McDonald's in Bielefeld

The slowest MCD ever. First you wait a few minutes at the intercom and then you stand at the pick-up window for 10 minutes+. I only ordered 2 items. disaster

A disaster! Unfriendly staff at the checkout, half of the order was missing and then they questioned whether we didn't want to cheat, had the receipt shown three times...the rest of the order was then thrown onto the table next to us without a word. Unfortunately, the German language is no longer spoken here. This store is also not recommended for children.

The food is quite good, but the delivery times from the store are completely random and freely chosen (i.e. never based on what is given in their information). When you call, they don't pick up and overall, as far as customer service is concerned, it's really good not worse. I also once saw a family of rats sitting there next to me. The rats could probably understand what I was saying better than the ones at the checkout.

Food is cold and tastes like rancid fat

The service at this place is zero. The delivery man walks around the kitchen in a jacket. The orders are placed on the counter and the order number is not even mentioned. The food is cold.

It's been the same game for years: every single order is missing at least one part. Whether it's sauces, drinks or entire products, something is constantly forgotten. It's just getting to be enough, it's really getting on your nerves. After all, you pay for everything and expect to get everything. A little more care would be urgently needed!

Food is often sold cold and sits longer. Whether it's fries, nuggets or burgers. So many times our food has been prepared incorrectly. It's ALWAYS dirty. Even when the mcplant nuggets were ordered, normal nuggets were often added or they were all made of meat. Even the muffin I just bought was dry and old...! Unfortunately there hasn't been anything positive to say for a long time.

Something is always wrong or missing when ordering. Tables are not cleaned. Food is older cold and inedible.

Why not log out of Lieferando completely if orders are almost never possible there?

Very nice and attentive staff. The gentleman who served me was on the ball and very friendly. I'd love to come back.

What can you say about the store? It speaks positively for itself. It's not always healthy, but it's always delicious.

An absolutely liquid milkshake, like water, and ice cream is the same. And this is not the first time, it’s always like this, among the McDonald’s I know, this is the worst.

By far the worst McDonald's in all of OWL. Burgers are 90% always sold cold. Patty was inedible as if the burger had stood for 5 hours. Fries are also always cold. Never again and then charge exorbitant prices.

I personally think the food is very tasty, but unfortunately it is sometimes cold. The staff is okay, could be better. The environment is catastrophic, unfortunately often very dirty, there are crumbs everywhere on the tables and seats and it takes a while for the staff to clean it up.

Restaurant clean and quite empty at an early hour. The breakfast offering was generally poor, the wraps with scrambled eggs were limp and dry... what were the days when there was a TexMex breakfast 😋

I was in McDrive with my family on December 6th at 7:22 p.m. and wanted to round off the evening with a meal from McDonald's at home and enjoy it. Since we don't eat at McDonald's that often, I ordered a coupon using the app. Unfortunately, I was a bit overwhelmed and didn't know by heart what I had to order in order to receive my menu. I also conveyed this to the young lady at the counter and told her I was sorry, I didn't know what was included in the menu and she became rude and unfriendly. I have never been treated like this by a member of staff/waitress. I'm sorry not to know that I can choose between several products for a HappyMeal, how am I supposed to know what's in a HappyMeal. If you don't know how to deal with guests or don't even begin to try to be friendly and react angrily and become rude at the same time, you should change your job because you won't be happy. In the end I didn't order anything because it was too stupid for me. Unfortunately, I will be avoiding McDonald’s in Sennestadt in the near future. My children were happy.

The foreign employees don't understand you and you constantly get wrong orders. I don't even want to start with cleanliness... Even if you try to have the comment deleted, it doesn't change the points mentioned above :)

The chicken burgers taste as if they had been sitting for two days and were simply warmed up and added to the sale so that it was quick. I've never eaten such bad chicken burgers in my life and I felt a little bad afterwards too.

Ordered plant nuggets. They were ice cold, the breading was bone dry and really hard. They must have been lying there all day. Disgusting. Spent money for nothing as the nuggets ended up in the trash. Inedible!

Lavin best employee in all of McDonald's, definitely deserves a promotion, never met such a warm employee. He definitely saved our evening. Big praise from Dortmund.

Slowest service in the world. Service is written in small letters. Access to the park is a complete disaster. Completely overcrowded on a Sunday evening and the staff was extremely overwhelmed. Three drinks and a cheeseburger took 30 minutes.

The whole restaurant is full and no one has any food on the table. Staff is far too slow in preparation. 45min waiting time Sunday evening at 6.30-7.15pm. Slow food restaurant would do better. This branch cannot be recommended

Unfortunately, we waited way too long (30 minutes) to take away and then return because something was missing. But the employee was very nice.

