Very poor service! Items in the order have been forgotten repeatedly. You always have to double-check. When you complain, there's no accommodating response, and missing items are handed out carelessly. Unfortunately, my complaint wasn't properly understood. On top of that, you have to wait a very long time. Everything seems chaotic and hectic.

Once again we ordered extra cheese and cheese sauce. It came as expected, without sauce or cheese. The fries are always cold and inedible at the McDrive. You pay so much money for it and get no quality. I don't know if they can't read, but "zus" means additional and nothing else. It's a real shame. You want to eat there less and less, just because of the quality you get with navhhause at the McDrive.

Never again! Rude and employees who take you for a ride! The fries were too salty, and the employee at the drive-thru was insulting and pressured me to order quickly, even though there were no other customers there. The insulting words were my highlight.

Asked the cashier for two straws (since it was two drinks). He looked at me like I'd insulted him and was being a pain. Making such a fuss about two straws is unbelievable 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Worst service ever. It's a mystery to me how McDonald's hasn't had its license revoked yet.

It was good, just as it should be with MC. Great look after the rebuild.

I ordered two chocolate iced coffees (ordered separately). One had ice cubes that filled half the cup. The other didn't... You couldn't cancel the ice cream either. So I'm pretty sure they took a cup they'd already accidentally filled with ice... The manager was incredibly rude, yelling at me and claiming I should have canceled the ice cream (THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE)...

Unfortunately, in 90% of cases, the staff fails to serve the entire order. Items are almost always missing from the order! I have to check my order every time after it's served, and almost always (!) something is missing. And I'm not talking about a packet of mayo or something, but a portion of fries or a burger! It's really sad that they don't manage to pack orders completely. I recommend everyone check the contents in the parking lot at the very latest. Today, a portion of curly fries was missing again...thanks for nothing.

Even at McDonald's, you can see the "good employees" dwindling. They don't make an effort, are overwhelmed by the little things, can't tell the difference between caramel and chocolate, and drink lids are put on loosely or crookedly. In the US, you could sue the store for damages. Even minimum wage is too much for the work. Why don't you just open a self-service counter where everyone can make their own burger?

A restaurant chain known for its fast food. The food is delicious and is ready very quickly. The thing I don't like is their buns, which are too small, in which they serve various burgers, while it looks great in the picture. And therefore, when you bite into, for example, a Big Mac that has two patties, everything immediately falls out - totally impractical to eat. The rest is great; you get 0.5 l of juice of your choice, very affordable, with every menu you get a huge amount of fries.

The burger bun contained blue mold in several places. The health department should urgently conduct an inspection. This mold is truly dangerous for children and the elderly!

Since the renovation, it has a new look, which probably won't appeal to everyone. The entrance no longer faces the parking lot, but the offerings remain the same. The staff is trying hard, but it's very busy during peak times.

Terrible service. The staff can't handle the number of guests. This is what a caramel and Oreo McFlurry looks like. My cat cried more than it rained all day. I got this portion after specifically asking for more caramel.

Our experience with this branch is disappointing, we never eat there because it is too uncomfortable for us. Update: All employees friendly and punctual. Ordering on site went without any problems. After the renovation it will be “the most modern branch in Germany”, but I highly doubt that. In my opinion, the branch on Detmolder Straße is better positioned. Original: Only one employee of the 3 present was in the McDonald's uniform. The other two had normal jackets on. It took 20 minutes for 2 orders and they were mixed up. Luckily noticed in time. The employees argued loudly in a language I didn't know. The quality of the food ordered was good.

Today we wanted to grab a quick bite in Brackwede... The stupid ordering machine only works moderately, very slowly and repeatedly pressing it. We wanted to get the food to the table. There was NOTHING going on in the store, only a few guests. The following guests get the food, but not us. When asked you were bored pissed. They simply forgot to make our food... Now it's clear why it's only 3.2 stars. In any case, we won't go there anymore.

Catastrophe closed at 00:00 on Saturday only mc drive what kind of crap is this and the internet says it's open 24 hours a day. a lot of people were disappointed and went home 25 cars in front of mc drive line up to the street so I've never seen anything so stupid

The staff doesn't speak three words of German, the food is expensive and tastes...🤮 Please keep the receipt after ordering, as staff only bring half the price and then claim everything is fine. That was clearly the last time I entered McDonald's.

Good evening. Just been BADLY disappointed again by McD "Im Brocke".... Once again the goods were handed out incomplete, NO drink in the Happy Meal and cheap plastic bags instead of the book... But the price is right. In the future I will check all the bags in front of everyone!! 🤬

One of the worst branches there is in Bielefeld. Nothing fits in the store. Service is absolutely a disaster and the devices don't work properly either. If there are problems you are left to your own devices and when you order (whether take away or on site) nothing ever fits. You never get to eat on time because too much is forgotten and you have to enjoy your order cold. It's better to go to another branch. Otherwise there is a very high risk of getting into trouble with the staff.

Basically deserves zero stars. How come? Because you were there twice within a week and each time the order you received was incorrect. Starting with the children's juices that were missing, the toys were wrong, all the sauces were missing, the extra slice of cheese on the fish burger was missing, the burgers were cold or at most lukewarm and the chocolate ice cream ordered was more like vanilla ice cream. When I asked, I received some (not all) later. However, the book (instead of toys from happymeal) was completely soaked and wavy. Only the fries were warm and as expected. I don't expect high-class food at McDonalds, but at least the goods I ordered are warm. Considering that it is supposed to be one of the "most modern" branches in Germany, in my opinion everything developed rather negatively after the renovation. In any case, we won't be coming back. My money is too good for that if you don't even get what you ordered.

