Typical McDonald's, reasonably clean and organized.

Great Mäci, ordering via the app with table service works perfectly here. Even though there was always something going on when we were there, our food came to the table quickly and, above all, hot. Now it's always summer you can sit outside under an umbrella or in the sun. I can highly recommend the iced coffee caramel & the nuggets. They're pretty crispy and hot here!

The last time I was here, there were unmotivated people behind the counter who served me cold food. Now the people were super friendly and the food was hot and delicious. Well, go ahead. Unfortunately here too, as is currently the case in many McDrive McDonalds branches: In general, I find the McDonald bad habit of filling the bottom part of the fries box with old wedges or riffled potatoes a bad idea. I didn't order that stuff! You cheat me every time about the amount of potato waste that you unjustly dispose of. .... Today, August 27, 24, delicious hot food again. And the fries are fresh too!

Eating normally is okay. Ambiance as always everywhere, cold, boring and clean. Service is terrible, very slow, employees seem overwhelmed and constantly forget things. At least the ice cream machine works...

The food was good, the personalized burgers as they should be. Tables and toilets clean, so everything is ok. We were here on Saturday afternoon and luckily there wasn't much going on. We were served quickly. We can't complain and we'll be happy to come back.

Good McD with parking and drive through

My standard McDonald's for years, but the fact that a McFlurry is thrown in the trash (because I already got mine) is probably ridiculous. Honestly, if you forget something you always want to see a receipt, but beware of making one too many ice cream - it then goes in the trash

The last store has zero service and tries to talk you out of things. The order is not brought to the table and we shout loudly.

I'm generally very fond of McDonald's, but this branch and the staff there are really not good at all. We ate outside with the family and then ordered another burger for around €30. Then I noticed on the bill that instead of a chicken burger as ordered for €2.29, a Mc Chicken was listed for €5.49. I then took the receipt to the staff and wanted the error corrected, hahaha. The guy then wanted to argue with me that I would have ordered it that way, no, that's clear, I'm ordering something that not a single member of the family likes. It's normal to order food that you don't like (irony). Customer service is not a small thing here, they don't even know the word customer service. A disgrace for McDonald's. Well, there are plenty of other McDonald's branches where you can eat and the staff is friendlier. Regarding the ambience, it should be said that other guests' rubbish remained on the tables outside for a very long time and it really took a while until they were cleared away or cleaned.

There's nothing going on, really nothing. The beautiful gentlemen examine their work, but stop, what are you seeing! Owei! Someone orders sweet and sour sauce! We have to act! Instead of a sweet and sour sauce, you get a wonderfully served, delicately packaged and warm curry “sauce”.

Rarely have we seen employees in such a bad mood. Nothing works and everyone is unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers from order to receipt. Fast food😂

Well, there's basically something missing when you order. The monitor at the pickup is always defective. The German pronunciation of the employees is, let's say, not really understandable. And food isn't really hot.

Here's what happened: Me and two colleagues drove to this McDonald's with the prospect of a delicious lunch. It was horrible. Me and a colleague ordered the Double Hamburger Royal TS, we got a cheeseburger with double meat (without salad, cheese and sauce). Here's what we did: complained. The waitress didn't take our complaint seriously and simply swapped our burgers and gave them back to us afterwards. After noting the swapped burgers, we realized it was the same burger. When we finally held the real burger in our hands, it tasted dry and like cardboard!!!!!! Curly Fries were also dry and COLD!!!! Cola was ok and warm Nuggets were good I'm never coming back Worst McDonalds in Germany

Service at the deive in very unfriendly and it takes a very long time. Not recommendable

I was here with my girlfriend, the ice cream was spoiled! I asked to change or return the money, no reaction from the staff, they behave as if nothing happened and everything was fresh in it

Everything was very clean and so far always very nice staff. I've had completely different experiences in other branches.

Completely chaotic during my visit, 3 customers were delivered incorrectly, probably not understood correctly, you just have to check what you ordered

I was in this branch with my wife and my two little daughters. We ordered something and we got old, rotten fries and old burgers that were cold and had been lying there for at least a long time or were even from the day before. When my wife returned it and asked to exchange it, she was insulted in another language. When I found out, I went there and wanted our money back because we didn't even eat a bite of the food and were insulted when we politely asked if we could get it fresh. When I asked the employees about it, we were threatened by the employees, shouted at, insulted, and we were not given our money back or any goods. We've never experienced anything like that before, let alone being treated like that by employees with two small children in tow and then not giving us our money back is the last thing. PLEASE AVOID THIS BRANCH!

In a word, the very last. Unfriendly to fear. Hamburger cold, expensive, unbelievable, but never again.

Located in an industrial area, close to metro. Small but organized. Good service, enough parking spaces. Otherwise the McDonald's standard.

Relatively quick food. Regular McDonald's. Nothing special but nothing bad either. Quiet location right on the field.

We were there yesterday at lunchtime and ordered takeaway. Even though it was busy, we had our food after a 5 minute wait. The food was very tasty and also complete. We'd love to come back.

