Sehr nettes Restaurant, wir haben auf der Terrasse zur Kieler Woche gesessen. Perfekt. Netter Service und leckeres Essen.

Wir waren zum Frühstück vor Ort. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichlich. Leider war es durch die Kieler Woche zwischendurch sehr laut.

Ein schöner Ort und gutes Essen der Servus ist nicht gut sie sehen nix und sind nicht besonders aufmerksam .

Sehr schöne Lage, vor allem die Strandkörbe mit Blick aufs Wasser ! Ich hatte Currywurst, die war hervorragend! Meine Frau hatte Lachsflammkuchen, der hat sehr gut schmeckte. Dazu lecker Strandlager vom Fass !

Haben etwas länger warten müssen, um die Bestellung aufzugeben... aber dann ging alles super...

Die Currywurst und die Pommes waren sehr lecker. Gerne wieder! Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich. Leider sind manche Gäste unmöglich, so wie wohl mindestens eine Dame, die die Toilette besucht hat. Es wäre sicher gut, stündlich die Toiletten zu kontrollieren. Tut mir leid, das sagen zu müssen. Es ist sowohl für das Personal als auch für Gäste manchmal unzumutbar. Es mindert aber leider etwas diesen positiven Eindruck.

Sehr schön, Aussicht, essen ist gut und Personal war freundlich. Hinter dem Lokal liegt ein schöner Garten.

Das Jägerschnitzel war ungenießbar, direkt aus der Fritteuse, und die Wiener Art war genauso langweilig. Finger weg, viel zu schlecht für den Preis.

Sehr schönes Restaurant an der Reventloubrücke gelegen mit Wasser Blick. Essen war sehr lecker. Der Service war super freundlich. Preislich gut. Wenn man dort ist hat man das Glück die Color Line Schiff zu sehen. Komme gerne wieder.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut, leider konnte der Service nicht Punkten, das Lokal war nicht mal zu 50% ausgelastet und es kam keiner zu unseren Tisch um nachzufragen ob wir noch was brauchen. Die Tische neben uns mussten zum bezahlen aufstehen, weil sonst keiner gekommen wäre. Bitte hier dringend nachbessern, dann sind es volle Sterne im Service.

Wir waren zum Frühstück dort, war alles bestens und Preis Leistung stimmt.

Backfisch mit Bratkartoffel und Salat, wurde heiß serviert und war geschmacklich gut.

Große Portion, Fisch hätte besser sein können

Man musste schon förmlich betteln, um vom Service beachtet zu werden. Zumindest das Abräumen und den Erhalt der Rechnung betreffend. Zuvor wurde ein falsches Getränk gebracht, welches dann im Nachhinein trotzdem dreisterweise mitberechnet wurde.

Oh wie schön. Wieder mal lecker, direkt an der Kieler Förde, gefrühstückt. Tolles Ambiente, aufmerksames Personal und ein wunderbares Seglerfrühstück. Wir haben das Lokal satt und äußerst zufrieden verlassen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Portionen sind großzügig. Wir haben Pannfish bestellt, und es hat fantastisch geschmeckt und uns satt gemacht. Der Service ist ebenfalls gut, die Atmosphäre freundlich und gemütlich.

Nordwind Kiel ist für mich ein echter Wohlfühlort. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, dazu super leckeres Essen – besonders das Frühstück. Ich bin Stammkundin und gehe regelmäßig dort frühstücken. Komme immer wieder gerne ☕🥐

20 Minuten an einem bekleckerten Tisch gesessen (immerhin mit Speisekarte) und vergeblich auf den überforderten Kellner gewartet. Danke für nix. Braucht kein Mensch.

Mittagszeit. 14 Uhr. Dienstag. Es war nicht viel los. Wir wurden 20 Minuten nicht beachtet, nicht begrüßt und nicht bedient. Wir sind dann gegangen. Ganz mies. Ganz schlecht.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Kaffee und Kuchen schmecken hervorragend...

Am besten hat mir ihr köstliches Dessert gefallen.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet eine angenehme, maritime Atmosphäre direkt am Wasser. Perfekt, um sich wohlzufühlen und das Essen zu genießen. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Kollegen, insbesondere an Jan und Omar. Beide waren äußerst sympathisch, aufmerksam und haben uns hervorragend betreut. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen der Service am Gast wirklich am Herzen liegt. Das Essen war frisch, lecker und absolut empfehlenswert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr gemütlichen Abend mit toller Kundenbetreuung und einem stimmigen Ambiente.

