I went to this branch today and ordered food using the McDonald's app. Despite indicating that I was already there, the app selected an address in Paderborn. After 20 minutes when the food still hadn't arrived, I checked and discovered that the order had been sent to Paderborn. However this error occurred, they were unfortunately unable to provide me with a meal. So disappointing. ☹️

The food is usually very good, but it's happened far too often that something was missing or the wrong thing was packed. One employee was very rude and unfriendly when I pointed out that one of my burgers was missing from my breakfast. I'd rather have breakfast somewhere else, but otherwise it's still quite good and one of the few McDonald's I go to regularly. Unfortunately, after the renovation, McDonald's doesn't feel as cozy as it did before.

Absolutely abysmal and completely overwhelmed service! Ordered two latte macchiatos at the terminal. Waited 20 minutes and inquired once. "It's being processed immediately." Waited another 10 minutes and inquired again. "Please wait a moment, it's being processed." More than 30 minutes had passed since the order, and not a single employee had been in the McCafé! Now 36 minutes had passed, and I went behind the counter myself and asked if it was self-service by then! Then things moved relatively quickly, and we got our two lattes. However, without a word of apology or anything of the sort. In the meantime, there were at least seven other customers complaining. Wrong burger, missing fries, missing sauce, drink only half full because it was ordered without ice, etc. This wasn't the first time we've had to wait a long time for our coffee here. I think it takes too long and is very inconvenient for the staff to prepare these items, and that's why no one seems to care. There used to be an extra person at McCafé, but they've cut that now, along with the option to order directly from the staff. Too bad, McDonald's, but this isn't going to work! I definitely won't be visiting this branch again, even though I often charge my car nearby and like to use the time for a snack or a coffee. But luckily there's a Subway next door...

Dear Sir or Madam, We were traveling from Dortmund to Berlin today. We wanted to stop by for a short coffee break. The service was very unfriendly. The man didn't remember that we only wanted two cappuccinos with lactose-free milk. The coffee didn't taste right, more like it had been brewed twice. He served it to us in paper cups and didn't ask how we wanted it served. When I pointed this out, he brushed me off in a very unpleasant and unacceptable tone. Everyone has to start somewhere. You can easily forget and forgive many things. I have nothing against foreigners, but customer service is a priority in this profession. The man should be aware of that. For the first time in years, I've been craving a beef burger with fries, but what I was served was absolutely terrible. The fries were cold and the fries carton was only half full. Instead of a beef burger, I got a cold cheeseburger with rotten lettuce. It was simply disgusting. I recommend closing the restaurant. That's my experience. Perhaps they should investigate why this is happening? I imagine the staff are under too much pressure. Perhaps the authorities should get involved.

Shortly after the renovation of this branch, everything is back to normal. The restrooms are so dirty that all surfaces are sticky and visibly covered in dirt, and the toilets are also broken. Ordering here takes a very long time. After hearing other customers complain, I decided to cancel my order. To top it off, there is no adequate waste disposal here. Some of the trash bags are left loose for collection. The service and cleanliness here need work in every corner; no amount of renovation will help. Money has been wasted here without lasting results.

Ordinary McDonald's. We can handle it. We ordered mayo through the ordering system, but had to ask again to get it. It can happen, especially since we got it without any problems when we asked. The food is otherwise what you'd expect: the Mash was good, the fries were hot. The donut wasn't great for the price, but that's not the branch's fault. Restrooms could have been a bit cleaner. I also had to press the button three times before I got a small amount of liquid soap. Otherwise, a good branch on a drive-through street, definitely worth going back to.

We were there today. The entrance was incredibly dirty. The tables were sticky, we moved again (but it didn't help), and there was packaging waste, dirt, and a lot of fries under the tables. Maybe it was because it was a holiday and it was very busy, so the staff couldn't manage it. The person sitting next to us wasn't thrilled with his seat either. Our food wasn't any better. The fries were cold, and there were two 6-piece nuggets - one 6-piece was hot, the other 6-piece was cold. The fish burger was lukewarm... There was such a long queue at the takeaway station that you didn't even have to think about mentioning the food or complaining.

At some point, an employee decided to delete all the "In Processing" numbers, probably to "meet the time." When we asked why, she just said, "Coming." Disappointing Visit at the Drive-Thru We went to this McDonald's drive-thru with the family today – unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. The employee at the counter was consistently unfriendly and seemed annoyed when one of our children changed their mind at the last minute. No trace of friendliness, no "please," no "thank you" – basics of customer service, especially in the service area. This kind of atmosphere is especially disappointing when you're out with children and really just expect a straightforward, friendly experience. Whether this is normal at McDonald's these days or whether it was due to the current mood – hard to say. But for us, today was definitely not a visit we'd want to repeat.

