Good reminder to not go to McDonald's for another year until I forget how awful the food is. Paid 13 euros for 4 eur worth of garbage food

Md is getting worse and worse. No restrooms, skimping on napkins and straws. And "Fast" deserves the name elsewhere. Then unfriendly. Beggars in the restaurant. What I found worst was that the upstairs area was closed. Everything downstairs is full. The guests were sitting on the stairs. When I asked politely if they could open the upstairs area, the answer was: "No, upstairs is closed." I asked again politely: "Can't you open upstairs? Everything downstairs is full, and we didn't really want to sit on the floor or eat standing up." Answer: "Not possible. After 8 p.m. You can also take your food with you." Well, open 24 hours. But Warendorf, for example, manages it too. I didn't understand the connection between customer and workplace.

To be honest, I hate to complain but this was just not okay... the team at McDonald's that worked on May 17th was just not okay... they removed the numbers even though they had paid, and then as a German you are spoken to in such an aggressive tone that you almost get scared... but among colleagues a language is spoken that no one understands... it's a real shame, I really like being here but this is not okay, please consult between the manager and the employees... Simply unbearable place, waited for the order for about 40 minutes although it appeared on the table 3 minutes after the order, when I asked where my order was, I was answered rudely: "my order is not the only one here and this is not a personal service for princesses, so wait." The establishment itself is a real dump, the toilet is at the station, there are no vouchers for it, in the restaurant itself I noticed an employee who sweeps trash off the tables with a floor broom. Attached a video clip, I do not think this is the normal state of the restaurant.

I had to explain that two meals also included two drinks. Instead, I got one drink and three fries. Never again!

Unpleasant experience due to intrusive guest I regularly visit the McDonald's at Bielefeld train station in the morning to have breakfast before I go to university. I have often noticed a man who often spends time in the restaurant and in the station area in general. I haven't paid much attention to him until recently when he spoke to me directly and asked me to watch his cell phone while he went out for a smoke. I agreed and thought nothing more of it. Unfortunately, the situation turned awkward when I made it clear to him that I wasn't interested in getting to know him better and mentioned that I was married and had to go to university. He didn't let that deter him and became pushy. When he even held me to "donate" me a cake, I was upset and left the restaurant without a word. It was difficult to communicate with him because he only seemed to speak Romanian. His appearance suggested he might be homeless. It would be very important to me if the staff would pay more attention to ensuring that guests do not feel harassed by others. This is not a direct accusation, and I certainly could have asked for help in the situation, but out of a certain reflex I chose to leave the store. In general, I always find it uncomfortable when homeless people enter the restaurant, especially given some of the negative press reports about fights and harassment associated with such situations in the area. I generally like to visit your restaurant as long as I can eat there comfortably and feel safe. I hope that my feedback will help improve the situation for all guests.

We ordered a milkshake... chocolate with chocolate sauce... The milkshake barely tasted like chocolate... We complained. Maybe they got a new one with the argument: There's a lot more chocolate in it than usual.... Well... The second attempt wasn't chocolatey either... So a lot of money was spent on "nothing" because no daughter doesn't like vanilla... If that's chocolate with chocolate syrup in the photo, then it's probably white chocolate.

A huge compliment to the staff! Came spontaneously with a large children's birthday group. A cash register was opened especially for us to order so that we don't have to wait long. There were always no codes on the Monopoly packaging. Toilet not available either.

Never this branch again! I just ate something there. To my surprise there was no toilet, I was directed to the public station toilet. When I asked if there was a voucher for this, I was told no. Additionally, my Monopoly promotional packaging no longer had the code on it. I suspect that the employees would rather pocket the profits themselves. The preparation of the food was fine. However, I received it in a take-away bag, even though I specifically said I wanted to eat in the restaurant. Next speculation: deliberate increase in profits through illegal sales tax reduction. But it may have been a case of individual misunderstandings (as is always the case in such situations).

The order (with payment) and the processing of the food went quite quickly, but the food was only lukewarm and the fries were unsalted. But the biggest scandal in my opinion was that my Happy Meal was NOT sealed, which damaged the visual appearance. It was way too warm. Still, fast food is (tasty).

