Incredibly dingy. Sticky tables, floors not wiped, and the toilets were a disgrace. The room temperature was too cold, therefore very uncomfortable

Unfortunately it's too cold, you probably forgot to install a heater or you're too stingy to heat. Staff was nice.

The service was very nice and friendly, the atmosphere was rather unpleasant, many tables and chairs were unclean, we had to search a lot to find a decent place! But what annoys me the most is that the fries are usually only lukewarm and soggy! To be honest - it's not ok for the price! But now I always return them if they aren't hot!

Probably our worst McDonald’s visit ever… We were here on Thursday evening and the store was busy. The drinks (Cola/Sprite) were warm - there appeared to be no ice cubes. The burgers were lukewarm, but the fries were hot. In addition, the toilets and the floor were peed all over a large area. The personla did not respond to our report. We definitely won't be coming back!!!

There's nothing culinary to be had at this McDonald's either, but you can get your fill. But you can also invest your money much better.

Why such uncomfortable chairs and benches? That's really crap, especially if you can't sit very well anyway. Plus, they're really cold on your butt, so that's a 2 star deduction

If you order take-away, check your food to make sure everything is okay. Most of the time the order is incomplete and something is missing.

Ordered three times to take away. Something was missing from all of the orders and in one case the food was already cold when we received it.

Never seen such a dirty restaurant. If they can't manage to wipe the tables all day, I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like. The children's chairs are so slippery and greasy. Nothing has been cleaned at all. The whole restaurant has the charm of a train station toilet. (I don't even want to talk about the toilet itself). Simply disgusting, the burger no longer tastes good. For ambience -5 stars

Which language do I actually have to learn so that people can understand me at McDonalds??? Not only do I have to repeat my menu countless times, but I still get it wrong very often! Without exaggeration: 8 out of 10 times I get my drink *WITH* ice, even though I ordered slowly, clearly and clearly *WITHOUT ICE*. Goes back every time! I was in Mc Drive on August 31, 2024 at 11:20 p.m. and the woman who worked at taking the order was so incredibly unfriendly that I can no longer put it into words. She didn't respond to questions, spoke in a tone that was not at all appropriate, and simply turned her back on me after I tried to tell her that her behavior was inappropriate. I would understand if you were stressed, but it wasn't even particularly crowded. I come from the catering industry myself and if you behave like that you have no place in the catering industry. I was so angry that I didn't like the food anymore.

The food is like over. The service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere doesn't invite you to stay there. With smaller children it can be dangerous, among other things, because the sockets simply protrude from the wall.

Something is always missing when ordering. Check it in the presence of the staff! Because if you ask Peraonal about it, you will be treated as if you had stolen. Simply outrageous.

I was shocked and deeply disappointed by my last visit to this McDonald's. We were in the drive through at 4:15 am on July 28, 2024. The counter worker yelled at us and was extremely rude when we asked a simple question about the menu. His disrespectful and insulting comments were completely inappropriate and made us feel unwanted. To make matters worse, I had the uneasy feeling that someone was spitting on our food. After we finally received our order, the food looked unappetizing and tasted strange. It was an extremely unpleasant experience that makes me doubt whether I will ever visit a McDonald's again. This store lacks any standard or courtesy. I can only advise anyone not to eat here. Just disgusting and disrespectful.

On the whole, pretty much like everyone else, but it often happens that the drinks are served in the wrong size (e.g. 0.25 liters instead of 0.5 liters). The staff are very friendly and will give you the correct size if you ask. Plus, I've never had a milkshake here. Either the machine is out or broken or it is sold out.

I just wanted to go for a coffee (or an iced coffee) - unfortunately it didn't go as planned and I will never come here again. First I ordered a decaf, then I was told there was no decaffeinated coffee. Then I wanted my money back, suddenly there was decaffeinated coffee (I assume that the person was too lazy to go over to the mccafé stand because that was the only place where this coffee was available). When I asked if I could have the drinks in a glass instead of a paper cup, the answer was bluntly no. Outrageous. You really don't want to drink coffee like that. Thank you - never again

