Wir haben hier hervorragend gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und es war auch reichlich. Das Ambiente lädt zum Verweilen ein. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Bis zum nächsten Mal

Mein Geheimtipp: Wir waren heute zum Frühstück (bis 11Uhr), im Restaurant Kochmütze, zum Frühstück. Wir hatten das Frühstück 7+1, also 7 Teile plus 1 Filterkaffee. Es war sehr schön zur Selbstbedienung angerichtet und schmeckte überragend gut. Der Preis: 6,90€ Wir werden das Angebot jetzt öfter nutzen.

Wir haben dort gefrühstückt. Das Frühstück war preislich und qualitativ gut. Anschließend haben wir uns Höffi Marmelade gekauft. Am nächsten Morgen öffnete ich ein Glas und es war schimmelig. Das kann immer mal passieren, kein Problem. Fotos vom Bon und dem schlechten Glas gemacht, an den Kundenservice gesendet, aber die Antwort lautete: Sie müssen die verdorbene Ware im Haus retournieren. Darauf fragte ich, ob das bei den Benzinpreisen ernst gemeint sei und bekam zur Antwort: Wir können Ihnen hier im Kundenservice den Betrag leider nicht gutschreiben, da wir in diese Kassenaufträge nicht einsehen können, dies muss im Einrichtungshaus geschehen. Das ist ja wohl ein Witz. Die beiden geschriebenen Mails sind vom Arbeitslohn weit teurer als 4,20 Euro für ein Glas Marmelade. Wenn der Kundenservice das nicht kann, muss es an die betreffende Stelle weitergeleitet werden. Ich bin fassungslos über die Art und Weise, wie dort agiert wird. Essen und Ambiente bekommen 4 Sterne, der Kundenservice bekommt 0.

Für ein Restaurant im Möbelmarkt echt gut. Breite Auswahl an klassischen Gerichten. Gute Qualität, ordentliche Preise - mit Gutscheinen meist noch günstiger. Große Auswahl an Kalt-, Heiß- und alkoholischen Getränken. Dazu schöne Desserts. Der gesamte Bereich ist ansprechend und gemütlich gestaltet und durchgängig sauber. Verschiedene Arten von Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr saubere WCs. Dazu noch kostenlose Kinderbetreuung in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Wir haben schon mehrfach hier gegessen. Nun aber zum letzten Mal. Bestellt hatten wir Backfisch mit Kartoffelsalat. Der Fisch war lauwarm, sehr dunkel, trocken und bestand zur Hälfte aus Panade. Wir bekamen eine große Portion Kartoffelsalat dazu, dieser schmeckte sehr säuerlich. Vor einigen Wochen hatte ich ein Stück Schmandkuchen, der geschmacklich gut war, mein Mann einen Höffi Berliner, der noch leicht gefroren war. Das darf nicht sein.

super! Wer erwartet in einem Möbelhaus schon so ein „Restaurant“! Tolle Auswahl von Suppen, Salaten, Hauptspeisen, selbst hergestelltem Kuchen und Weltbesten Eis, gute Getränkeauswahl, sehr angenehmes Ambiente, sauber, und sehr freundlicher Service 👍🏼

Das Tagesmenü ist preiswert und gut. Die anderen angebotenen Gerichte finde ich zu teuer. Es sind mäßig warm gehaltene Gerichte. Daher manchmal auch Recht weich und fade. Das Ambiente finde ich toll. Kuchen und Eis sind hier sehr gut und zu fairen Preisen zu bekommen

We ate there on October 6th. My husband and I paid almost €30. We've never eaten so badly!!! We had a Wiener Schnitzel and a chicken schnitzel (both dry) with fries and what was supposed to be a creamy mushroom sauce (it was just something mixed together). The staff were nice, but the food was a complete disaster!!! Absolutely not recommended!!!

The atmosphere and service were okay, it was quick and uncomplicated, but the food was simply terrible. A chicken schnitzel (about 9 cm, and after asking, it really should be one piece) and fries (oily, pre-fried) with a mushroom sauce, one of the worst I've ever eaten.

I was completely satisfied. The staff were friendly and the food was perfectly fine. Of course, in this price range, you can't expect everything to taste as fresh and delicious as Mom's cooking.

