Shawarma was extremely dry, the flatbread had the consistency of cardboard. Unfortunately inedible. The Cevapcici themselves taste very good. But unfortunately there was no sauce and the coleslaw was more like raw, warm strips of cabbage without vinegar or salt. Unfortunately, probably the first and last order.

The employee with glasses (Ali?) is very friendly and gives out napkins, unlike in other stores. You can't complain about kebabs for €5.99!👌🏼

We wanted to try something new and because of the many good reviews, we quickly chose Antalya Grill. The order will be placed on September 22nd, 2024 for delivery via Lieferando. The expectations were pizzas in the usual “Dönermann” quality. The delivery was great and on time. I can't say anything about the ambience, so I give it a neutral to good rating on that point. The downgrading of food and service is due to the following incident: About halfway through my kebab pizza, something bothered me about the slice of pizza in my mouth. I then pulled a piece of black hair about 10 cm long out of my mouth. This has never happened to me before and after the unsanitary incident, I couldn't continue eating the pizza. So Lieferando contacted us by email and they tried to work out the problem. After a reminder, two defensive replies came asking for a photo. The operator was then informed, who did not agree to a refund. Regardless of the incident, in my opinion the price of the pizzas (€11.50 & €12.00) is not in proportion to the service offered. Even if you expect a kebab pizza instead of a pizzeria, the price is out of proportion. Then go back to the pizzeria or other kebab shop.

I got food poisoning and have had diarrhea for 2 days. The manager is unfriendly and doesn't think about the customer's satisfaction.

The pizza was ok, but waited almost 1 hour.

Ordered via Lieferando and it was delivered 2 hours later, which isn't that tragic for me, but one look at the burger spoiled my entire appetite. There were fruit flies in both burgers. It was the last order there.

Everything was sold out and the fries tasted like old chip fat.

I no longer had a “big bread”, as the lady in the drive-thru said… before that, I suddenly couldn’t pay by card anymore…. Disaster!
