Sorry, but for me, the staff are always unenthusiastic. It takes a very long time even though there's hardly anything going on. We've been there three times and it's always the same.

I'd love to give it 0 stars. We were there yesterday around 6:30 p.m. and ordered at the terminals. At some point, an employee decided to delete all the "In Processing" numbers, probably to "meet the time." When we asked why, she just said, "Coming." We then waited over 20 minutes for our order (with others). Then higher numbers were called. Ours was simply forgotten. When we complained and asked for their money back, the manager was probably called? He put together the order. We checked the worst of it. When we got home, we realized we had the wrong sauces. Sorry, but never again!!! No apology and no compensation. You don't win customers that way!

I've been buying ice cream from you for a year now, and it's almost always half-melted immediately, more like water. At other places, the ice cream is much more frozen, as it should be. Even your milkshake turns to water almost immediately as soon as you buy it.

A 20-minute wait for a fairly small order. Everyone waited a long time, though; it wasn't an isolated incident. There's room for improvement. Otherwise, a modern store.

Unfortunately, one of the McDrive-thru items (Chicken McNuggets) wasn't wrapped. Of course, you only notice it when you get home. It wasn't busy, which made it even more incomprehensible.

The shop looks very chic, but unfortunately, the employees had a time issue with a small order (a 30-minute wait), even though the shop wasn't busy. I can recommend eating there to everyone, but only if you're not pressed for time or very hungry. I expected a lot more from this shop, but was unfortunately disappointed.

I have never seen worse service. We ordered tishservice. They brought only half the order. We had to go and sort it out. There was only one small cucumber in the burgers and McRibbons. They mixed up all the sauces, they put in completely different ones than we ordered. The tables were dirty. And all this despite the fact that there were very few customers! I do not recommend visiting this McDonald's at all!

The food tastes good as always. It's a shame the projector room had to go. Service was unfortunately poor. Is it a new sport to put fries upside down in the bags? And they were also missing a sauce. Arrived today, August 29, 2025, around 12:00 PM.

The food was okay, but the service team seems to see this as a stage for their big stand-up comedy breakthrough. In their eagerness to see if the person sitting opposite them will laugh at their jokes, they press the wrong button at the cash register twice, and everything has to be re-entered. So it's no wonder simple orders take forever here.

These guys have plenty of time to talk, the order arrived late, and then they made jokes...

It has to be once a month or Hermaburger.

Absolutely terrible. The wait times are always so long. Even at the restaurant, it doesn't take that long. It's definitely not normal.

They were very slow for a fast food restaurant.

Very disappointing. It was only a small order, and yet my burger was simply forgotten. For such a large chain, you should really expect your order to be complete. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

A very nice, beautiful facility... However, I have to deduct stars due to the cleanliness of the toilets. We were there on a Sunday morning at 9 a.m.

This McDonald's is quite large and not overly crowded, which is a good thing, but otherwise, it's just McDonald's. Fast food is nothing special, and the quality isn't exactly top-notch either.

The restaurant is very easy to reach. What's a bit confusing are the two McDrive stations. You can hear everything a bit jumbled together...

A relatively new McDonald's restaurant, but the restrooms were dirty. Dirt had been sitting in the corners for a while...the toilet paper holders were completely covered in dust. The flushing area, where the door was left open...disgustingly dirty. Luckily, we only had two coffees...which we had to wait a while for, even though no one else was waiting. I definitely wouldn't have ordered anything to eat...something definitely needs to change that!!!!

So after the renovations, I'm very disappointed. I waited a whopping 20 minutes for a regular meal; the burger was soggy and the fries were cold. Even though it wasn't busy, other guests were also very annoyed.

Disappointing Visit at the Drive-Thru We went to this McDonald's drive-thru with the family today – unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. The employee at the counter was consistently unfriendly and seemed annoyed when one of our children changed their mind at the last minute. No trace of friendliness, no "please," no "thank you" – basics of customer service, especially in the service area. This kind of atmosphere is especially disappointing when you're out with children and really just expect a straightforward, friendly experience. Whether this is normal at McDonald's these days or whether it was due to the current mood – hard to say. But for us, today was definitely not a visit we'd want to repeat.

Every time I'm here, I'm unfortunately forced to come here—simply because it's nearby. But literally every time, something's missing, something's mixed up, or the order is incorrect. Even if I wait extra and ask again, the end result is often not right. I constantly see other guests coming back because something's missing—fries, the wrong menu, or parts of their order completely forgotten. It all seems extremely disorganized and demonstrates a very incompetent team. Mistakes can happen, but here it's the rule, not the exception. Very disappointing. I hope something changes soon—or that better alternatives emerge nearby.

It's getting more and more disappointing here! I've been there several times since the renovations. Every time, almost all the tables are simply dirty and aren't cleaned by the staff! You don't even get a napkin with your order anymore.