When ordering, the printer was empty and was not replaced despite asking. Food was not brought to the table despite the number. The seller said there was no staff for something like that. At the neighboring table, another colleague did it. 2 MC chickens were cold, however No understanding was shown for this either. It's a shame that McDonald's presents itself like this.

Unfriendly staff I ordered take-away and food was served there. We are already used to the order being incomplete or incorrect. Sometimes the sauce was missing, or it was wrong, or there were the wrong fries, or the toy in the Happy Meal was missing... But today this branch was the last straw. The Big Tasty Bacon was just missing... It's not cheap, so I can't just ignore it when the total order is over 30 euros. I honestly can't remember the last time I took a correct order.

We ordered a few things today and everything was there. Unfortunately, my rösti roll smelled incredibly strong of mold and tasted like it, burger was cold, raclette cheese was cold and not melted... I threw it away. Never go there again!!!

You have to pack your own food because the employee doesn't speak German.

Gutes Essen aber vergessen die meisten Sachen … statt einen doppelten Cheeseburger bekamen wir einen normalen im Preis vom doppelten.. Pommes wurden vergessen und mc chicken wurde vergessen zu bestellen und statt uns es am Ende drauf zu tun waren wir gezwungen noch einmal neu hinzufahren

Es ist das nächste McDonald’s, Bedienung ist sehr nett und höflich.

McDonald’s übertreibt mittlerweile wirklich sehr mit dem Preise. Auf Sauberkeit wird hier in der Filiale auch nicht drauf gedacht, Bei unserem letzten Besuch mussten wir drei mal den Arbeiter bitten das die den Tisch sauber machen sollen. Lust los unfreundlich so wie der Herr an der Kasse. Die McDonald’s Qualität war mal besser freundlicher und günstiger.

Online über App bestellt, am Drive In abgeholt. Wie bestellt, nichts hat gefehlt, alles heiß. Mitarbeiter könnten aber etwas freundlicher sein.

Es war sehr voll und aufgrund einer Frage meinerseits, war es etwas schwierig, eine adäquate Antwort zu erhalten. Das Essen war ok, das Geschenk beim Happy Meal durfte sich mein Sohn selbst aussuchen. Das war wirklich toll.

Also es hat so la la geschmeckt und es ist zu teuer wenn man es zu DM Zeiten zurück rechnet viel zu teuer..

Essen fast kalt. Kein einziger Tisch im Restaurant ist sauber. Überall Flecken auf den Böden und Tischen. Kindersitz voll mit Ketchup. Schlechter Besuch. Nicht wieder.

Ich bin immer wieder gerne Dort auch wenn die Preiße etwas angestiegen sind, die Arbeit die die Mitarbeiter leisten ist sehr hart dafür respekt an jeden der dort Arbeitet, leider wissen viele Kunden nicht wie hart diese Art von Job ist und wissen die Arbeit nicht zu Schätzen. Trotz diesem Hartem Job ist das Personal immer Freundlich und gegenüber den Kunden Gut gelaunt.

Ich habe mir das Menü für 5,99 bestellt. 1 Sprit, 2 chickenburger,Pommes uns Mayonnaise zum mitnehmen im Mcdrive nachdem ich gefahren bin merkte ich erst das ich 2 × Hamburger hatte ich war aber schon zu weit weg.👎👎👎

Wie gewohnt die übliche McDonalds Qualität, die man erwartet.

Hier schmeckt das Essen immer gleich gut, das kann man leider nicht von allen Filialen behaupten. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch immer nett.

Hier fahren wir sehr gerne hin. Das Essen ist bisher immer gut gewesen. Ausreichend Sauce und warm.

Schnelle Bedienung und sauberes Lokal

Ist soweit in Ordnung. Es gab keinen Tischservice weil die Aufsteller fehlten um die Nummer zu hinterlegen. Tische hätten auch mal gewischt werden können und die Tablettwagen waren bis zum Anschlag voll. Das Personal ist freundlich hätten aber anstatt einen Plausch zu halten die o.g. Dinge erledigen können. Hier gibt es ♿ gerechte Parkplätze und es ist alles barrierefrei. Sonst war es wie immer. Bestellung wurde Fehlerfrei zubereitet und bereitgestellt. Essen war lecker und die Kinder haben sich gefreut wieder dort sein zu dürfen. Update 4/23: Es war alles in Ordnung und die Tische waren sauber. Für die Kinder gibt es jetzt einen Spieltisch mit Animation.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und arbeiten relativ schnell im Vergleich zu vielen anderen McDonald‘s Filialen. Parkplätze sind eigentlich mehr als genügend ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter am McDrive arbeiten in der Regel auch relativ schnell. Kann diese McDonald‘s Filiale empfehlen.

Ich war letzten Samstag mit meinen Eltern dort essen. Der größte Teil der Bestellung war in Ordnung. Was nicht zufriendstellend war, waren die weichen Pommes und mein Eistee, der so geschmeckt hat, als ob man ihn zu 70 % mit Wasser verdünnt hat.

2 Burger wurden von den Coupons verwechselt, leider im dive in... checken Burger waren Hamburger patties aber mit der chicken sauce.... da hatte wohl jemand echt geschlafen
