If you eat in the Restaurant, then you will have better Food. Every time when I Order there, I get abdominal pain, and the Burger isn‘t Tasty.

The half chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and incredibly juicy on the inside. The crispy sticks were also excellent, very tasty and seasoned just right. The Francisco Baguette was also a highlight, extremely juicy and the consistency was simply perfect.

I really didn't expect it to be really tasty

I ordered food via Uber Eats today at 5:40 p.m The food was postponed again and again until I had enough The last status was that the food would be delivered at 8:25 p.m. (if that wasn't postponed again) I have not received a message or call from Chicken Land about my order Never again .

I thought the food was delicious but after eating it I got a really bad stomach ache and food poisoning. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very highly recommended. I was there today for Iftar to break my fast. You could easily place your order in advance via WhatsApp so that you could start eating straight away when you broke your fast. You also got a date on site. Great atmosphere. Very, very tasty food, cheeseburger tasted great, fries were nice and crispy and juicy. I can only recommend it

Much better before! And you can't put raw chicken on the fried chicken, all the raw samonel bacteria drops on the fried chicken! Never want no poisoning again!

We ate at Chickenland with the whole family and it was a wonderful experience! As soon as we entered the restaurant we noticed the pleasant and clean atmosphere. The furnishings are modern, but still cozy, and we felt comfortable from the start. The service was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly, attentive and professional. Our orders were taken quickly and despite the busy restaurant, we didn't have to wait long for our food. Now to the most important part: the food! Everything was fresh, hot and incredibly tasty. The dishes were perfectly seasoned, the meat was juicy and of high quality. We were particularly impressed by the various chicken dishes – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and with a delicious marinade. The side dishes were also excellent, especially the fries, which were perfectly crispy. The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. The cleanliness of the restaurant is particularly positive. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the tables to the sanitary facilities - a clear sign that great importance is placed on hygiene here. We had a great evening and would recommend Chickenland to anyone looking for delicious food, friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 out of 5 stars!

Date: February 12, 2025, at 3:30 p.m As usual, we entered the store and our 4-year-old daughter needed to go to the bathroom. When her mother took her there, she found a sign that said “toilet unavailable.” She then asked a helpful Arabic-speaking staff member if there was another toilet for children, and he mentioned that someone was inside. We knocked on the door but received no answer. After a short wait we tried to open it, but it was locked. Suddenly we heard loud banging from inside, as if someone was aggressively banging on the door. A few moments later, an employee stormed out, visibly angry, and began yelling at us. To our surprise, this was an employee of the store - yelling at customers just because they knocked on the door after no answer! He even threatened to call the police if we didn't leave the store immediately, even though he himself was responsible for this entire situation. Our daughter was completely frightened by his aggressive screaming and door slamming and remained unsettled throughout the day. Luckily, the Arabic-speaking employee intervened and apologized, but I have a question for the business owner: Is it normal for your employees to threaten customers over such a small incident - even though they are the cause of it? Is this the service you offer? This experience was absolutely unacceptable!

The portions are generous and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even when it's busy. The atmosphere in the store is relaxed and everything happens quickly and smoothly. Whether it's take-away or on-site - Chickenland is definitely my first choice when I'm in the mood for really good fast food. Highly recommended!

I got food poisoning and was in the hospital for 7 hours to detox and couldn't even stand up. I threw up everything I drank or ate that night. In total, I threw up 15 times. Very tasty, but very dirty. The oil is used over and over again until it becomes completely disgusting. Please don't eat there if you don't want to risk your health.

Unfortunately, the service doesn't understand exactly what you want. The fries were cold and the portion was really small. 32 euros for a hamburger and a cheeseburger with 12 nuggets. Simply too expensive

Very tasty fried chicken or grilled chicken! Unfortunately, because it is so popular, the shop is very crowded with the ambience of a typical barbecue joint. Waited five minutes for my order. It would have been better if I had waited outside because I smelled like a grilled chicken myself for hours afterwards. 🤣

How can the burger be a pleasure every time? Quite simply… it’s possible in Chicken Land! The double cheeseburger tastes just as good every time as it did the last time. No loss of quality. The burger is always prepared the same way as the last time. Do I eat somewhere else where the food tastes different every time? Sometimes good, sometimes less? No, then I'd rather enjoy every bite and come here. Clear recommendation. One point deducted for the Crispy Chicken Sticks - they were rather dry and less juicy. Unfortunately my visit to Chicken Land Cologne Ehrenfeld was disappointing. The chicken was extremely salty, which completely spoiled the enjoyment. Even more disturbing was the view of the kitchen - it looked anything but clean. Added to this was the very loud atmosphere, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. Unfortunately not a recommendation for me.

Hello dear guests, Today I ordered a crispy baguette menu which was excellent and I got a sweet sauce with the fries. I personally found it very tasty. So in the venloerstr the shop where I definitely go. The boss greeted me personally and I liked that as a customer :)

The chicken sticks are awesome but the waiting time is over 30 minutes and there is hardly any seating, overall it's relatively good and I can recommend it

The bottom line is “just” okay. I had a chicken box that I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, the chicken was simply placed on the tray, which seemed quite careless. There was also no lemon or napkins. But now to the taste: the nuggets didn't give me the impression that they were of high quality. The crispy chicken was good, but the wings were very greasy and therefore somehow unpleasant. However, I will give Chickenland another chance because the burgers at the next table looked really good (also in the presi).

I've been going there for days and they can't manage to just make sure they have food available. The way the employees grin at you is outrageous and cheeky. The chickens are ready but are not released. Even if these have already run out, you can make sure that you have enough by 5:30 p.m. PURE RUDE.

If you are in Cologne you definitely have to try this shop! Lots of choice in the menu, the food tastes great and I can only recommend it to everyone! The staff are all very nice and helpful, lots of places to eat and a pleasant atmosphere. When the weather is nice you can also eat outside. Try it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
