Nothing going on, fries colder than lukewarm... I complained to no avail. Never again. Oh, and after I had the fries down, I also had a very warm Coke... :-( ...

Even if I could say something positive, I still wouldn't do it. I'd rather starve than go into this thing.

Wrong order, lukewarm drinks, no seat, no straws. Bad service.

We ordered three burgers and two nuggets to take out, but only received two burgers and one old nugget from the day before. Very disappointing, as you pay for something you don't get. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I am totally unsatisfied! My food was cold and raw, not even warmed up, just LITERALLY thrown in. I was usually always satisfied and loved this mcs but this is one too many, especially when I see Hello Kitty toys AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET THAT even though they had some in stock. My supposed "Coke" had no carbonation at all and tasted like Pepsi. I SWEAR, today I opened it straight away after I got my food and was really hungry, but everything was cold except for the "Coke", which was honestly piss warm, no ice cubes, nothing. Usually always tip top but today I have to be a Karen, that was absolutely disgusting, I was really unsatisfied today.

The chicken burger tasted like bad fish. Immediately thrown away. Heiderich is by far the worst franchisee nationwide. This guy is a disgrace to McDonald's.

I ordered the plant-based nuggets and halfway through, I realized I'd eaten something meaty. After checking the remaining nuggets, I discovered another one with chicken. I then confronted one of the employees, who confessed that she knowingly added two chicken nuggets because they didn't have enough plant-based nuggets in stock and to "speed things up." I've been vegetarian for four years, vegan for one year, and my sister, with whom I went there, has been vegetarian for over 13 years. I feel physically sick! This is an absolute no-go! I won't be eating here again!

Wow, I stood and waited at the checkout for 15 minutes, and that was way before lunch. Then I left; who knows how long it would have taken to order.

If I weren't in a hurry, I'd go back there and force the employees to eat the food themselves. The entire order was wrong, and not only that. If you order without onions, they scrape them off the burger. Real slop! Preferably zero stars.

We waited over 15 minutes for a Happy Meal, including a 6-pack nugget, that we had ordered online in advance. Since we (my 13-year-old son and I) had to catch our 4:05 PM train, we called five minutes in advance, but nothing much happened. We then left the store without food. Okay, so "quick" isn't possible there. Or they haven't yet figured out how to handle online orders.

There's a cheeky guy working there with a beard and tattoos on his forearms who always talks cheekily and when I ask him why, he threatens to throw me out.

Instead: bland mush, a faint smoky flavor, a sauce that neither asks nor answers. It's as if this burger is telling me: "Expect nothing—we have nothing to give here." A final spark of hope flickers as my gaze falls upon the cup of soft serve. For the first moment, something like mild consolation actually unfolds: sweet, cool, almost gentle. For a tiny moment, you believe that even in this desolate place, a spark of joy could survive. But this stirring lasts barely longer than a breath. The machine, at whose mercy my brief moment of pleasure rests, suddenly dries up. A wheeze, an unrhythmic stutter—then silence. What remains is a half-filled cup and an equally half-hearted consolation. As I sit there, I feel my dislike growing, not into loud anger, but into a calm, almost cultivated contempt. The decor around me: cold, pragmatic, every curve designed for efficiency, without even a hint of charm. The music: quiet, generic, not meant to be noticed. The people: chewing silently, more machines than guests. Nothing about this place truly seeks to please—and that is perhaps its only honesty. The service, like a silent flunky, remains commendable. Everything else, however, is a monument to indifference: the solemn elevation of the banal to the measure of all things. This isn't where you dine; it's just where you feed. With the half-melted ice cream in my hand, I'm struck by the thought that even my mockery is too precious for this place. What remains is the quiet satisfaction that my palate now finally knows how low the human sense of taste can sink if you let it.

I just treated myself on my way home. It was a 5-10 minute walk from the branch and I ate it right away. 1/10!!! The shaker fries were absolutely soggy, the Sakura Cola was practically non-carbonated, and the Philly Cheese Stack was absolutely outrageous! Only ONE patty instead of two and NO pickles. The cheese wasn't even melted. I'll never take anything home with me again. If I'd noticed that in the store, I would have returned everything! 😒 The nuggets were okay. Just add two spices to the breading... I advise EVERYONE to check their order.