Every time I'm here, I'm unfortunately forced to come here—simply because it's nearby. But literally every time, something's missing, something's mixed up, or the order is incorrect. Even if I wait extra and ask again, the end result is often not right. I constantly see other guests coming back because something's missing—fries, the wrong menu, or parts of their order completely forgotten. It all seems extremely disorganized and demonstrates a very incompetent team. Mistakes can happen, but here it's the rule, not the exception. Very disappointing. I hope something changes soon—or that better alternatives emerge nearby.

It was not possible to sit inside when I was there, while there was nowhere a message that this location at this time was only open for drive-trough/in. The waittime was short, +- 5 minutes. But the food was really not good. The fries were awfull, 1 star. The chicken nuggets were okay. This was my first time in a long time going to a mac, I already knew it was a bad idea before I went here but the mac was the only place that was open, and I had to eat somewhere. Now I know again how bad the mac is and I'm not planning to go back. The quality is poor and the prices are not low enough anymore.

Unfortunately, it's been an absolute disaster since the renovations. They seem to be trying to cut down on staff as much as possible. The wait for my order has been over 30 minutes each of the last three times. But on the last visit, they went too far: a 30-minute wait, then half the order was wrong, and before the counter staff even spoke to me, I was ignored for 20 minutes because the food had to be brought to the tables. At least 10 customers were standing between the terminals and the cash register, sometimes waiting over 15 minutes just to pay. Apparently, there was only one person for the cash register and table delivery, who always prioritized table delivery. That was definitely my last visit.

We went there with the family because the branch was actually convenient for us, located right off the highway entrance. Despite several negative experiences in the past, we've always given it a chance. Today was definitely the low point. The branch was chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was a noticeable lack of structure. As a customer, you didn't get the impression that anyone was seriously trying to get the situation under control or ensure everything ran smoothly. Of course, it can be stressful, but in a situation like this, you expect at least a certain level of commitment, which unfortunately wasn't evident here. The wait was extremely long, several items were simply forgotten, and the food was disappointing. The fries were cold, soft, and unsalted; we've never experienced anything so bad at McDonald's. What was particularly annoying was that the toy was missing from the Happy Meal. This has happened to us four or five times now at this branch. This is a key element, especially for children, and it's simply frustrating when it's constantly overlooked. We definitely won't be going there again. The location is convenient, but we've been disappointed too many times. Today was finally enough.

A renovation is useless if everything changes for the worse and the service is even worse than before. Orders are prepared carelessly, half of them are forgotten, and friendliness seems to have never been taught here. One day the restaurant simply closes for dine-in after midnight; another evening, vegetable crates are placed in the drive-in area so that people can't drive in. And what's the point of having two drive-in lanes for ordering if only one order is ever taken? And you still can't get out of the drive-in area because the two lanes are merged into one. The system is completely ill-conceived. And the second drive-in lane means you can't even get out of the parking lot afterwards because everything is blocked. So avoid this McDonald's; it's a complete waste of time.

At the MC Drive-In, food was missing from my order again, unfortunately only noticing it when I got home. The Happy Meal was missing a toy and a side order. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time.

Super drive: two-lane reception. The food was hot, arrived in seconds, simply amazing, and the staff were very friendly. One video shows a harmless fly beetle; just like a fly, an insect like that can get lost sometimes! This Mecces is top-notch. Highly recommended!

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Even the renovation/reopening unfortunately hasn't changed that! Orders weren't complete, burgers were carelessly slapped into the box, fries were cold, and the Chicken Big Mac was soggy and mushy. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, and the cleanliness... meh!

We had to wait 15 minutes for 3 coffees and then 3 sloppy filter coffees came from the back instead of from the portafilter machines in the McCafé.

This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Very unfriendly staff. If you wanted something they would just say "yes" and then walk on and ignore you. Or they would argue and assume you couldn't count because a burger was missing. You waited 30-40 minutes for your food, when in smaller towns with just as many customers it's definitely quicker!! The staff at the front worked very slowly, moving at a snail's pace. The food was practically cold after half an hour. The milkshake wasn't good either, and there were no sauces either. If I could, I would give everything 0 stars!

After the renovations, it's always packed; we waited 30 minutes for our order. It doesn't seem well organized. We'll go somewhere else in the future.

Fed up! Things are being forgotten in the order again!! We ordered 2 mcSmart double cheese meals and an extra cheeseburger. That's really not a big order! What's missing? The extra cheeseburger of course. But the worst thing was that the two double cheeses were ice cold! This is at least the 3rd time that things have not been packed with the order. And every time something is cold and simply no longer fresh. I've already paid at least 20€ for nothing at this store. And driving back again just doesn't make sense! You can't check the entire order every time! THAT'S YOUR JOB! I won't be going to this branch again.

We ordered takeaway. We live 5 minutes away. The food was cold, as usual. That's not right. I've been somewhere else, and almost all the food was hot, not cold.

The cheese Krakauer was delicious, moist on the inside and very crispy on the outside. I immediately got another one.
