7 courses were still calculated. A pity.
It was truly for all our senses. It's well worth the Michelin star. Everything was great with a meticulous service. Cutlery and plateing beautifully selected paired with custom-made glasses.

I would like to say thank you for many years of great food and very good service. However, I question what is wrong with the system that is forcing this restaurant to close.
Even though our visit was a while ago, it left a lasting bad impression. Since Mr. Bourgueil is an institution, I really wanted to try his cooking despite some negative comments.