Actually a restaurant with nice staff, it usually runs quickly. But it's like almost every McDonald's here, how can it be that something is almost always missing? It's particularly annoying when you're already at home, as you can't always check everything pedantically... Of course you still paid for it... Too bad...

Never been to such a bad McDonalds. Fries cold, McCrispy dry, mixed up salad dressing, forgot fork, forgot sauces.

Always take a look at the packaging of what you order, especially at the drive-thru. If something is forgotten and you are at home, you have no chance of getting the money back. The branch management doesn't care either. It's a shame it used to be better!

This McDonald's is a catastrophe. Unclean, cold food and the food tastes like old fat. You also have to wait longer for your food. The employees, all with a migrant background, are unfit to run the restaurant.

Not such a bad feeling anymore. You ALWAYS get mayo or ketchup squeezed on you. Why actually? It is much more important to get reasonably fresh and, above all, well-salted fries. But that's exactly what seems to go wrong all the time. For the third time there was mayo in the menu I ordered, then I was told please no mayo. Result: unsalted fries. Is it possible that when the orders are passed on to the restaurant/cooking area, "No Mayo" is somehow misunderstood or communicated catastrophically and the preparers then understand "no salt"? For me, fries without salt are an outrage and ruin your meal; most of the time you hardly feel like going back and denouncing the lack of salt. Especially with children or on their menus that just sucks. 2 to 3 stars because the food quality also varies depending on the time of day. It's a shame, we like going there so far.

Unfortunately, on my last visit I noticed that it was unhygienic, not clean and unfriendly staff. They communicate with each other in a different language all the time and are also very likely to gossip about customers. The food is McDonald's, standard, but cleanliness and friendliness and politeness are not there.

The last time I was at McDonalds was 20 years ago, back then the Big Mac was twice as big as it is today and twice as cheap as it is today. I will never eat there again, at least not in this life. So the food was tasteless, the big mac was damn small, the salad inside was dry and the meat tasted like cardboard, the roll was completely inedible. So last shit! As always, fries 🍟 were dry and not seasoned at all, didn't taste like potatoes, even my little one said, disgusting. And the drink was supposed to be a cola, which was actually something else, the color was black, tasted like sugar and was full of tasteless substance, just black sugar water. After a few sips, the cardboard lid doesn't become tasty either. And all for 9.99 euros. It's a rip off. It doesn't just affect the store, it's the same in every McDonald's. Simply disgusting, I will never visit this establishment again, it is damn expensive for disgusting food. It's really interesting what people think is good there, I even worked at the McDonald's 20 years ago, you don't get my money

Dirty place!!! Tables are hardly cleared or cleaned at all. Benches and floors are completely covered with leftover food and garbage. The cloth pad for the order is disgusting. Team Wallraff please come!

The other day I was there 30 minutes before closing time and the store was already locked, the employees were sitting around and chilling and coldly ignoring us. Following a complaint, I was summoned for an interview by the restaurant manager Yildiz. What kind of upside down world is this? What's wrong with you???

This McDonalds branch is conveniently located beside the highway and has a few selection of fast ev chargers nearby. Highly recommended if you want to take a short food break and charge your vehicle at the same time. The cleanliness could be somewhat improved though.

I drive there at 1 o'clock because the dirty place isn't open until 2 o'clock, the whole evening was ruined and now I drive 70km hungry in the flowing Ferrari

Sorry but that's not worthy of McDonald's. Soggy nuggets and fries dripping in grease. The toilets extremely dirty and smelly. The floor and tables dirty. The serving trolleys were overcrowded, even though there were only two guests in the restaurant. People preferred to play on their cell phones. I'm used to better McDonald's. Never here again!

Ordered 4 simple drinks - only got 2 correct ones, never thought I would have to check with such a simple task. Skilled labor shortage is in full swing. There is obviously a lack of elementary school education here. What else is being done wrong or not done? Cleaning the equipment?

Typical McDonald's - expectations met ​🍔​🍟​🥤​ The McDonald's on Hansestrasse in Bielefeld offers exactly what you would expect from this chain. The food is neither outstanding nor disappointing - it's just typical McDonald's. My fries were fresh and crispy, but the burger could have used a little more love. Ordering at the terminal with table service worked smoothly, but you should be patient at peak times and check your order again to be on the safe side. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness in the restaurant and especially in the toilets left a lot to be desired. There is definitely room for improvement here. Conclusion: Solid choice for quick hunger when you don't have high expectations. Note: This reflects my personal experience. Other customers may have had different experiences. ​🤷🏻‍♀️​

Repeatedly the order was incomplete or completely forgotten. Then we waited over 30 minutes in an almost empty shop for four normal burgers. Staff friendly, but completely overwhelmed.

