HAT Bar & Restaurant in Kiel

I've ordered them every now and then, and I have to say that the pizza rolls really pack a punch. But the service, disaster. Above all, it is always the same problem: delivery times are not specified correctly. Then you get the information after 3 hours that they are only now open...

Restaurant disregards delivery times. Pushes away when trying to call. I explicitly advise everyone not to order here.

The only question I have is why you do something so half-heartedly instead of not doing it at all. In my opinion it seems careless (food, shop, delivery times, “service”). Really very bad. I would never order from there again! I didn't like the kebab at all (more like rubber (in my opinion), Currywurst also tasted questionable... And these two things for the price of €18. (Cola was also forgotten) If it's late at night, I'd rather not eat anything than order there again, have a delay of over an hour and get what I consider to be a subpar kebab. If it has any health effects, I would definitely inform the health department.

It takes forever for the food to be ready. People who ordered after me were served before me and the kebabs hardly had any sauce.

People please don't order there, these people won't even take your order. The food was delivered late and doesn't taste good

You can still work on the fries, they were a bit soft. But otherwise the food was great, and the salads were also packed separately. Gladly again. 👍

I'll be honest, I understand that if orders come in shortly before the end of the day, you might be annoyed. BUT you get paid until the end of the day and have to perform until the last minute. I came home late in the evening and was really happy that a delivery service was still open at that time. I ordered a kebab and a burger at 1:30 a.m., half an hour before work. I received the order confirmation and was told that I would receive my food within 30 minutes. Now it's 2:40. I doubt I'll get my food anymore. Luckily I didn't pay via Paypal...

Takeaway food. The price stuck in my throat. I ordered red/white fries for €9, the equivalent of 2 large bags of fries from McDonalds plus 1x mayonnaise + ketchup in a small plastic container. Reaction to the operator's response. That may be all, but why did I pay 9 EUR? That probably can't be the case

Hat Restaurant ist das beste in Kiel. Die haben beste Pizza,Pasta und Burger außerdem die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Lieferservice ist zu schnelllllll.

Pizzabrötchen sind in Ordnung. Aber sehr Geschmacksneutral. Mit sauce ging es. Currywurst pommes auch ok.

Wirklich leckeres Essen, bestelle dort häufiger, absolut empfehlenswert. Über das Ambiente kann ich nicht viel sagen, aber sowohl Döner als auch Pizza dort sind super

Nach 2 Stunden, habe ich eine Entschuldigung erhalten, die doppelte Menge an bestellter Ware und ein Bier, das guter service

Ich habe pizzabrötchen mit Salami bestellt, hab aber welche ohne bekommen…. Und der aioli dip ist so naja. Lieferung war schnell

Sehr freundlicher Service und das Essen ist super Lecker die Pizzen sind reichlich belegt kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir bestellen stets bei HAT, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super! Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich ne' Wucht, freundlich, lustig, zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich. Wer wirklich gute Speisen genießen möchte, sollte hier bestellen. Insbesondere die Pommes sind süchtig machend, knusprig und superlecker. Die Portionen sind reichlich und der Lieferservice ist wirklich schnell. Vielen Dank an das gesamte HAT - Team, eine solch tolle Arbeit und zuvorkommender Kundenservice ist nicht selbstverständlich, macht weiter so!!!!!

Einmal bei Den netten Leuten was bestellen und es Genießen, Leute ich habe mir Cordon Bleu bestellt das schmeckt aber so was von Lecker , Einmal bestellen und Geschmack kommt von selber wenn mann es will . 😋😋😋😋😋😋 Ich schwöre, es sind hier nur Chefs die Ahnung davon haben.

Gerade eine Crispy Chicken Box geholt zum mitnehmen. Es war sehr lecker, die eingelegte Gurke, der Salat, das Crispy chicken, die Pommes und die Knoblauchsosse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Kann es jedem empfehlen, wirklich köstlich.
