The fries were fresh, the burgers were cold and soggy... so no crunchy salad or anything like that. I was there around 3:30 p.m. and there were hardly any people there. So there's something else going on. Staff really very nice.

Yesterday at 8:40 PM, April 2, 2025 An aggressive employee at the drive-thru. Rude. Cheeky. Doesn't help. Arrogant. We ordered the 905 crispy chicken meal. We asked the usual question. Does mayo come with it? He responded very arrogantly, cheekily, aggressively, and rudely. He doesn't feel like it. He said I don't know, no answer. No idea. It's going to be expensive. I've never seen employees like that before. It's a shame for Burger King; employees like that drive customers away. The customers never come back. One star too many. He deserves a minus star.

Dirty tables, windows dirty, floor was dirty too. Despite few customers. The food tasted strange, ordered two Sprites, both Sprites different taste?! Toilet was under water.

Just like Burger King is. Unfortunately you don't get any hot burgers or fries, it's not a unique case, it's happened several times

The best Burger King I've ever been to. I'm used to cold, stale food from Stuttgart. It takes a little longer here, but the food is fresh and hot. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

We had today Gyros with fries Great gyros but the tzatziki should be changed Gypsy schnitzel with third Unfortunately the schnitzel was made in the deep fryer and the gypsy sauce was a fried curry sauce, giving it a 5 out of 10 Then we would have a special frying roll with fries It was okay, nothing special but not bad either It's okay for when you're hungry

We ordered from Lützenkirchener Grill for the first time and were thrilled. We are 4 people who meet every Monday evening for a series evening. Since we were a little hungry, we scrolled through Lieferando and ended up at the Lützenkirchener Grill. I actually wanted to make my friends happy and asked for a heart to be painted on the pizza boxes. But what we received was incredible and we were speechless! Not only were there hearts in the boxes, even the pizza rolls were baked in heart shapes! And then they tasted good too. Simply unbelievable! It definitely brightened up our evening and we celebrated the event! Thank you for this highlight. We would love to order here again!

We are deeply shocked by the prevailing "condition." We were at the restaurant on Saturday and ordered half a chicken, three cheeseburgers, and six nuggets. The nuggets were inedible. Incidentally, the sauce was also missing. The half chicken was obviously too small and already looked quite dark. When we wanted to eat about 10 minutes later, the chicken was not only cold, it was also raw inside. To the point where it was still pink and not cooked through. I can overlook the chicken being cold, which of course shouldn't be. It apparently went into the bag already cold, otherwise it would have been at least lukewarm after 10 minutes. Furthermore, we are shocked that the three already prepared cheeseburgers that were in the display (judging by the taste, they had apparently been there for some time) were taken from the display, opened, each had two pieces of bacon (90 cents) added, and repackaged. No wonder they were ice cold. The meat was thin and as hard as rubber. We're not used to this "condition" from Kochlöffel. We've been going to the Ehrenfeld branch for over 30 years and have never had such a bad experience. Unfortunately, we threw the food away and didn't take a photo. Otherwise, it would have been a case for the lawyer and the health department. This can't be in Kochlöffel's best interest. We understand that they accept losses when it's busy. However, the restaurant wasn't very busy. These are simply cost-cutting measures that are being carried out at the expense of the customers, resulting in a shockingly poor quality. We won't be visiting the restaurant in Kalk again. We definitely do NOT recommend it!

When we heard about Mc Döner for the first time and got the flyer, I said come on, darling, we're ordering, how good that we did. Since then, we've only ordered from MC Döner. Been waiting for 2 hours, food still doesn't come, no one answers the phone, I'd rather order somewhere else

I won't eat there again. When we came in, the first table (a table for 4) was already occupied by one person. We then sat behind it. Then you could decide which was worse. Either the bestial stench of three-day-old sweat from the man at the table of 4 or the stench of the toilets, which always let out a very tasty fecal-like smell. Then we sat outside. Food was okay. Portions were generous. None of the hamburgers tasted like a hamburger. Strange sauce and ready patties. When serving, it turned out that the person working from the table of four... The service was nice and definitely understood everything you ordered... at least list it the third time. Therefore once and never again.