Cooles Restaurant an Kieler Linie. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet

The Pinot Gris was only palatable with water. The lemonade was okay. Due to the bad weather, we no longer felt welcome by 6:00 PM. They were planning to close at 7:00 PM. The server was sitting two tables away eating a kebab. Unfortunately, the whole atmosphere felt rather uninviting.

We wanted to eat there today, but the waitress told us that the restaurant was closing in half an hour and they couldn't accept any more guests. However, according to the opening hours, the restaurant was open until 8:30 p.m. That was disappointing because we came specifically for that meal and were really looking forward to it.

The food was delicious. Half an hour before closing, there were no more tea orders; the staff had already cleared out. Google said the opening hours were until 10 p.m., but they were actually only open until 8 p.m. The restroom wasn't at all inviting. A bit pricey for the overall package. You're probably also paying for the beautiful view.

The service was very friendly, the food was okay, nothing special. The restaurant was a bit dated and could have been cleaner. The restroom was a disgrace, smelling foul and absolutely filthy. I went there before dinner and was already full. As we left the restaurant, we were shocked again: a rat ran down the stairs from the roof terrace.

The food was good, as was the service, but unfortunately I have to deduct 2 points for the ambiance in the restroom. Still, I'd happily go back, nice view.

The location, right on the Kiellinie, is naturally excellent. The service is fast and friendly, and the food is good. Up on the roof, you have a fantastic view in the summer. On the lawn next to the Nordwind, there are a few beach chairs belonging to the Nordwind restaurant. You might need a little more patience there, but the service is just as friendly. There's a small selection of cakes, which are delicious. I don't order tea there anymore because the water is always too cold by the time it arrives at the table. I suspect it's not hot enough from the portafilter machine.

Simple restaurant! Friendly staff. Criticism of the management!! The management declined the Bon Bon voucher during the payment process. However, the Bon Bon voucher is offered online for this restaurant??? After this unfriendly response, the reservation for 8 people at the end of September was canceled. 👎

The location directly on the Kiel-Linie and the elevated roof terrace are probably the main reasons to stop there. Otherwise, average.

We wanted a bite to eat/drink. The restaurant wasn't crowded, as we visited during the weekday afternoon. They brought us the menu, but then we were overlooked/forgotten, or whatever. The waiters were suddenly nowhere to be seen, wherever they were. After waiting 20 minutes in vain to place an order, we left! After all, there are other restaurants... The building unfortunately doesn't look appealing from the outside; it's very broken and worn. Obviously, not much has been invested in maintenance in recent years. Great view/outlook - best location!

We sat up on the roof terrace. It's sooooo old. Some of the windows are broken and kind of dirty. The counter is unsightly, and the clearing station with its yellow crates isn't exactly pleasing to the eye. Despite everything, you get a lovely view of the water and the surrounding area. The service was friendly. The food was okay, not bad, but not terribly exciting either. Down-to-earth and okay. My husband was still a bit hungry after the fish dish. My plaice was well-cooked and there was nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the table wasn't cleared after the meal. So you just sat there with your empty plate.

The plaice is very fatty, and the bacon looks like it's been cooked – but the staff is friendly and the price is relatively good. We won't be back, but it's worth a try.

I just wanted to grab a quick takeaway and ordered the fried fish sandwich. A few steps further on, a seagull snatched the sandwich from me. So I went back and ordered the same thing again. They were so nice, I got the second one for free. That's not something to be taken for granted. ❤️ Thank you so much 🤩

Great breakfast and good meals. It was my first choice for eating out on the Kiellinie waterfront.

Good selection of food. It tasted very good. I had the vegetarian tarte flambée. You can sit downstairs or upstairs with a view of the water. Friendly service.

My vegetarian burger was unfortunately a bit greasy, but otherwise pretty ok.

The food was okay. But there was a nasty surprise when paying: instead of the generously rounded-up bill, an additional ten euros were added to the card payment. When asked about this, the waitress didn't seem surprised and immediately handed over the ten euros. Be careful! I found that unacceptable.

We had a small nightcap at Nordwind today and then spontaneously ordered something to eat. The drinks (pilsner, shandy, and cola) were all perfectly fine; if there was any criticism, it was perhaps the slightly high prices. The food, on the other hand, was quite reasonably priced. We ordered tomato soup, a fish sandwich, and a baked potato for a total of less than €30. The tomato soup was delicious, and the portions were very generous, considering it was just an appetizer. The fish sandwich was also very tasty, albeit a bit too "complicated" for my taste. Personally, I don't need remoulade on a fish sandwich, but that's a matter of taste. I have no doubt that the Nordwind team would have left it out if I had asked. Overall, the service was very good. The drinks and food were all prepared and served very quickly.