This ia the largest McDonald's I have ever seen. It has place for almost 200 people. And management here is really good.

It was not possible to sit inside when I was there, while there was nowhere a message that this location at this time was only open for drive-trough/in. The waittime was short, +- 5 minutes. But the food was really not good. The fries were awfull, 1 star. The chicken nuggets were okay. This was my first time in a long time going to a mac, I already knew it was a bad idea before I went here but the mac was the only place that was open, and I had to eat somewhere. Now I know again how bad the mac is and I'm not planning to go back. The quality is poor and the prices are not low enough anymore.

Unfortunately, my order was apparently mixed up with another one, so after a long wait, I received a partially incorrect menu. The fries were hard, dark, and crispy; they probably had to survive several trips in the fryer. The staff were completely overwhelmed and stressed. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it; I'm very disappointed.

I waited an hour and a half for a milkshake. Disastrous.

Unfortunately, it's been an absolute disaster since the renovations. They seem to be trying to cut down on staff as much as possible. The wait for my order has been over 30 minutes each of the last three times. But on the last visit, they went too far: a 30-minute wait, then half the order was wrong, and before the counter staff even spoke to me, I was ignored for 20 minutes because the food had to be brought to the tables. At least 10 customers were standing between the terminals and the cash register, sometimes waiting over 15 minutes just to pay. Apparently, there was only one person for the cash register and table delivery, who always prioritized table delivery. That was definitely my last visit.

Never staff is lazy when it comes to washing dishes. Cardboard just has to be thrown away. If I don't order to go at MC Coffee, I don't expect a paper cup.

Despite several negative experiences in the past, we've always given it a chance. Today was definitely the low point. The branch was chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was a noticeable lack of structure. As a customer, you didn't get the impression that anyone was seriously trying to get the situation under control or ensure everything ran smoothly. Of course, it can be stressful, but in a situation like this, you expect at least a certain level of commitment, which unfortunately wasn't evident here. The wait was extremely long, several items were simply forgotten, and the food was disappointing. The fries were cold, soft, and unsalted; we've never experienced anything so bad at McDonald's. What was particularly annoying was that the toy was missing from the Happy Meal. This has happened to us four or five times now at this branch. This is a key element, especially for children, and it's simply frustrating when it's constantly overlooked. We definitely won't be going there again. The location is convenient, but we've been disappointed too many times. Today was finally enough.

There are four to five errors in every, absolutely every order, and they do so with incredible reliability. I've rarely experienced so many staffing issues. The atmosphere is OK, recently renovated.

For the past year or two, something has been forgotten with every order at the McDrive. One or two burgers or fries are always missing. Furthermore, the service is very unfriendly, both at the McDrive and in the restaurant. On top of that, the burgers are usually lukewarm or not warm at all. It's a shame, because it wasn't this bad before. Since then, we've always gone to Brackwede. The extra effort is worth it.

Anyone who knows McDonald's knows the food and the atmosphere. The only difference is the employees, and they are very friendly....

I don't understand why people work there who don't speak a word of German. If you have questions, they call people who speak just as little German, and in the end, you have to communicate with Google Translate. If you don't speak German, you shouldn't at least stand at the checkout line.

The food was okay. However, none of the orders were complete or correct. Some people didn't get what they ordered, and ours, like many others, was missing something. We won't be back.

A renovation is useless if everything changes for the worse and the service is even worse than before. Orders are prepared carelessly, half of them are forgotten, and friendliness seems to have never been taught here. One day the restaurant simply closes for dine-in after midnight; another evening, vegetable crates are placed in the drive-in area so that people can't drive in. And what's the point of having two drive-in lanes for ordering if only one order is ever taken? And you still can't get out of the drive-in area because the two lanes are merged into one. The system is completely ill-conceived. And the second drive-in lane means you can't even get out of the parking lot afterwards because everything is blocked. So avoid this McDonald's; it's a complete waste of time.

Had a long wait, food was okay, restroom was clean. The waiting area at the checkout is uncomfortable.

An order was delivered to the wrong table. Upon request, they redid it. We then had to wait again. A McRibben Rib was cold and the sauce was dried out, and the Royal cheese was cold. The seats weren't very clean; they had grease marks on them.

We've just been standing in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes. There's no room to move forward or backward, and everyone is overwhelmed. The worst-run McDonald's we've ever been to.

Brand new renovated, with good service and a very nice owner!

At the MC Drive-In, food was missing from my order again, unfortunately only noticing it when I got home. The Happy Meal was missing a toy and a side order. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time.

Super drive: two-lane reception. The food was hot, arrived in seconds, simply amazing, and the staff were very friendly. One video shows a harmless fly beetle; just like a fly, an insect like that can get lost sometimes! This Mecces is top-notch. Highly recommended!

