I pre-ordered with a pickup time and had to wait 20 minutes on site. This shouldn't happen.

My boyfriend and I are on a weekend trip to Dortmund to see BVB. After the game we were hungry as we were in the city for a bit and didn't know where to eat. We decided to go there because it was still open, wasn't far away and had good reviews. As we got closer the situation looked less inviting and a bit frightening. When we came in the first impression was not very inviting, very dirty. You had to order at the front (no card payment) and then you got a piece of paper with a number on it that when the food was ready you could pick it up at the front, a bit like in McDonald's. I ordered a cheeseburger and my friend ordered a chili cheeseburger with fries. In the “restaurant” Spongebob was probably on YouTube or something like that on TV. The tables were dirty. My friend's burger was cold and mine was lukewarm. My burger fell apart while eating it. When returning the trays you had to scrape your own rubbish off the tray and squeeze it into an overfilled bin. The burgers actually tasted good, but when we were finished my friend had a very, very bad stomach ache, even though he is neither sensitive to spiciness nor has a sensitive stomach. He then felt very sick very quickly, so the evening was no longer very pleasant for him. Not recommended.

Very highly recommended. I was there today for Iftar to break my fast. You could easily place your order in advance via WhatsApp so that you could start eating straight away when you broke your fast. You also got a date on site. Great atmosphere. Very, very tasty food, cheeseburger tasted great, fries were nice and crispy and juicy. I can only recommend it