Always a lovely spot to enjoy a stunning view of the Kiel Fjord. The service was very friendly and competent. I wouldn't necessarily come back just for the food. My baked potato was dry, and unfortunately, it lacked a generous portion of sour cream.

The food was very good; I had a salmon burger 🍔 with a really large piece of salmon and it was really juicy. The staff were really friendly, nice, and helpful.

A wonderful place to linger? The food is very good. This time I only went for coffee and half a salmon roll. But it's worth going. Because everything is just right. Good value for money. Nice place. You can pay with card and cash. See you soon, I can only say.

It would be nice if you would stick to your own opening hours and not close shortly after closing time despite the stated times until 10 pm

We had Jägerschnitzel, which tasted very good. Unfortunately, it wasn't filling. The service was very good and prompt. We would recommend it.

10 out of 5 stars, I'd give it 10!!! In my opinion, this is the best herring fillet. If you're on vacation in Kiel, a visit here is a must.

We ordered food, but unfortunately, the service didn't meet our expectations. Unfortunately, they didn't ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. We also had to wait a long time for the bill. The portions weren't worth the price. Unfortunately, the fried fish was very greasy, the burger was OK, but the meat was cold. All in all, we expected more. It's a shame.

It was absolutely wonderful! The scrambled eggs are fluffy and well-seasoned, the filter coffee is delicious, and the service is incredibly attentive and friendly. If I lived in Kiel, I'd probably be here every weekend :-)

After a stroll along the harbor, we stopped here. It was very cozy, and the service was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the portions were filling. It was a lovely evening.

We had breakfast and tea/coffee here today. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was well prepared and the portions were decent.

We stopped for a quick snack and to pass the time until the next ferry. If you want something warm to drink, you should order an Alster. Children and those sensitive to sugar should not order the homemade lemonade. Too much fruit syrup. Some of the male waiters should leave their bad moods at home. If the kitchen is as clean as the restrooms, then food poisoning is very likely. Unfortunately, I've used train station restrooms that were cleaner and smelled better than the guest restrooms at this restaurant.

The cheesecake was completely soggy. The plum was good. The restroom was one floor up. Dirty, with no toilet paper or paper towels. We alerted the staff, but their reaction was dismissive. We won't be back. A prime location by the water isn't everything!

It's raining... our first time in Kiel. 3 people 2 🐶🐶 The staff is friendly, and the view is interesting despite the rain, with a direct view of the harbor bay. Parking is free on the main street with a 2-hour parking period, at least when it's raining. 🌞 The food was delicious; it was the BBQ burger for around €16 for me with coleslaw salad... although the amount of coleslaw was more like the size of a sauce bowl, so it wasn't worth mentioning. I also drank the 0.5-liter Flensburger Strandlager Pils for €5.60... which was very nice from the draft 🍻 What annoyed me were the extra €4.50 for fries, which I found really expensive for the small bowl. My wife enjoyed the VEGETARIAN tarte flambée for €12.50, and my colleague was also happy with the fried fish for €20. Everything was solid, but a bit underwhelming, otherwise it would have been 4 stars! Nice, warm... with room for improvement 🚀

Restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a winter garden, beautifully situated by the water. The atmosphere is simple and unpretentious. The service is very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. The food is okay; we were all satisfied, but we didn't consider it anything special or superior in quality/taste to other restaurants. Prices are in the normal mid-range. In the end, the beautiful location was the best thing about the restaurant for us.

The price/performance ratio isn't quite right. It's a bit too expensive. Not everyone is an expert (service), and when asked, the waitress didn't know what types of tea were available. I think a full breakfast at €30 per person is excessive.

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen da , Wetter war super Aussicht perfekt. Wir hatten einen Fischteller und ein Backfisch jeweils mit Bratkartoffeln , hier wird nix frisch zubereitet lachs war tot gebraten dazu Beutelgemüse Garnelen spieß war glasig leider war auch noch der eine oder andere Darm vorhanden der Backfisch war tot fritiert genauso wie die Tintenfischringe, das war der Fischsteller für 30 EUR mit Bratkartoffeln. Der backfisch mit bratkartoffeln meiner Frau spiegelte qualitativ den Fischteller wieder. Das das Ambiente war wie verdreckten Toiletten in einem desolaten Zustand. Im Losen und ganzen ist dieses Lokal nicht zu empfehlen aus unserer Sicht heraus ein Fall fürs Gesundheitsamt