The food is exactly what I expect from a McDonald's and is perfectly fine. Unfortunately, there are often difficulties scanning app coupons at the ordering kiosk, or some kiosks are even completely out of order. Due to the spatial conditions, it is easy to be overlooked as a cash payer with few staff. However, when asked at the food counter, the staff were friendly and helpful. The monitors that are supposed to show the orders ready for pickup don't always seem to work reliably, as the pickup numbers are often simply called into the room, which is difficult to understand when it's busy. The waiting times can also be unusually long, so that I once even had to forego the ice cream I had already paid for in order to catch my train. Finally, I would like to highlight something positive: For a restaurant in a train station, this McDonald's is very clean and well-maintained.

Die Mitarbeiter sind ganz unhöflich und arrogant. Am Morgen 21. Dezember habe ich einen Burger bestellt. Ich habe für etwa 30 Minuten gewartet, dann musste ich schnell weg, weil mein Zug schon angekommen ist. Um ungefähr 14:00 Uhr bin ich von Melle zurückgekommen und habe mich entschieden, den Burger trotzdem zu bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter haben an mich laut geschrien und wollten gar nicht hören, was ich ihnen erzählt habe. Sie dachten, dass ich einen Burger gratis bekommen wollte. Am Ende hat mir ein Mitarbeiter mit einem bösen Gesicht den Burger geworfen. Außerdem sehr schmutzig, schreckliche Gerüche

McDonald's im Hauptbahnhof Bielefeld lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles sauber und perfekt organisiert. Mit dem Monatsmenue für 5,99 € ist man gut und preiswert bedient. Natürlich darf den Kunden die einfache Servierung / Verpackung nicht stören, ohne die es bei dem Preisniveau nicht geht. Wichtig : es schmeckt !

Die Wartezeit für den Cappuccino war zu lang. Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle noch zwei oder drei Minuten warten, und dann verschwand meine Bestellung einfach vom Tablet. Und mir wurde gesagt, ich müsse noch länger warten. Zu lange Wartezeiten, ich empfehle es nicht. Übrigens waren zu dieser Zeit nicht viele Leute dort.

Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben, aber vielleicht bin ich aber auch nur an den Mitarbeiter geraten, der seinem Chef die "besten" Umsätze einbringt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse war noch nicht einmal in der Lage, einen App-Coupon abzuscannen. Stattdessen sollte man seine Bestellung am Automaten tätigen, um sich dann in der Schlange an der zeitweise nicht besetzen Kasse wieder einreihen, um seine Automaten-Bestellung zu bezahlen. Dieser Mitarbeiter verdient eine Belobigung und eine Gratifikation, weil er einen lästigen Kunden abgewimmelt hat. Ich bin jedenfalls gegangen und habe mir Stattdessen einen leckeren Döner gekauft. Enttäuschend, dass es bei McDonald's im Bielefelder Hauptbahnhof keine Toilette für Gäste gibt. Wir meiden jetzt diesen McDonald's.

Ich war heute Abend bei McDonald'sda und habe auf mein Essen gewartet und habe mitbekommen wie der Chef Sehr respektlos mit einem Kunden sich unterhalten hat. Hat den Kunden nicht aussprechen lassen und hat immer wieder im Wort rein geredet " Wer bist du?"Und das ca. 5 Mal hintereinander. Und als ich dann mein Essen bekommen habe. Ich musste auf einem sehr dreckigen Stehplatz meinen Essen Verzehren. Mein Sprite war nicht bis zum Strich befüllt wie es sollte Sondern mindestens 50 ml weniger drin.

Unveschemtes Personal. Ich hab die Bestellung nicht komplett bekommen sowie auf dem Tisch geschmissen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr beschäftigt mit Bestellungen zu verteilen und schreit wie im Bazar o.ä zu laut. Habe ein süßstoff mit holz Stange von eckseitige Maccafé abgeholt danach unmittelbar hatte er so aggressiv geschrien und fragte warum bist du reingegangen! Hier bin ich so bewundert wie das Benehmen mit Leute war. Wird man geduzt und wie im Kindergarten behandelt. Schade!