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Even the renovation/reopening unfortunately hasn't changed that! Orders weren't complete, burgers were carelessly slapped into the box, fries were cold, and the Chicken Big Mac was soggy and mushy. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, and the cleanliness... meh!

We had to wait 15 minutes for 3 coffees and then 3 sloppy filter coffees came from the back instead of from the portafilter machines in the McCafé.

This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Very unfriendly staff. If you wanted something they would just say "yes" and then walk on and ignore you. Or they would argue and assume you couldn't count because a burger was missing. You waited 30-40 minutes for your food, when in smaller towns with just as many customers it's definitely quicker!! The staff at the front worked very slowly, moving at a snail's pace. The food was practically cold after half an hour. The milkshake wasn't good either, and there were no sauces either. If I could, I would give everything 0 stars!

Fed up! Things are being forgotten in the order again!! We ordered 2 mcSmart double cheese meals and an extra cheeseburger. That's really not a big order! What's missing? The extra cheeseburger of course. But the worst thing was that the two double cheeses were ice cold! This is at least the 3rd time that things have not been packed with the order. And every time something is cold and simply no longer fresh. I've already paid at least 20€ for nothing at this store. And driving back again just doesn't make sense! You can't check the entire order every time! THAT'S YOUR JOB! I won't be going to this branch again.

Food as you'd expect. They've undergone a beautiful renovation. Everything looks much better.

We ordered takeaway. We live 5 minutes away. The food was cold, as usual. That's not right. I've been somewhere else, and almost all the food was hot, not cold.

The worst food I've ever eaten or received at McDonald's. My email complaining to McDonald's didn't receive a response either.

I would have preferred to give it 0 stars. Even though expectations of the food at McDonald's aren't that high anyway, today was truly the lowest point for me. How can someone treat food so carelessly and not care about their customers? The internet says it's open 24 hours on Saturdays, but that only refers to the drive-thru. Very confusing. They let customers order until 11:59 p.m. Instead of letting them know they're about to close, they just coldly throw them out.

A complete disaster!!!!! After we ordered at the terminal, we were told they were closing in 10 minutes and we could only get the food to go. Official opening hours according to Google are 24 hours on Saturdays. So why are they letting customers in so late and still letting them order food? The cashier barely understands or speaks German. The food was cold and carelessly thrown into the packaging. The staff is very rude and incompetent. I threw the food away. I won't eat there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We just wanted a coffee and became the first guests at McDonald's Heiderich - coffee and a bouquet of flowers included.

First, we had to wait a long time for the food. Then we saw it standing at the counter...the staff were visibly overwhelmed and totally unfriendly. The food arrived. Drinks came with ice cubes, even though we had ordered without. So we had to exchange them. Then all the sauces were missing. Then the toys were missing. The staff couldn't even say sorry. The food was completely cold by then. I've never had such bad food or service.

A good 4/5. Love the chicken nuggets and fries. The Minecraft meal campaign was a little short-lived; I would have loved to collect them all, but unfortunately they had already been replaced after a month. The Coca-Cola glasses are great! We've used them for years, but this glass is very small. Funnily enough, this glass is the same shape as a small can of Coke. I noticed this. The food always tastes good, but sometimes I think it's a bit of a shame that the nuggets are missing one or two nuggets. I will definitely come back and enjoy.

We were at the McDonald's branch in Sennestadt 4 days after the reopening. We were curious to see what it would look like after the renovation. Everything turned out nice, there was some slight dirt that of course couldn't be removed, but that was already standard in Sennestadt. We had breakfast on site that day, a few Mc Muffins, Mc Wrap and pancakes. Half of it cold, almost ice cold. The rest was carelessly thrown together. The specialist who brought the food to our table had to run four times because she had forgotten something each time. If it had been full I would have understood something like that, but there were two tables present. Performance really bad, food bad. Just drive to Brackwede. Too bad.

The worst MC restaurant ever I’m was waiting for two coffees over 30 min where there was only very few clients in the restaurant

Unfortunately, the order is rarely completed and something is always missing. In addition, “Ready for pickup” now suddenly means that the order is currently “In preparation”. Was explained to me by an employee when I wanted to pick up the food from the counter because my order number had changed to "ready for pickup". Then I still had to wait a few minutes. I didn't understand this logic.

