Not again! Just because I'm not Muslim and don't speak Arabic, I was completely ignored in the shop

Customer service 0/10. I ordered food and it didn't arrive. Called the next day and was not understood on the phone. Money has been paid and not returned. Impudence!!!

Since there is always a queue at this kebab stand, I had to treat myself to one today. My conclusion: there are better kebabs in Munich. The taste of Maggi and a spice was too much for me (I think oregano) on the tongue, so that the taste of the sauces and the meat was lost. Given the portion size and price, I thought it was okay.

Leider sind die Burger und Pommes nicht richtig heiß/warm. Die Toilette macht auch nicht einen besonders sauberen Eindruck......es ist kein Wunder, dass in dieser Filiale nicht viel los ist, trotz guter Lage.....schade!

Underground unfriendly staff. I'm incredibly angry Announcement like “Roll up the windows” and then getting a completely mashed and bitten cheeseburger. What are these conditions? I have so much anger in me and I would like to write such incredibly unkind things. But in the end it's my own fault, who gets something to eat at McDonald's in Offenbach.

ICE COLD AND SHRINKED BURGERS RECEIVED VIA DELIVERY ORDER, 24 EURO FOR THETHE WASTE BIN. IT'S RUDE TO DELIVERY SUCH A DIRTY GIRL. IT WAS WITH YOU FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS, YOU SOLD FOOD THAT WAS EXPIRED, NO FRESH SALAD LEAVES, BUNS HARD AS A STONE, EVERYTHING INEDIBLE. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE IT. PEOPLE NEVER ORDER FROM THE STORE. WORST ORDER EVER! THIS HAS A CONSEQUENCES. WE REQUESTED STORE CLOSURE OF THE MAIN BRANCH!
