Unfortunately, orders are rarely completed; something is always missing. Also, recently, "Ready for pickup" suddenly means that the order is currently "in preparation." An employee explained this to me when I wanted to pick up the food from the counter because my order number had changed to "ready for pickup." I still had to wait a few minutes. I didn't understand this logic.

I waited a long time for my order, asked a lady for a spoon - waited 10 minutes, asked another man - they gave it to me right away. The lady looked defiantly at the customers.

Horrible......never again!!!!!!!!!

The Krakauer cheese was very tasty, juicy on the inside and very crispy on the outside I got another one straight away

All was great, the chicken Burger tasted good, etc however, it was really loud inside, also, there was a guy with a scooter roller inside disturbing a lot of other people, nobody from McDonald's stuff came out to send the guy with the scooter out of the room, in other words, how come can you allow such things inside a restaurant? Please, put order against loud talking inside and avoiding such artifacts inside a place full of people, thank you for the great food and service.

We were in Brackwede and we got warmed up fries which was hard not to recommend

Nice staff but the store is absolutely dirty. Nobody cleans there all day. There is trash everywhere and the tables and chairs are dirty. Anything but inviting. Also overpriced. That was my last KFC visit.

All staff nice and friendly, toilets clean. So everything is good 👍🏼