Gegen die Besucher im Restaurant kann man nichts machen. Viele Reisende und viele von der Straße, die sich aufwärmen wollen. Ich gönne es diesen Leuten, aber das zieht die Atmosphäre beim Essen runter.

es gibt tage wo es halbwegs funktioniert aber tage wo es einfach nur traurig ist,bin relativ häufig mal bei mcd,auch mal was zum abholen bestellt,oder bestellt durch lieferando,lieferung ist super oft unvollständig,falsch,beim telefonanruf wird nicht richtig zugehört,man unterhält sich im hintergrund und wird mit "ja ok bruder" abgewimmelt und einfach aufgelegt(lieferando sagt mal soll beim restaurant anrufen wenn was ist...),bei mccafe gab es fälle wo ich 3 mal gefragt hab und mindestens 15 min gewartet hab bis sich jemand endlich mal hingequemt hat,ich mein ich versteh das es mal stressig sein kann aber selbst wenn weniger stress da ist,ist der service sehr mangelhaft,ihr seid am bahnhof,wie beim flughafen solltet ihr dem stress standhalten können,es sollte klar sein das leute da hecktisch unterwegs sind weil sie weniger zeit haben,komischerweise sind die kunden hecktischer und das team eher langsam,es gibt auch leute die sich dort bemühen,aber das ist eher die minderheit,über die hygiene werd ich mich nicht beschweren weil ich meistens mitnehme,aber da gibt es verbesserungs spielraum... 2 Jahre spaeter ,ab und zu ok,man sieht ab und zu die gleiche gesichter bei denen es funktioniert,aber der neue vorgesetzte nicht so freundlich,sagt einem un 20 uhr das mc cafe waere geschlossen weil keiner lust hatte rueberzulaufen und eben ein stueck kuchen zu holen,kaesekuchen btw nur doer erhaeltlich,keine ahnung warum man nicht uebern schalter das bestellen kann,den rest aber schon,wenn ihr keine lust habt zu arbeiten,macht das licht dort aus,streicht die dinge von der karte oder kommt doch erst nicht zur arbeit,was ist das? muss man erstmal noch ganz oben sich beschweren oder soll man es gleich lassen dorthin zu gehen,schlechter service, dreckig,langsam trotzdem bahnhof standort,preise trotzdem hoch,und leute die einfach sagen :ne ist zu oder ne gibt es nicht weil sie nicht arbeiten wollen...

Es war sehr voll und hat entsprechend lange gedauert, aber die Mitarbeiter haben ihr Möglichstes getan. Essen gut wie immer. Der Kaffee war sehr heiß 😄

Nach dem Umbau vor einiger Zeit ganz gut geworden.

Erstens, ich habe 21€ gegeben und habe nur 1ct zurückbekommen obwohl es 10.99€ gekostet hat. Die wehrte Frau an der kasse meinte ich habe nur 10.50€ gegeben. Ich finde es bodenlos das sie mich versucht hat abzuzpcken doch der manager kam und musste die kasse durchzählen. Zweitens, bestellt habe ich ein Souer-Cream dip doch ich habe ein süß sauer dip bekommen. Mein Fazit ist geht lieber zu einem anderen Mcs den dieser hier will gerne dein geld haben und gibt dir die falschen Produkte. LG

Ist eigentlich gut aber die Qualität am Bahnhof schwankt oft ,weil da teilweise einfach kaltes Essen mit warmen essen serviert zb kalter Cheeseburger und heiße Pommes z.b Und manchmal dauert halt extrem zu lange nach der Bestellung... Ich habe schon öfters mal über 20 minuten gewartet eine Bestellung, etwas zu lange für McD (meine Meinung )✌️

Ich war sehr angenehm überrascht - eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat meine Bestellung aufgenommen. Es dauerte nicht lange - und die Bestellung war fertig. Die Burger waren noch heiß - die Pommes lecker - hätten noch etwas dunkler sein können. Aber das ist jetzt Erbsenzählerei... Empfehlenswert 👍👍👍

Wenn ich könnte würde ich null Sterne geben. Wieder fehlt etwas bei meiner Bestellung. Ein chickenburger, ein mcchicken und Soßen und das ist nicht das erste Mal das etwas fehlt. Ich würde euch immer raten die Bestellung vorher nochmal zu kontrollieren bevor ihr nach Hause geht, weil die euch abzocken und Sachen nicht reinpacken!
