Ich habe sehr spontan im Lokal 5 vorbeigeschaut und ahnte einen baldigen Regenschauer. Ich habe sehr glücklich einen Mittagstisch im Erdgeschoss ausgesucht und saß gemütlich in einer Kissenecke... der nichtalkoholische Aperitif war sehr zu empfehlen und die Küche hat mich nicht enttäuscht. Geröstete Mandeln haben den gebeizten Lachs auf einem Chassis Coulis abgerundet. Der Hauptgang war Rinderfilet mit einer Acaí Hollandaise, die ich noch länger in Erinnerung behalten werde. Das Dessert ist immer mein liebster Gang und auch hier wusste das Cheesecake Creme zu überzeugen gepaart mit Passionsfruchtgelee. Das beste atmosphärische Moment war dieses Essen während eines ergiebigen Gewitters zu genießen. Einen größeren Kontrast hätte ich nicht planen können. Innen kuschelig in einer Kissenecke edel zu Mittag essen während es draußen tobt und donnert... Gewiss, das Wetter liegt außerhalb des Wirkungsbereichs des Lokals, trotzdem hat es die exzellente Küche vielleicht noch ein wenig mehr hervorgehoben und zum Verweilen eingeladen. Ich komme gerne wieder und probiere dann abends die große Karte. 5 Gänge im Lokal "5" klingt verlockend!

It is an exceptional restaurant in a special location. The chef and his team know how to take familiar ingredients and create something completely new. This is absolute art in the kitchen. What stands out is the staff, who turn an evening into an experience with their charm.

Food ok but price-performance ratio questionable!!! Bad service, wine for one person at a table for 6 was forgotten and it wasn't noticed even after 2 courses, a waitress who doesn't understand German well and therefore doesn't bill properly, serving mat for getting started was flimsy, plates no longer in good condition (already have small cracks and signs of wear), no one really takes the customer's needs into account, bread couldn't be refilled, GF leaves earlier than everyone else, toilets are also no longer in good condition, service is too quick, overall not very high quality and service is not at all star quality!

At Hegel Eins, we enjoyed a seasonal menu with a spring theme – a very successful composition. We particularly enjoyed the flavor nuances in dishes like the Ikejime sea bass with carrot and sambal brandal or the salt marsh lamb with Mediterranean vegetables and Taggiasca olives. The sweet finale of raspberry and chai was creative and not too heavy. I would like to highlight the fact that a vegetarian menu is also available upon request. The service was attentive and unobtrusive, and the ambience was stylish.
