Eine super schöne Pommes Bude: leckeres Essen, sehr frisches Angebot, tolle Auswahl, regionales Getränkeangebot und super nette Atmosphäre. Hier trifft man sich, tauscht sich aus und erzählt miteinander. Die etwas andere Pommesbude 😀 schön das es so was gibt!!!! Immer wieder gerne

Wenn man etwas gutes Essen möchte, sollte man zu Schmackes. Super Chef, tolles Essen. Immer frisch und selbstgemacht, so etwas in der Qualität sucht man sonst vergebens. Preis-Leistung ist immer top, da lasse ich gerne den Herd daheim aus.

“Einmal Pommes mit Schmackes und Mayo” Mittlerweile meine Standardbestellung! Wenn’s jetzt noch ne vegane Currywurst geben würde, wäre mein Imbissglück perfekt 😉

Bin neu im Viertel und vorhin das erste Mal dort gewesen. Hatte die Pommes Spezial mit der scharfen Haus-Sauce, geniale Kombination! Da werde ich sicher noch sehr oft futtern gehen!

Man kann auch gemütlich und kinderfreundlich in einem Dönerladen um die Ecke essen, das auch noch günstig. Service eher nicht vorhanden.

Leider sehr oft vor geschlossener Tür gestanden, wenn man den Imbiss alleine macht, sollte man vielleicht einen Ruhe Tag in der Woche machen. Keine Ware mehr, Papier Kram, schlecht Wetter. Es gibt immer wieder einen Grund den Laden nicht zu öffnen. Auch waren wir ab und zu dort, und müssen sagen, das der Ton nicht immer freundlich war. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen, schmackes Soße schmeckt lecker, Pommes auch. Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist recht hoch.

Super Imbiss! Cooler Inhaber, optimale Auswahl, unfassbar leckere Saucen! Klare Empfehlung. Tipp: die Katerschale ist eine 10/10!

Waren heute das erste Mal bei Schmackes Und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ist nur zu empfehlen war sehr lecker und lustig und die Soße ist super lecker geht gerne hin ist ein Muss. Lg Sandy

Als ehemalige Wuppertalerin , einer meiner Lieblings Imbisse mit besten Curry Sauce 👌zum Pommes und Bratwurst. Immer wenn ich im Tal bin , ist ein Besuch Pflicht ☺️

Sehr leckere Pommes in Kombination mit einer gut zubereiteten Currywurst und Sauce. Nette Bedienung vor Ort. Lockeres Ambiente in der Nähe der Nordbahntrasse und dem Mirker Bahnhof. Kann man wärmstens empfehlen, wer auf eine gute Currywurst-Pommes Hunger hat.

Genauso, wie ich mir einen Imbiss vorstelle. Nettes Personal mit einem lustigen Spruch auf lager. super leckere vegetarischer Burger, der satt macht und nicht dem Standardburger entspricht. Das ganze zu einen mehr als angemessenen preis.

Ein sehr schöner, kleiner Eckladen. Nur 5 Minuten von der Bahnhaltestelle entfernt. Leider keine richtige Sitztgelegenheit.

A simple Pomme Special totally overrated, mediocre to very mediocre, and eating on the street in front of it is overpriced.

We were there for the first time today at lunchtime. We had two of the "Katerschale" (currywurst with sauerkraut), fries, a meatball, and a vegetable patty. Everything was flavorful and had that signature kick! It was absolutely delicious! For opening hours, you should check Instagram or Facebook, as the owner runs the place single-handedly.

Today I went to Schmackes for the first time! As someone from the Ruhr area, I have to say: It's chip shop culture at its finest. Amazing veggie burgers. Great sauces. Good fries. Even though they don't have rice 🤣🤣🤣 Most importantly, the owners are super authentic and friendly. Top-notch! Kid-friendly And amazing prices ☺️☺️

We drove there especially. Checked the opening hours beforehand. Google said it was open. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the store was closed… it's a shame they don't update the opening hours.

A quaint little snack bar with a super friendly owner. We saw a recommendation for it over the weekend, so we headed straight in. We immediately grabbed a tasty meatball and a jar of sauce for those who stayed at home.

As a Wuppertal resident, I was referred to this snack bar through YouTube. And I have to say, I wasn't disappointed. Delicious! Curry fries special with tasty sauce 🫶at a great price (I really have to mention that). Super friendly owner. You can even sit in front of the shop if possible. I'll be back.

It was delicious. We're from Ulm and made a special detour on our way home from vacation just to eat there, and it was worth it.

I ate there for the first time today, unfortunately, I'd never had the chance to go before. The restaurant is small, but full of soul and really clean – absolutely everything was immaculately maintained. The menu is concise, yet extensive and not too overwhelming. I ordered a currywurst with fries. The Instagram ad also inspired me to try the hot dog, so I decided to try it. After a brief chat with the owner, my order was fresh, hot, and fragrant. I'll keep it short: Wow, just wow! The food is true soul food. I've rarely enjoyed a hot dog so much. Admittedly, I actually came for the currywurst, but the hot dog really blew me away. Thank you, that's definitely what Wuppertal was missing. Great prices, friendly, and super delicious. I give it 10/10!