Was there yesterday after the renovation. The parking situation is extremely bad, and made even worse by “pick-up parking spaces” and e-charging spaces. The new concept inside is more reminiscent of a train station hall and is not cozy or inviting. It's quite loud because there are no more separations between tables. The food distribution and cash register have been significantly reduced in size, which means that many waiting customers crowd into this area. The employees who bring the orders to the tables now have to repeatedly squeeze through the waiting customers. The staff seems extremely overwhelmed. Now about my order: The order is processed as usual at the terminals. The waiting times for customers at the tables varied greatly. My order arrived after about 15 minutes, others waited 45 minutes or longer. You always find out that products were issued incorrectly or were missing completely. That was the case for me too. Our fries were only very moderately warm immediately after they were served. The wrap was lukewarm and only half filled. I had to return a burger because it was completely cold. This was replaced without any problems, but without any improvement. This second burger was just as cold. Instead of a Sprite I got cold water. When I complained, I was told that there was no more syrup in the machine. That was replaced without any problems. At the Happymeal the chosen game was not given out but a different one. So go back to swap. I also asked for the forgotten ice cream. I also had to go get napkins again because they weren't on the food tray. No straws were given out either. Drinking a cup with a drink and lots of ice cubes like that is no fun. The entire visit was disappointing and you actually wonder whether you even want to go there again. This was by far the worst visit I've ever made to a McDonald's.

It's currently being renovated - before that the food was good, the service was sometimes terrible because the staff didn't speak German very well, but as the saying goes: everyone was always trying hard - and you could go to the toilet if you charged your car next door at EnBW

Last night we decided to visit this McDonald’s. According to Google Maps it was the closest, but opening times were not specified. When we arrived with friends around 11 p.m., the McDonald's was closed - renovations were taking place. We were very disappointed. Why isn't it stated that this McDonald's is closed for renovation? We weren't the only ones - several other cars also arrived, saw it was closed and left.

The entire store was extremely dirty - tables full of leftover food, the floor sticky, and trash everywhere. The toilets were also in an unacceptable condition: bad smell, paper towels were missing, and it looked like they hadn't been cleaned in hours. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unmotivated, the service was slow, and the order did not arrive in full. In addition, the fries were cold and the food was carelessly prepared. I definitely won't eat here again! Absolutely not recommended.

I can't judge the food, will be great for any McDonald's fan I guess. But the toilets are the best for long car journeys.

Unfortunately, you have to check what's in the bag every time. Very often errors when ordering. You order 2x mayo and 3x sweet and sour sauce. And gets 2x ketchup and 1x curry sauce.

If you like extremely unfriendly employees and carelessly slapped together burgers, this is the place for you. Otherwise you're better off going somewhere else...

It's truly amazing how often McDonald's manages to simply "forget" parts of my order. You pay for a meal, but when you get home you notice that the fries are missing. Or the sauce. Or – even better – the whole burger! It doesn't just happen once, but regularly. Of course you can complain, but who wants to go back every time or deal with customer service? When I pay for something, I expect it to end up in my bag - it can't be that hard! Conclusion: Food is okay, but the service? Poor!

The worst run McDonald's I've ever visited. Shortly before 7 a.m. stood and waited at the still locked door. That's ok, it should start at 7 a.m. A few minutes after 7 a.m. an employee comes, opens the door, walks out a meter, looks at us and says “Good morning!” and goes back into the restaurant, closing the door behind him. Just keep it open for guests? None. I then go to the online ordering system to put together breakfast for 3 guests. I can't find the scrambled eggs with bacon, only in a wrap...so I went to the checkout and ordered the same from the second colleague. Too bad he didn't understand what I wanted to order. In the end, 3 wraps and coffees came, 2 of which were ordered as cappuccinos... when I asked, they didn't understand me again. It's a shame about the food, most of it went into the garbage chute. My conclusion: Thanks for nothing!

Employee parks the car in a disabled parking space for deliveries. And not just briefly. There is even still moisture on the panes! And it's now 11:15 a.m. The car has been blocking the parking lot for hours. It's not possible, as the owner you can also remove the parking space. 🤢

The food is ok, but often when it's full the staff are quickly overwhelmed and don't pack everything for you. Tables are very often very dirty.

One of the few clean shops ... Well done ....

I found that very disappointing, especially at such a late hour. I hope you take care of it. His appearance was full of beard and he had a hat on, I've never seen anything so outrageous, please avoid this shop

The slowest MCD ever. First you wait a few minutes at the intercom and then you stand at the pick-up window for 10 minutes+. I only ordered 2 items. disaster

A disaster! Unfriendly staff at the checkout, half of the order was missing and then they questioned whether we didn't want to cheat, had the receipt shown three times...the rest of the order was then thrown onto the table next to us without a word. Unfortunately, the German language is no longer spoken here. This store is also not recommended for children.

Food is cold and tastes like rancid fat

The food is quite good, but the delivery times from the store are completely random and freely chosen (i.e. never based on what is given in their information). When you call, they don't pick up and overall, as far as customer service is concerned, it's really good not worse. I also once saw a family of rats sitting there next to me. The rats could probably understand what I was saying better than the ones at the checkout.

The service at this place is zero. The delivery man walks around the kitchen in a jacket. The orders are placed on the counter and the order number is not even mentioned. The food is cold.