My iced tea tasted like soap and it made me sick, not recommended

After making payment, my number didn't appear on the dashboard, people who paid after me were getting their orders, I went to complain to lady at the counter and she directed me to the manager. I went to the manager to complain as my train was leaving in about 5 mins and I have been there for 30 mins, she buzzed me off very rudely. By the time I finally got my order, my train had gone. I had to wait for 1 hour for the next train. The services is very shitty

The staff was super friendly :) Unpacking my McPlant made it clear: eating on the go? No chance. I'm happy with more sauce and all, but if the burger is so full that the cardboard packaging rips after just a few minutes, it's probably too much.

Food is standardized okish... But service or attitude of some staffs are not so good or polite in this branch next to Bielefeld Hbf... Compared to my experience yesterday in the branch next to Osnabrück Hbf, it is way better there... Update: at late night they close upstairs large space it is okay, and staffs help to maintain atmosphere that prevent non-customers who frequently asking people for money and food, +one point for the efforts of some staffs.

I only go there in an emergency. I wonder how people eat their meals here. 🤢 When I asked for a straw for my vanilla shake, I was told in bad German, "No straw, there's ice to drink inside"... and was sent away. All right. 🤠

Just looking for money. Vio water 0.5 liters here costs €3.99, but in the shop a few meters away it's much cheaper. The rooms upstairs can be used to wait for the train, otherwise it's just too dirty for me.

Md is getting worse and worse. No restrooms, skimping on napkins and straws. And "Fast" deserves the name elsewhere. Then unfriendly. Beggars in the restaurant. What I found worst was that the upstairs area was closed. Everything downstairs is full. The guests were sitting on the stairs. When I asked politely if they could open the upstairs area, the answer was: "No, upstairs is closed." I asked again politely: "Can't you open upstairs? Everything downstairs is full, and we didn't really want to sit on the floor or eat standing up." Answer: "Not possible. After 8 p.m. You can also take your food with you." Well, open 24 hours. But Warendorf, for example, manages it too. I didn't understand the connection between customer and workplace.

Simply unbearable place, waited for the order for about 40 minutes although it appeared on the table 3 minutes after the order, when I asked where my order was, I was answered rudely: "my order is not the only one here and this is not a personal service for princesses, so wait." The establishment itself is a real dump, the toilet is at the station, there are no vouchers for it, in the restaurant itself I noticed an employee who sweeps trash off the tables with a floor broom. To be honest, I hate to complain but this was just not okay... the team at McDonald's that worked on May 17th was just not okay... they removed the numbers even though they had paid, and then as a German you are spoken to in such an aggressive tone that you almost get scared... but among colleagues a language is spoken that no one understands... it's a real shame, I really like being here but this is not okay, please consult between the manager and the employees... Unpleasant experience due to intrusive guest I regularly visit the McDonald's at Bielefeld train station in the morning to have breakfast before I go to university. I have often noticed a man who often spends time in the restaurant and in the station area in general. I haven't paid much attention to him until recently when he spoke to me directly and asked me to watch his cell phone while he went out for a smoke. I agreed and thought nothing more of it. Unfortunately, the situation turned awkward when I made it clear to him that I wasn't interested in getting to know him better and mentioned that I was married and had to go to university. He didn't let that deter him and became pushy. When he even held me to "donate" me a cake, I was upset and left the restaurant without a word. It was difficult to communicate with him because he only seemed to speak Romanian. His appearance suggested he might be homeless. It would be very important to me if the staff would pay more attention to ensuring that guests do not feel harassed by others. This is not a direct accusation, and I certainly could have asked for help in the situation, but out of a certain reflex I chose to leave the store. In general, I always find it uncomfortable when homeless people enter the restaurant, especially given some of the negative press reports about fights and harassment associated with such situations in the area. I generally like to visit your restaurant as long as I can eat there comfortably and feel safe. I hope that my feedback will help improve the situation for all guests.

Staff unfriendly and the food was old and cold, it didn't taste more like food from this morning or even yesterday

We ordered a milkshake... chocolate with chocolate sauce... The milkshake barely tasted like chocolate... We complained. Maybe they got a new one with the argument: There's a lot more chocolate in it than usual.... Well... The second attempt wasn't chocolatey either... So a lot of money was spent on "nothing" because no daughter doesn't like vanilla... If that's chocolate with chocolate syrup in the photo, then it's probably white chocolate.

