We are very satisfied every time. No matter whether on site or delivered (delivery was quick in comparison). I think it's great that you can put everything together yourself. And Sucuk is a great alternative and change from the “normal” kebab. The fries are always crispy (which not everyone can manage when delivered). A great culinary extension for Mönchengladbach.

Greek snack, ordered gyros with fries and zarziki. Portion was very decent and tasty for €10.

Unfortunately we got the wrong food for the second time. If you call to simply say something is wrong, you will be treated as if you ordered it wrong! Sorry, didn't want a 5 course menu as an excuse!!!! If someone orders 5 pizzas from me, only one with cheese, I don't make them all with cheese and then blame the customer!!!!!

Almost everyone is more or less friendly. Otherwise, like Kentucky, there is nothing exceptional. 11/01/2024 Update 😂 Prices doesn't do justice to the food. Overpriced to the point of not being possible anymore. The chicken pieces are no longer what they used to be. There are advertisements for Pepsi Lime everywhere, including on the panel where you place your order, then you want to fill up 😂 and there is no Pepsi Lime 😂

The service, especially in Drive, is sometimes subpar... during peak times you sometimes have to stand in front of the terminal in Drive for at least 5 minutes until an employee answers. Parts are regularly missing from orders, there are wrong burgers in the bag and extra requests that have been paid for are not taken into account...food is like in any other McDonald's, so it's pretty average...the service urgently needs to be changed!

If you order a chocolate milkshake and a strawberry milkshake you can also expect that they taste like the flavors and not just like vanilla. A small dollop of sauce doesn't help. Wasted money
