At Hegel Eins, we enjoyed a seasonal menu with a spring theme – a very successful combination. We particularly enjoyed the flavor nuances in dishes like the Ikejime sea bass with carrot and sambal brandal or the salt marsh lamb with Mediterranean vegetables and Taggiasca olives. The sweet finale of raspberry and chai was creative and not too heavy. I would like to highlight the fact that a vegetarian menu is also available upon request. The service was attentive and unobtrusive, and the ambience was stylish.

Yesterday we went to the wine bar with a group of 5 people. The food itself was good, but the service was subpar. The bread with butter was served after the soup, the wine we ordered didn't even come with the intended course (we gave you three chances). The food was put on the table very lustfully, no explanation, not even when asked. Unfortunately, communication wasn't good either Next time please refuse the reservation so that we are completely overwhelmed by ruining the evening. Unfortunately we weren't the only guests who experienced this...
