A few days ago I visited this snack bar and ordered a kebab bag and a pizza. When I ordered, I expressly emphasized that the meat should not burn, otherwise it would affect the taste. Unfortunately, this request was not taken into account, so I found at home that the meat was burnt and there was little meat for the price. Furthermore, I observed another customer come in and be greeted by an employee by shaking hands - the hand was not washed afterwards. Afterwards, the banknotes on my pizza were passed back and forth in an unhygienic manner, which made me very worried and angry. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a priority in a takeaway and such behavior turns off customers. In the future I will avoid this takeaway and hope you will improve your standards of quality and service.

Poor service. Asked to give ketchup, did not give us extra plates I asked to give extra plates as we were 3 persons. 3 large shawarmas were bundled up in one plate. Staff was indifferent and unfriendly. Not recommended.

Clean, friendly and free tire pumping service

Super tasty currywurst. The vegan sausages are fried separately from the sausage with meat. These are also cut on their own board. There are really no points of contact between the two here. I find that respectful and will definitely come back! The price is not the cheapest, but you get great performance. Top!

Tasty, friendly, good service! I ordered vegetarian finger food for 15 people that you can easily eat while standing up after a workshop. The food was delivered on time and was attractively prepared, everything was tasty and fresh. Gladly again!

I ordered fries and they weren't even salted. The man was so unfriendly, he didn't have a chicken skewer, but then he thawed some frozen meat from the fridge. The kebab was so rubbery that I had to throw it away and unfortunately the pizza wasn't cooked either. I won't go there anymore, everything in a 0 star, the man couldn't even speak German!!

Was there today and have to say it was a disaster. Fries lukewarm and the Whopper cold. The cheese hasn't even melted yet. Tables partially smeared. Service staff unmotivated! Sorry, it's getting worse there. I will go to another branch in the future.

The slowest McDonald's I know, been here for 10 minutes and processed 2 numbers for 10 minutes, 7 not yet. 2nd floor nice and always locked.