Sticky tables and dirty floor; although some food was raw; sesame on the buns when asked to not have sesame. Toilets are in not the best condition but it is free and just off the motorway. Visit here at your own risk.

Unfortunately the staff wasn't very polite, the food was cold, the tables were dirty and unfortunately there were fries under the tables almost everywhere - you didn't know where to sit down. Even if there is a lot to do, you should keep an eye on it.

Addendum August 18th Mc always manages to go one better! I was ignored at the Mc Cafe counter for 20 minutes today! In the meantime, one of the young chickens made a latte and the milk foam not only dirty the cup, but also the entire machine and the table! She finished the latte in Sehlenruhe and left! No idea if the mess will be cleaned up at some point!? 🤔 The latte macchiato was good, but the muffin had seen better days! Old, hard and dry! A new one was brought to me, but it had the same problem as the first one! My sister had ordered a menu with a burger, but the fries had probably been served without the salt! After a complaint, the old fries were taken back and given out with new salt, so far everything was fine! Then we could see from the table how the employee simply tipped my sister's complaining fries back into the others, mixed them once and repackaged them! That doesn't work at all!

Supposedly “open all the time”, i.e. the break for charging the electric car is planned here, after all, nothing beats a coffee and a burger at night on a long car journey. Well, and then you're standing in front of closed doors because only the drive-in was in operation. But it wasn't visible here on Google, otherwise we would have stopped somewhere else. Disappointing!

The food was McDonald's standard. But the cleanliness, be it on the benches, tables or floor, was very poor. We had to look for 2 clean places to sit with a reasonably clean table. So I won't go there again.

The staff was very unfriendly. There was no greeting and the tablet was simply thrown on the table so that the cola spilled over. The food was only lukewarm and had probably been on display for a long time. From the kitchen area you can only hear Arabic conversations. The toilets were completely filthy. It's a shame that this franchise partner runs the store like this. In terms of furnishings, this branch is top notch and very modern, which makes the point above even sadder. I'm definitely not coming back to the branch.

The food is delicious, as McDonald's should be. You don't have to wait long for an order. You can order online immediately to the table without going to the cashier. There is a small playground for children on the street. I recommend!

After ordering breakfast, no service staff was seen, and no one came even after calling the counter several times. Service looks different for me.

Had dinner there today. Cold fries and disgusting burgers. The bread from the chicken burger was dried out and shriveled, the salad was yellow and slimy. Gave it back to the “boss”. He just rolled his eyes and gave me a new one without comment. This one was just as disgusting and cold. But I didn't feel like running forward again and watching him and the employees roll their eyes again. They act as if we get the food for free and we should be grateful. There wasn't even an apology or hello/bye. It's best not to go there anymore. Treat the people there like worthless animals.

Yesterday evening during the ordering process at the terminal we were asked to cancel it and get in line at McDrive. The objection that we were already in the ordering process and had been waiting in line for a long time was answered with a “sorry, but the checkout is closed”. And when we were told that we had gotten there on foot, we were told that that was the case. This is simply a disgrace and in no way customer-oriented. It's a carelessly clapping McDonalds. The employees radiate such enthusiasm and desire that you feel the urgent need to leave the store. I ordered a Bick Mac menue and a junjor cone there. The toy that the lady said was in the bag was missing from the bag in question. So the lady can also lie. The whole floor was sticky. The music from the children's cinema or whatever it is was set so loud that you could hear it above the normal acoustics in the restaurant. And the children who were running around there were all disappointed that there was nothing on in the cinema. The entrance area was, I took a quick look, very carelessly designed. If I were a child, I would feel more like I was in prison than in a children's paradise. All in all, a restaurant that only meets the MINIMUM requirements (tables, chairs, a toilet) Luckily at least the toilet was reasonably clean.

The MC Chicken was tasty, but why use an elongated piece of fillet when the burger bowl is round. Either it is rarely ordered and the rolls are rotting away, so they rely on round rolls, where the round meat patty could then find its place. Fries were okay. Why is a straw included with a milk shake, but not with a soft drink? The ordering terminal was confusing. Otherwise the food was good, points deducted for the roll from MCChick. MC D. was much better when it came to ambience.

Once again something was missing from the order, mind you, consumption in the restaurant! I also often had some “losses” when taking things with me. The toilets were anything but clean. Sorry, but I definitely won't stop here next time I'm hungry.
