Far too expensive, the menu board at the entrance and the prices on it were really a deterrent, I immediately turned 180 degrees and went back with the family. Then we went to McDonald's. It wasn't a bargain but it was significantly cheaper.

After a long time I was looking forward to KFC again but unfortunately it was the worst place I've been to so far. It was our first time eating there, we were there for about 50 minutes and there wasn't a lot of guests going on that Sunday. Things were forgotten in the orders or were completely wrong, meat was sometimes literally cold inside, employees didn't feel like dealing with anything at all, the branch was sometimes a bit dirty with leftover food and toilets were badly smeared with stinky poopy. Colonel Sanders would be very disappointed 😓

I've always been a huge fan of KFC, but after being served soggy fries with a dollop of sauce for the third time, as well as dried-out chicken with an over-seasoned breading that sometimes looked grayish, the topic is over for now. For that price you should be able to enjoy your food and not have to choke it down. Which, by the way, didn't work!

I haven't experienced anything so bad in a long time. The toilets were not clean and there was no soap. The staff are unfriendly and the drinks border on physical. There wasn't a single drink with sugar just zero drinks. And there were no wet towels for the hands either. That means no soap, no wipes to clean your hands. Once and never again.

Food not cooked properly, food oversalted, terribly expensive and staff overwhelmed. So for the money and the experience you're better off going to a regular restaurant.

Only zero drinks that taste absolutely nothing. The customer should be able to decide for themselves whether they want drinks with or without sugar. Every time you visit something is missing. Most of the time there are no forks for chili cheese fries. Either the meat on the burgers gets smaller and smaller, or the bun gets bigger and bigger, which means the burgers only taste dry, despite some sauce.

The seating area should definitely be cleaned up more often, the other guests left their things on the tables because they were too lazy to go to the tray cart. Unfortunately, educating customers is not possible in this price segment, so the employees have to do it.

By far the best and cleanest KFC I've been to in Germany. Everything is always fresh, complete and the store is sparkling clean. It's hard to compare with what you're used to from KFC restaurants. There's always someone cleaning, you could practically eat off the floor.

Today we were in Pulheim as a family. Masood served us very well and was very attentive. Thank you again!

I was eating with my wife at the KFC in Pullheim. The place was empty except for us and one other table. At the terminal we ordered a burger menu with chilicheese fries and a chilicheese burger on top for me and a portion of fries and a coleslaw for my wife. My large burger was cold. It felt like it had been thawed and was just releasing the last of its cold into the air. Normally you don't put something like that out there, you just make it fresh. I complained about it straight away and got a new one, which was then warm. The next thing was with the fries. Both mine and my wife's were cold and muddy. They tasted like a shoebox. So not good at all.👎 The chili sauce on my fries was as usual, as were the chili burger and the coleslaw. What struck me, however, was the full displays. Fries, burgers and chicken products were all prepared. There were probably 10-15 fries and 4 burgers per display in the display. Either the keep warm isn't working, or something else is. Anyway, someone should take a look. What's more, after a certain point in time, all prepared dishes have to be renewed, which probably didn't happen here. At least that's what the fries suggest. We won't come here again. The KF in Neuss usually does something like this better.

Yesterday I was passing through from Cologne to Mönchengladbach. I stopped in Pulheim but I've never met a shop like this. I couldn't figure it out with the ordering machine because what I wanted wasn't listed in there and I couldn't find it. I then went to the counter and wanted to order it that way. They shouted at me that I should order on the computer, it said something like this next to it A waitress who looked at me because I asked if she could just come was just too lazy and left me standing there stupidly. Then I asked customers if they could help me and they helped me too. Then I ordered and where I wanted to eat fries, lukewarm, cold burger, you can't even serve that kind of food to my dog, the only thing I drank was my Coke, the rest went in the bin. This store is not recommended and it's dirty there, I feel like I'm in a pigsty. You won't see me there anymore. We also have this shop in Mönchengladbach where you can at least sit down and eat sensibly and not eat something that has already cooled down for half an hour.

The shop has now been modernized but the food is a complete disaster. There used to be normal and spicy in the bucket and today there is only normal. A bucket is no longer a bucket but a square box. Previously, a bucket with 8 parts was full to the top, but the box is essentially empty because all the parts have easily shrunk by half, only the price has risen sharply. 25€ for basically nothing?! Then head over to the chicken roaster, where you can get a delicious and juicy large whole chicken for €12, which will easily feed 2 of them. I'm out of there now.

Review of KFC:Unfortunately the restaurant has some problems. Water drips from the ceiling creating an unpleasant experience. The loud backdrop caused by the shouting of the pick-up numbers doesn't exactly help with relaxation. The staff doesn't seem particularly friendly and the burgers aren't topped enough. Overall, this experience leaves a negative impression and leaves room for improvement.

Ordered online for 8:15 p.m., but the food was delivered at 7:00 p.m. We got home at 8:15 p.m., and of course we ate it cold. In addition, the wrong drinks were delivered (peach iced tea) because there is a peach allergy. So the food ended up cold in the trash at 8:15 p.m. 40€ for zero service. Absolutely unreliable in implementing a simple digital order that should be free of misunderstandings. Never again!
