One star is really too many. We were there at 5:30 p.m. and the price for the evening buffet was 25 euros per person. It was strange looking at the food. As if the leftovers from lunch were simply thrown under or on top of the food. The sauces had probably been in the pot for a long time and formed a firmer edge. The rice on top was already dried out and looked like it had been reheated three times. The best part...yogurt cups from the supermarket and leftover Christmas gingerbread stars with chocolate for dessert. These were placed harmoniously with other chocolate cookies so that the sun could easily shine through the window.
What was really strange was that the food at the next table, menu, looked fresher than the entire buffet.
It's a shame...but we won't be able to eat there anymore.
Bought kebab meat for 50 euros and got two of the take-away boxes of meat. For 50 euros that was definitely far too little.
Unfortunately, it was a disappointment in terms of taste, as it didn't taste much like kebab and was sometimes knobbly.
I have never eaten such unacceptable and bad pizza in my entire life - not even in the worst pizzeria in Turkey. The dough was paper thin and not even through, we had the feeling that we were eating fresh dough. The feeling was confirmed on the toilet this morning. Added to this is the fact that my cousin's pizza had long black hairs melted into the dough, which is why we asked for completely new pizzas, to which the telephone operator responded snidely. PLOT TWIST: The pizzas that followed felt even worse and there was hair in them too. I used to be more than happy with the old owner of Pizza-Live, but that with the new owner was the first and last time. My tip to you: It's better to buy a frozen pizza from REWE instead of ordering something there. Thanks for nothing.
Selected menus were good and sufficient. Service was good, despite some pick-up orders and on-site guests. The owners are friendly and attentive.
Ambience is functional.
A recommendation.
It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars.
I ordered food, but it never arrived. Even better: the restaurant had suddenly closed via Lieferando, even though the opening times were different at the time of the order. Contact was also not possible.
Cheeky and completely unprofessional, not recommended at all.
Waited 25 minutes and still didn't get there. I had two customers in front of me, 30 degrees in the shade and I had to stand in the sun for over 25 minutes and there was no sign of my turn coming soon. Incredibly slow way of working, even if it's hot in the place, that's no reason not to serve customers. Then I just left and didn't get anything for lunch.
It's disgraceful how they ignore the customers here!
We really enjoy coming here to eat. It's a very nice family-run restaurant. Even after a long absence, the owner remembers us. The food is, as always, very tasty.
The evening starts okay. But the raw chicken spoiled my evening. At first they offered to serve the food again, but I had already lost my appetite. When asked, the food was taken off the bill. Only after insistence also the water. I clearly expected a different recompense for playing with my health. This remains the first and last night in this hotel and especially in the restaurant.
We were in Krefeld two weeks ago. It was so disappointing. My carbonara was so bad. It was pasta with scrambled eggs. Stay away from the carbonara. Purino, take it off the menu! My daughter's pasta was also very greasy, and one of the plates had the wrong order and arrived 20 minutes late. What a shame.
Wir haben letztes WE unsere Goldhochzeit im Röckstöck gefeiert. Es stimmte einfach alles: die Tische waren toll eingedeckt, das Essen hervorragend und die Bedienung kompetent und sehr freundlich.