A huge compliment to the staff! Came spontaneously with a large children's birthday group. A cash register was opened especially for us to order so that we don't have to wait long. There were always no codes on the Monopoly packaging. Toilet not available either.

Never this branch again! I just ate something there. To my surprise there was no toilet, I was directed to the public station toilet. When I asked if there was a voucher for this, I was told no. Additionally, my Monopoly promotional packaging no longer had the code on it. I suspect that the employees would rather pocket the profits themselves. The preparation of the food was fine. However, I received it in a take-away bag, even though I specifically said I wanted to eat in the restaurant. Next speculation: deliberate increase in profits through illegal sales tax reduction. But it may have been a case of individual misunderstandings (as is always the case in such situations).

The order (with payment) and the processing of the food went quite quickly, but the food was only lukewarm and the fries were unsalted. But the biggest scandal in my opinion was that my Happy Meal was NOT sealed, which damaged the visual appearance. It was way too warm. Still, fast food is (tasty).

Food was lukewarm and it took a long time.

The food is exactly what I expect from a McDonald's and is perfectly fine. Unfortunately, there are often difficulties scanning app coupons at the ordering kiosk, or some kiosks are even completely out of order. Due to the spatial conditions, it is easy to be overlooked as a cash payer with few staff. However, when asked at the food counter, the staff were friendly and helpful. The monitors that are supposed to show the orders ready for pickup don't always seem to work reliably, as the pickup numbers are often simply called into the room, which is difficult to understand when it's busy. The waiting times can also be unusually long, so that I once even had to forego the ice cream I had already paid for in order to catch my train. Finally, I would like to highlight something positive: For a restaurant in a train station, this McDonald's is very clean and well-maintained.

Ich habe für etwa 30 Minuten gewartet, dann musste ich schnell weg, weil mein Zug schon angekommen ist. Um ungefähr 14:00 Uhr bin ich von Melle zurückgekommen und habe mich entschieden, den Burger trotzdem zu bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter haben an mich laut geschrien und wollten gar nicht hören, was ich ihnen erzählt habe. Sie dachten, dass ich einen Burger gratis bekommen wollte. Am Ende hat mir ein Mitarbeiter mit einem bösen Gesicht den Burger geworfen. Außerdem sehr schmutzig, schreckliche Gerüche

McDonald's im Hauptbahnhof Bielefeld lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles sauber und perfekt organisiert. Mit dem Monatsmenue für 5,99 € ist man gut und preiswert bedient. Natürlich darf den Kunden die einfache Servierung / Verpackung nicht stören, ohne die es bei dem Preisniveau nicht geht. Wichtig : es schmeckt !

Ich war am WE kurz vor Feierabend da und habe etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Essen war unvollständig (keine Saucen auf dem Big Mac) und es wurden statt der bestellten Pommes nur Curly Fries mitgegeben, weil es anscheinend zu anstrengend war neue Pommes zu machen kurz vor Feierabend...

Die Wartezeit für den Cappuccino war zu lang. Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle noch zwei oder drei Minuten warten, und dann verschwand meine Bestellung einfach vom Tablet. Und mir wurde gesagt, ich müsse noch länger warten. Zu lange Wartezeiten, ich empfehle es nicht. Übrigens waren zu dieser Zeit nicht viele Leute dort.

Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben, aber vielleicht bin ich aber auch nur an den Mitarbeiter geraten, der seinem Chef die "besten" Umsätze einbringt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse war noch nicht einmal in der Lage, einen App-Coupon abzuscannen. Stattdessen sollte man seine Bestellung am Automaten tätigen, um sich dann in der Schlange an der zeitweise nicht besetzen Kasse wieder einreihen, um seine Automaten-Bestellung zu bezahlen. Dieser Mitarbeiter verdient eine Belobigung und eine Gratifikation, weil er einen lästigen Kunden abgewimmelt hat. Ich bin jedenfalls gegangen und habe mir Stattdessen einen leckeren Döner gekauft. Enttäuschend, dass es bei McDonald's im Bielefelder Hauptbahnhof keine Toilette für Gäste gibt. Wir meiden jetzt diesen McDonald's.