Very tasty fries and currywurst. This is a great place to grab a bite to eat after a hike along the trail and then relax on one of the comfortable seats along the trail. All in all, I highly recommend this snack bar.

Small but perfectly formed and very tasty! While "snack bar" is the common term, it doesn't quite do this restaurant justice. The basics are great, served with delicious special sauces, there's stew, and sometimes even cake. The value for money is also good. And then there are the watches...!

I went there for the first time today. Friends told me that you can get really good burgers here. I was skeptical at first. A small shop somewhere in Wuppertal—what could I expect? My skepticism was immediately dispelled upon entering. A friendly, humorous greeting, as if I'd been there a thousand times. As if I were the most important regular customer. We were served with a mixture of routine, Ruhrpott humor, and absolute composure. The food was amazing. The burger was an absolute tower and incredibly delicious! I highly recommend it to everyone. We were able to eat in the wonderful weather across the street on two makeshift benches in the sun. It's also great to join in on the trail afterward? Stretch your legs. Definitely a shop I'll be visiting more often in the future.

Kultigster, bester und klassischer Imbiss in der Stadt. Frische Pommes mit allerlei leckeren Toppings, verschiedene Currywurst-Varianten und liebevolle zusammengestellte Salate. Wer lieber vegan mag, isst leckere Falafel oder einen Grünkern-Burger. Wenn Imbiss, dann Schmackes.

We were there on Friday, with a little cash money (just cash) and we were afraid we wouldn't be able to get out. But the gentleman was so nice, friendly, funny. I had 20€ and he said, girl, you're hungry, let's talk, we're not on Sylt 🤣 but I got by easily. The food was very, very tasty, my husband & child said it was a little bit, but for now it was completely ok. LG From mother father child from Nordpark we will be back and we are happy to recommend him to others :)

I find it very disrespectful to insult me ​​and tell me that I'm lying. I tried this CurryWurst and it was disgusting I'll give my opinion! Maybe they made the sausage wrong, I'm not a cook and I don't know much about it. But for me it wasn't tasty. And I don't care if you laugh your ass off and load expired fries and they touched my fries without gloves fell on the floor and they put them back in. Because of them I had diarrhea for 3 days

Currywurst with fries and mayo taste good and the portions are okay. For the price you get a decent portion here. There also seems to be enough parking spaces in the area. The small plastic yogurt bucket in the display with the sauce can be swapped for something made of glass or stainless steel, but that's just a small thing. Btw: Regarding the comments that say that the two behind the counter are unfriendly, I have to say that I also had the first impression with him, but I think that your own demeanor and possibly a bad day could also be to blame. I just want good food and that's what you get here IMHO.

It's a stroke of luck to have this snack bar at the new company location around the corner. The owner is a great guy, very nice and can't be bothered by anything. The fries are very, very good!

Today, on the recommendation of my work colleagues, I visited this snack bar for the first time. I can absolutely confirm the good reviews. In addition to a nice chat with the very friendly owner, I was able to enjoy an excellent vegan curry meatball (bratling). The fries that came with it were crispy and delicious. Fresh stews are also regularly cooked here, available with or without meat. Kale is on the agenda for tomorrow, I will definitely stop by again and pick up my portion.

As a resident of the Ruhr area, I can hardly believe that satisfying fries or even currywurst can be found outside. Schmackes completely convinced me and my small travel group last Sunday! Two of us are vegetarians and found several options on the menu. The “Schmackes” sauce and also the great selection of drinks deserve special praise!

Seit Jahren esse ich dort und bin immer sehr zufrieden. Das Essen ist super lecker und dabei nicht einmal teuer. Empfehlen kann ich eigentlich alles! Der Service ist sehr familiär, was in der heutigen Zeit eine Seltenheit ist und ich vermute dies macht auch ein Großteil der Begegnung aus. Ich habe mich dort immer wohl gefühlt und immer gut gespeist. Ich kann jeden empfehlen dort einmal vorbei zu schauen.

Wer gutes Essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wer 0815 möchte, der gehe woanders hin. Hier wird noch vieles in Handarbeit gemacht. Frikas, Salätkes und Eintöpfe sind bombig.

Leckere geräucherte Bratwurst, oder hausgemachte Frikadellen mit Pommes immer eine Empfehlung. Bergisch rustikale Gastfreundschaft hat hier auch ein Lächeln für jeden Wunsch des Gastes. Aber auch die wechselnden Tagesgerichte, gerne zum mitnehmen, überraschen. (Am besten im eigenen Gefäß)