Everything was clean, fast and great people

After being cheated on every third major family order at McDonald's Sennestadt due to missing burgers, I decided to change restaurants. Mind you, there is always too little in the paid bags. It could be that it is an oversight and that sometimes there is too much in the bags. No, there is always too little product. Then I moved to Brackwede. The first order took an unusually long time, so you can no longer call it fast food. It took 20 minutes in McDrive, even though there were only 5 vehicles in front of me. My own order, which was put together via the app, took 8 minutes at the serving counter alone. At least the employee apologized without a word from me. The second order was missing a McPlant. Nobody likes to be fooled. So I wrote to the restaurant. There should be no compensation. Instead they wanted to steal my time and invite me to breakfast in the completely filthy place. I have only been visiting McDrive for years and refuse to enter the "restaurants" given the hygienic conditions. Unfortunately, it wasn't until the second answer from the "manager" that I found out that it was the same person as in Sennestadt. Everything was immediately clear to me. Why are the conditions in “his” restaurants like this? Are the employees stealing the goods their customers have paid for? I do not believe that. Then where is the problem? Employee fluctuation is extremely high, at least in Sennestadt. Why? Employees told me about desolate conditions. None of them work at McDonalds anymore. Ultimately, I suspect the poor and harmful working conditions are behind this misery. Everything has to go even faster. When I placed my second order in Brackwede, two employees packed my bags. It was almost clear that this couldn't work. I offered to check the bags I ordered at McDrive in the future. After numerous complaints and useless answers, the authorized representative of all the houses in Bielefeld, Paderborn, Delbrück, Lippstadt, Geseke, Salzkotten, Bad Driburg and Beverungen offered me €4.99 as compensation for the first time. For this reason I should no longer visit the McDonalds mentioned. I was refused to check the bags on the grounds that I would disrupt the operational process. Apparently McDonalds is proud of the fact that they are ripping off their customers and are doing a lot to ensure that they can continue to cheat their customers. A lawsuit would be worthwhile for the large number of missing products. In the end, all you end up with is trouble. I can only strongly advise against eating at McDonalds in Bielefeld, Paderborn, Delbrück, Lippstadt, Geseke, Salzkotten, Bad Driburg and Beverungen. In all my visits outside, something like this has never happened to me. Normally I'm used to receiving replacements straight away, especially if products are missing. That's not the case here! Only after 4 emails will the first replacement be offered. I can save myself the work in the future. These restaurant operators have no interest in change. You could also change the process or ask yourself why products are missing every time. Even the Heiderich management team doesn't want to deal with constructive criticism. This results in my personal conclusion that I can only warn against “such people” (@ authorized representative: ;-)). The food is familiar to me and gets 4 stars because my children like it. The service is terribly bad in Bielefeld Sennestadt and also in Brackwede. This also applies to the hygienic conditions. Therefore, service and ambience only receive 1 star.

Why is something offered that is not available locally?

Hello, I had ordered 2 menus, first the order was prepared incorrectly and then when I got home a citizen was missing. Such an impudence and when you call, no one answers. (The employees are simply incompetent and can't even deliver an order of 2 menus correctly. (That at Mcs is just sad!.

Milkshake never available!!!! According to the staff, it's too expensive to repair and when the machine is repaired it keeps breaking down, that's the information from the box! I asked again and again for a year and never received it. Children were always very disappointed ☹️

. . . I read that Mr. Mc claims that food should taste similar all over the world. . . I regularly do the test with the McRib - the difference is in the ingredients. Sauce, cucumber and onions. The food is okay here, but the service is. . . You can have a bad day, but if someone doesn't feel like working, you should at least NOT work in service. At the animal shelter you might be able to push a dog's bowl like this, 😳 . . .

If you order via the app and then pick it up at the drive inn or eat on site, it goes quickly.

Today, May 21st, 2024 around 6:30 p.m., I have never seen such an incredibly friendly employee at the counter in McDrive. I never write reviews, but this needed to be said. Very competent and very friendly! Top.

We were there for breakfast. The new products are really tasty. Everything was freshly prepared. Because this of course took a little longer, my little son got a drink packet to bridge the waiting time. Very friendly staff.

Ordered reusable (consumed on site in a cup), received disposable. Reusable cups cannot be ordered. Clear violation of the packaging law. Who cares about trash...

The tables could be cleaner and there could be salt on the fries. The burgers are solid and the waiting times are short.

The store is packed and the burgers still come out cold. Plus the burgers really don't taste good.

Unfortunately, at this branch it happens regularly, in my case on 6 out of 8 visits this year, that things are missing when ordered in the MC Drive. I am anything but satisfied with the statement from an employee after complaining that products were missing from my order: "You must always check your order immediately."

Seems to be either fairly new or renovated, definitely very clean, nice service and fresh, crispy fries.

Order....pay....eat.....get full.....no more, no less....just fast food.....OK for a small hunger..... but a fish burger for now 4.99 euros with a mini piece of fish and half a slice of processed cheese on it, that's great...

It would be nice if something wasn't forgotten every now and then.

Food was mixed up a bit but time was relatively quick for Mc's

A modern McDonalds. The drive though had a long queue which was to be expected on a Friday evening. We then went into the restaurant itself but by the time we got out the queue was quite a few. When we were inside, all the ordering kiosks were in use. There are only four and it would be good if there were a few more. We then went to the checkout to order, but waited quite a long time until someone took the order. You have to wait longer than you should wait at McDonalds. The big advantage of McDonald's is that it's open 24 hours a day, but given the situation these days that's not a great achievement. Overall just 3 stars considering what it is.

Was there on Wednesday evening. Everything was dirty. The employees were dressed in street clothes and we waited about 15 minutes for fries and chili cheeseburger nuggets.

Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with this McDonald's, unfortunately the employees are no longer able to complete the orders at night. In addition, the employee in charge insulted us; after notifying us of the missing order, we only had to respond to aggressive and insulting language. We are very disappointed because such behavior made us feel disrespected. Mitarbeiter sau unfreundlich ewig gewartet obwohl nichts los war 6 Mitarbeiter standen dumm rum und unterhielten sich.einer in der küche am arbeiten . Wohne in der ecke essen kalt und zu allem ärgerniss fehlte auch noch ein burger was leider nicht das erste mal war aber zumindest daa letzte mal .

Seitdem ich öfter komme (2 bis 3 mal pro Woche) klappt es besser mit den Bestellungen. Kleine extra Wünsche werden erfüllt 👍 Weiter so 😀

Beim rausgehen, kam mir ein Mitarbeiter entgegen von draußen und hat mich angerempelt. Ich hatte heißen Kaffee in der Hand der umgeschüttet ist, eine Entschuldigung wäre angebracht gewesen. War aber anscheinend zu viel verlangt. Nie wieder.

Immer Voll wegen dem IKEA in der Nähe. Der Rest ist wie jeder andere Landen.

Ziemlich chaotisch! Essen fällt runter und wird aufgehoben und nicht entsorgt...

Die Filiale wirkte sauber und der Service war zügig. Allerdings waren die Milchshakes( 2 verschiedene Sorten)flockig und schmeckten sauer. Wir haben sie zurück gebracht und darauf aufmerksam gemacht, damit nicht noch mehr davon herausgegeben werden. Aber wir wurden nur gefragt, ob wir 2 neue Shakes haben möchten. Und als wir verneinten und noch einmal erklärten, das die Shakes nicht in Ordnung seien, wurde es mit einem Achselzucken abgetan und man ging wieder zur Tagesordnung über. Schade, bisher waren wir hier immer zufrieden.

Immerwieder fehlt was in der Bestellung zur Mitnahme was. Zum Beispiel ein Chicken Burger. Das ist dann echt ärgerlich und nervig.

Für die preise inzwischen eine echte zumutung, chaos trotz terminals und unentwegtes nerviges piepen, da sich niemand darum kümmert. Pommes mehrfach frittiert und milchshake nicht verfügbar. Für den Preis gibts woanders besseres!

Unfreundliches Personal Verkohlte burger Nicht zu empfehlen

Der Service war sehr gut, ich hatte beanstandet das der Burger zu kalt war und in kürzester Zeit war ein neuer fr8sch zubereiteter am Platz ohne eine Diskussion. Das nenne ich Kundenservice.

Essen OK. Bedienung schlecht, dauert lange bis das essen kommt. Ich habe das Gefühl die Mitarbeiter bekommen das nicht koordiniert. Tische leider oft dreckig.

Unfreundliches Personal. Meine Bestellung "zum hier essen" wurde irrtümlicherweise wie "zum Mitnehmen" verpackt. Als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, nicht nur hat der Mitarbeiter nicht angeboten, die Bestellung umzupacken, sondern probierte mir einzureden, dass ich doch "zum Mitnehmen" bestellt habe. Der gleiche Mitarbeiter hat kurz vorher vom privaten Handy an der Kasse telefoniert. Soweit ich weiß, soll sich McDonald's durch makellose Hygiene auszeichnen. Nicht aber diese Filiale, die Tische da sind auch dreckig.

Schlechtester McDonalds der Welt. 5x da gewesen 5x falsches Essen oder es wurde was vergessen. Die 7 € Burger werden kalt serviert. 5 Kollegen von mir haben genau die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht.

Filiale war relativ sauber und recht modern. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Essen war schnell zubereitet. Geht insgesamt besser, gibt aber meist ehr schlechtere Filialen.

Essen war schnell und in Ordnung, Toilette und Tische sauber. Leider keine Shakes, Maschine ist schon länger kaputt. Sehr schade, ich hätte echt gerne einen gehabt..

Tatsächlich ist dieser McDonald´s der beste, den ich in Bielefeld kenne. Essen ist immer warm und schmackhaft. Da habe ich schon deutlich schlechtere Erfahrungen an der Eckendorfer Str. gehabt.

Auf den Toiletten schwimmt es vor lauter Wasser und so, Seifenspender funktioniert nicht. Der Geruch von Urin ist sehr präsent. Ich fahr da so schnell nicht wieder hin.

Gehört für mich zu einem der besseren McDonalds Filialen in der ich so gewesen bin. Der Laden ist eigentlich immer gut besucht und das Personal als solches aufmerksam. Nachdem mir die Curly-Fries nur noch "lauwarm" serviert wurden, wurden diese direkt ohne große Diskussion mit mehreren Entschuldigungen ausgetauscht. So muß Service aussehen...

Schreckliche Bedienung. Der milchschake war abgelaufen. Als ich sie darauf ansprach würden sie sogar aggressiv.

Genau, wie man es erwartet. Kein kulinarisches Highlight, aber man wird (für den Moment) satt und kann sich für ne kleine Pause hinsetzen. Insgesamt nichts besonderes, aber ok.

Sind immer freundliche Mitarbeiter und flott. Mein Respekt.

Alles in allem bin ich zufrieden! Für eine System-Gastronomie alle mal gut.