As of April 2025: It's a fast-food restaurant located in the Höffner furniture store. The ambiance has various design styles... I like them all. The food and drink selection is huge, and the prices are reasonable. The value for money is good. The taste varies depending on whether the food has been on the warming counter for a while or is freshly prepared. When I order fresh food, most dishes taste really good. The staff are almost always very friendly and attentive and are happy to accommodate special requests. All in all, I can say that a visit is always worthwhile. For this reason, I always visit this restaurant at least once when I'm in Kiel. By the way: when the weather is nice, you can also sit on a large terrace and enjoy a beautiful view.

The ambiance is good for a furniture store. With the Berlin currywurst, the sausage was probably kept warm for far too long; it was definitely taken from a pot under a heat lamp. The sausage had the consistency of a gummy bear...no kidding! It even squeaked on your teeth when you bit into it. The fries that came with it weren't satisfactory either, just adequate at best. The best thing about the dish was the curry sauce; I'd give it 4 stars. I don't understand why they don't prepare the currywurst and fries fresh; it wasn't busy anyway. They could have easily done that. We've eaten here several times, including P&C, but today was really bad, so only 1 star overall for the food.

We were happy with the selection. The price was good too. You can sit inside or outside. We'd be happy to come back.

We had breakfast there today with a small group. After a brief queue at the bread baskets, we were able to help ourselves to the buffet. With the 7-piece + filter coffee option, you can put together a delicious breakfast. Fresh items were regularly replenished. Special requests, such as special coffee varieties, are subject to a small surcharge. I especially liked the fact that you can enjoy your breakfast in a quiet and cozy atmosphere.

We ate currywurst and fries 😬a complete disaster. It couldn't be worse!👎👎👎

How can you lose your sense of entitlement like that? This place is really just meant to cater to clueless retirees whose taste buds have already died and who are looking to get a bargain with coupons. Anyone who seriously wants to eat should steer clear of this place!

Lunch at the Höffner Kiel furniture store: 1 roulade, 2 herring, 2 currywurst. Surprisingly good to very good. The taste was good to very good. Nothing overcooked, well prepared. Large portions to fill you up. Very reasonably priced. With coupons from the advertising brochure, it's extremely good value. Cozy atmosphere. Very clean. Very friendly service.

Worst fries ever. Rock-hard, dripping with grease, and not seasoned at all. Hopefully, the sausage doesn't come out later. The staff is nice, but that's about it.

One star is for the selection at the salad and antipasti bar. The rest was a disgrace. The quality of the meat on my skewered beef fillet was fine, but the preparation was abysmal and it was completely burnt. Although I pointed out to the chef several times that the degree of doneness was sufficient for me, the meat was fried to death - perhaps an order from management?? After receiving the burnt skewered beef fillet for just under €13, I wanted to return it. The staff told me that it was only a small portion and I shouldn't make such a fuss. A photo of the skewer has also been posted. Everyone can form their own opinion here! More show than substance, any currywurst stand or halfway decent lunch spot on the corner is more recommendable. I don't even want to start on the cleanliness of the dining room. It's a shame, especially since the branch in Hamburg was much more pleasant.

Very nice atmosphere and good prices

Great value for money. Ok, with the prices you can't expect gourmet food, but overall really good. Nice staff. Great ambience. Remarkably clean. Nice terrace.

We've been going at least twice a week since it opened eat there. At the beginning the selection of food was very good, fresh and varied, Asian dishes from a wok, etc. Now the quality has decreased significantly. Eating that happens almost every day, the food is mostly lukewarm, I also mentioned it, but what really bothers me is that I got plates that smelled strongly of poorly washed dishes and dirty cutlery. You have the feeling that washing is done here by hand and not in the dishwasher!! Ladies at the checkout very friendly.

I had schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce, I can still live with the fact that the schnitzel was drowned in sauce, but the sauce had nothing to do with a classic mushroom cream sauce. It was more of an herb and vegetable sauce with a few mushrooms thrown into it. Unfortunately it didn't taste good at all.

Overall, you can eat well here. The portions are generous and the restaurant is child-friendly because there are several child seats and children's meals. The sauces are generally good, but sometimes seem artificial, and the meat dishes have always been very good. There are well-maintained toilets and a large baby changing room right next door. The staff is courteous and polite.

The roulade was good, but the Napoli sauce tasted very much like a packet of powdered sauce. Instead of Parmesan as shown in the picture, it was garnished with regular grated cheese. I think I discovered two lice or larvae or something similar on the arugula (see picture). When I pointed this out to an employee, he scraped the two objects off with his thumbnail and claimed "it was nothing." I was still offered compensation or a replacement, but I declined because I ate the pasta. The employees were otherwise okay and friendly.

