In my opinion, it's pretty stupid that you can only pay with an EC card for amounts over €10. At least you can use it for a kebab, because I also understand that you shouldn't have to pay for fries with a card. But it's always delicious, the best kebabs.

I ordered the Cheesy Sucuk and expected the cheese to have a stronger taste, which unfortunately didn’t. The sucuk was tasty but also somehow didn’t have an intense flavor. The portion was kinda small for the price, but the fries were really tasty and the portion was big. Overall it’s good to try at least once but I wouldn’t necessarily go again.

Today I observed several times that fries that had already been fried were thrown back into the deep fryer. In addition, bratwursts from yesterday were obviously also thrown into the deep fryer and this was even commented on in Greek with "θα τα βάλω απο χθες", which means something like "I put yesterday's (sausage) in with me. I don't look like a Greek, but I could understand everything. Not only that this is dangerous to health and an intentional bodily harm, but also the gossiping about them customers is absolutely impossible.

I've eaten there three times so far and I enjoyed it three times. Gyros pita was very tasty. Fries were super crispy and the currywurst was okay to good. The food was always ready quickly and the price was also completely okay. They don't have card payments but if you know, you can take money with you or you can go to the savings bank diagonally opposite (next to the hospital). Solid Greek fast food 👍

I used to go there a lot, I really liked it and the food was delicious. For a kebab there was a good selection of salads and the meat was tasty. But now prices are high everywhere, and the quality of products leaves much to be desired - unfortunately, this is the case almost everywhere.

Half of it was forgotten during delivery. It's a real rip-off when you pay extra for mayo, for example, and it's not included. The burgers are so soggy and moist, drenched in sauce. On top of that, the patties are pure frozen gristle. Sorry, but 1) I can't see the point in paying exorbitant prices for takeaways of this quality anymore, and 2) when half of it is forgotten. Strangely enough, more and more shops here in Mönchengladbach are simply "forgetting" "something". You'd almost think it was intentional, so they could pocket the extra money.

No, not necessarily, we had to wait a long time for the food... the food was pretty greasy (chicken wings, etc.) outside at the tables, leftover food was flying around like packaging, and there were quite a few people who were also waiting for the food... it's a shame that could be better.

I ordered a chicken burger and a cheeseburger from the drive-thru... the employee was super nice and polite, but unfortunately, both burgers were COLD... what was that again? They're only allowed to sit in the counter for a maximum of 7 minutes? They definitely sat there longer, as the bread was already a bit hard... really COLD!

Experience from May 7, 2025 around 6 p.m. I find ordering at the terminal more complicated compared to MCD. Unfortunately AMEX is not accepted. The food was put together quickly. I found the fries to be a bit too cold. There was no question as to whether a specific character was desired for the children's menu. The external appearance has been getting worse and worse for years. The slide was dismantled and is now lying in front of the parking lot. The area appears very unkempt. I notice this in many stores of the franchisee Schloss Burger GmbH. There is simply no more effort put into the appearance. All in all, the food was good, but the environment could be improved.

I'm just shocked. Not because of the branch. Some things have even improved. Hygiene... I'm shocked by the prices and the portions. Chicken nuggets have become so thin that you wonder if there is any meat in them at all. And a nugget costs almost one euro. Was there gold in there?... Unfortunately I didn't take any photos. But next time it should definitely happen at all.
