Unfriendly, we were invited to a party and arrived a little too early. We were harshly rejected!
Due to the exposed location, you probably don't have to worry about the guest. Not recommended.
I placed an order that unfortunately never arrived - even though the app incorrectly said "delivered". When I asked, I could not be provided with clear evidence of actual delivery.
The customer service was particularly disappointing: the employee on the phone was unfriendly and showed disrespectful behavior that I found to be completely inappropriate. Instead of helping me, I was brushed off.
Overall a very frustrating experience. Anyone who values reliable deliveries and professional customer service should think twice about ordering here.
I've ordered them every now and then, and I have to say that the pizza rolls really pack a punch. But the service, disaster. Above all, it is always the same problem: delivery times are not specified correctly. Then you get the information after 3 hours that they are only now open...
Simply disappointing – poor service, unmotivated staff
I was at the Subway in the CAP at Kiel train station today and would have been better off avoiding the experience. As soon as I entered, I was completely ignored, while the staff chatted away in the back kitchen – clearly visible from the counter. No "hello," no greeting, nothing.
Only after a while did someone trudge wordlessly to the cash register and ask me with a bored "What do you want?" – absolutely rude. When I asked if oregano bread was still available, they just silently pointed to the bread rack. Communication doesn't seem to be part of the job description here.
The preparation of my sub was just as unloving and unmotivated, as if every movement was torture. Yes, I understand that these jobs aren't easy – but that doesn't justify taking out your frustration on the customer.
No wonder there was a line—presumably other customers already know that waiting at the fast-food giant next door is a better alternative than being treated like this here. I, for one, will avoid this place in the future.

My wife gets food there every few days.
It tastes very good and what is important to me is that the vegetables are really fresh and the meat is the same, I often don't eat Turkish pizza until the next day. And is still very good.
Unfortunately there is nothing positive to report. Ordered online in advance at the start of the lunch break. Then went there and still waited 25 minutes. The staff seems overwhelmed, the language skills are poor and the work organization seems to be like that of a flock of chickens. It's a shame, that was definitely our last visit to this unfortunately very unclean shop.
We were at Tom Kyle's today with 60 people and I really have to praise the staff for their commitment!! Despite all the stress, the girls were very nice and very friendly! Thank you for your commitment!!