My sister and I went to the Kochmütze restaurant to eat more often. We BOTH are always thrilled with the food. We'll definitely come back. We can only recommend the restaurant.

We ended up here while passing through because, unlike most of the surrounding restaurants, they also serve warm food in the afternoon. The positive thing is that we were able to take our small dog into the restaurant (although not in the buffet area, so there should be at least two of us). The roof terrace is also nice. Unfortunately the food was disastrous. Given the low prices, you don't expect anything more than canteen level, but even that isn't achieved. The schnitzels were lukewarm, the mushroom sauce lumpy and cold. The fries themselves were ok and the only thing warm, but extremely salty. You probably could have eaten everything to some extent if you had just made it hot. Why they don't do this is a mystery to us, especially since the store was almost empty. You can get better food at every snack bar and rest stop. We definitely won't be coming back.

This store is really fantastic! The ambience and the food are amazing. The design of the restaurant is very modern. The prices are very fair for the great quality 🤩 We will visit this restaurant more often.

The restaurant is quite attractive and manageable for a furniture store. The chicken thigh tasted really good and the sauce went great with it. Unfortunately, the fries tasted like they were quite old, wobbly without any bite. If you're hungry quickly, there's definitely another option.

You should have your expectations that it has more than charm and the quality of a good canteen. So the offer is ok, my fries were crispy and completely fine, the schnitzel with the paprika sauce was juicy and warm, the paprika sauce was a bit too acidic but now we are back in the area where one would say canteen. Large quantities, fast dispatch. There is room for improvement if it can be calculated and the kitchen is really up for it. Let the chefs do some tweaking to one or two dishes!!!

The schnitzel (pork) is dry as a shoe sole, the fries are crispy but cold. Pasta with tomato sauce had no pizzazz and was just boring. Baked fish dry. Salad mushy. Overall, at most rest area level. It's a shame, because it looks more impressive and has potential. No longer needed.

Essen war okay. Leider um 17:27 Uhr kein Schnitzel mehr bekommen, weil um 17:30 Uhr wohl die Küche zu macht. Personal nicht flexsibel.

Schnitzel war eine Katastrophe, die Pommes hingegen steinhart und nach alten Fett schmeckend, sahen aber ok aus. Die Pilzsoße unteres Niveau und in der Auslage sehr angetrocknet, wie alles andere auch. Naja das Ambiente ist super, das war es aber auch. Lange vorgenommen zu testen, wird aber sicher nicht wiederholt oder empfohlen.

Kochmütze - das ist das Höffner Restaurant To eat - or not to eat. Eigentlich keine Frage. Die grosse Tasse Kaffee für 1,90 ( nur 1 Euro mit Möbel - Höffner - Kundenkarte) ein gutes Frühstück und das annehmbare Tagesessen gibts es bereits ab 10 Uhr. Es regiert im Höffi Personalnot, doch auch im Restaurantbereich sind gute Mitarbeiter; wer mit dem guten Höffi nicht zufrieden sein sollte, kann sich nen Kilometer weiter bei IKEA nen Hot Dog für nen Euro abholen. *** Sterne, vielleicht aber demnächst auch einer mehr.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes SB Restaurant mit toller Dachterrasse. Das Essen war lecker und sehr preiswert. Freundlicher Service. Leider online keine Speisekarte und aktuelle Angebote zu finden.

Hatte ein Rinderroulade m.Rotkohl u. Klöße war ganz nett die Klöße waren etwas hart / trocken preis ging i.o.

Wir haben "nur" gefrühstückt. Von daher kann ich nicht viel über das Essen sagen. Aber das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich bestückt. Und eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns gleich frisch gekochte Eier angeboten, als sie gesehen hat, das nur noch eins da war. Alles in einem, war es sehr schön.

Wir hatten Rinderroulade. Viel zu hartes Fleisch und nichts für den großen Hunger...Der Berliner war auch sehr trocken... Wir waren nicht das erste mal dort essen. Werden es jetzt meiden... leider 😟😟 Aber die Dame an der Kasse war super nett ...👍Ansonsten sehr stylisch eingerichtet 👍. Jeder Bereich sehr ansprechend... wenn das Essen besser wäre...🙏🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

Am Anfang waren viele von den verschiedenen Kochbereichen auf. Die Auswahl ist geringer aber das was es gibt ist vollkommen in Ordnung!