I ordered a milkshake with chocolate sauce and had to dig around to find a dollop of it in my cup. The Oreos were missing from the ice cream sundaes. Absolutely not a soul in this store. I would give 0 stars if it worked.

Once again today I was able to notice the friendliness of the employees. (Eronie off) The carelessness with which people are served here is really unbelievable. Anyone can have a bad day. But you should really think about whether you actually want to do the job. The food was freshly prepared and there was nothing wrong with that.

McDonald's just... Today I was in this Mc Drive branch and ordered for a good €22. After I had radioed pretty much every position several times through this American "can phone" until the McD employee seemed to understand everything, the disillusionment came on the second window: the salad dressing was wrong, the size of the fries was wrong and the nuggets were also miscounted! Now they already have a display at the order column and then it is not possible to show the positions straight away when ordering, but only the final amount?? - Embarrassing!🙈 If that were the case, you could possibly correct any errors straight away. When I pointed out the errors to employee #2, he showed me a receipt with the comment that this was my order. As a customer, I don't really want to hear that. If half of it doesn't arrive correctly when you order, it can hardly be written correctly on the receipt - that's logical, isn't it? So dear McD branch managers: If you're going to charge such exuberant prices for your things, then you should have enough money in your till to be able to afford sufficiently qualified staff. Incidentally, you are also welcome to invest in your hardware to enable the interested customer to have tolerable communication. It now works in the restaurant too. Unfortunately, this problem does not only affect this branch, but is symptomatic of McDonald's. The barrel has just overflowed here... Turned out super nice after the renovation! There are now 2 drive lanes, perfect for those cars that want to order take away. The atmosphere has become really nice.

When we asked for a straw for our grandchild, we were told "straws only for milkshakes." The employees are friendly, but if that's what they say, then there's something wrong with you! If it's not true, you can probably answer it yourself. Then next time it would be better to go to Bürgerking.

I ordered and received 2 double cheeseburgers. Not really hot, soggy, definitely kept warm longer. For the price I would have liked to have waited a little longer and gotten good "fresh" quality. That's enough for me for now for next year.

So if you want to go to McDrive and take a normal menu, you have to expect a wait of 10-20 minutes. What unfortunately happens far too often at this branch: Items are missing from the order. Recently ordered a voucher with 2 Big Macs, there was only one in the bag. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. Basically paid €12 for a BigMac with fries. So I can only give one tip: ALWAYS check your order (at least at this branch).

On Thursday I was on the evening shift at the restaurant (McDonald's) at around 6 p.m. The young southern man who served our disabled son and I was very, very friendly and that just has to be said. I was very pleased with the service and humanity, including in the general department next door.

It was rebuilt again, now 2 MC Drive switches. Communication is sometimes difficult and ordering appointments makes it more and more impersonal. The Big Mac was loudly warm. Well, you save where you can.

Less space after the renovation. It was very loud. The dark ceiling also makes the store appear darker and uninviting overall. As a pick-up person, you used to have enough space to lean on. Now you're standing in a line crowded to one side. The fries were undercooked and lukewarm. The entrance has been moved towards the street, but you still have to take Mc Drive to get to the entrance. Will avoid this McDonald's branch in the future.

In this branch I ate the worst fries ever and unfortunately I couldn't order tea because no one felt responsible for the McCafé. The tables were also very dirty. The employees seem unmotivated and the station where they sort the garbage was also dirty.

Everything is new, but a bit understaffed in the evenings. There still needs to be a little adjustment 👍🏻

Since the renovation there have been two lanes, but still only one person serves. Waited for a long time, felt even longer than usual. Wrong order received. The waitress was still making a private phone call in the meantime and had her game open on her cell phone. What else can I say about that.

"Germany's most modern MC's" Maybe that's true, but it doesn't turn a donkey into a racehorse. Unmotivated staff, cold food (as usual) and unclean trimmings. Even “fresh” cut flowers don’t get the cart out of the dirt. I'm going back to Dissen, my colleagues understand customer orientation and customer satisfaction.

Conversion from 1 to 2 access lanes, but still only one output. With only 6 cars, you're already starting to get your tires squared away. Attract more customers and keep service at the same capacity. Entrance no longer from the parking lot but via the street. That's not how it works. From fast food to waiting in line. Things work better at Burger King in Gütersloh and they also have two access lanes and only one counter for payment and delivery. It's not far from Brackwede either, I'll go there in the future. Never again Meckel in the Brocke.

12/2024 I thought the store was much better before the renovation than it is now.. 👎 The store has become smaller, seating options are limited and very dense, Order terminals next to the tables, service trolleys for the trays overcrowded and overall dirty..! 👎 Fries cold & salty as always 👎 Staff very quick and polite.. 👍 Large parking lot.. 👍 Outdoor seating available 👍

Many people here complain about the staff or the ambience or the food. I'm a local resident and I complain about the customers who take their food with them and then just throw it around. In and around the Bockschatzteichen, in the Trüggelbach and in the Grippenbach, along the entire Winterstrasse, there is McDonald's garbage everywhere. It is not uncommon to have to rescue a hedgehog, cat or other animal on a walk because it has gotten caught in the trash. These pictures on December 24th, 2024 on Winterstrasse, simply disgusting.

super modern and newly renovated McDonald's restaurant! Large terrace and very cozy dining area. Very nice employees! I would love to come back!
