When I wanted to speak to the branch manager, he wasn't there. Instead, there was only one deputy who barely spoke German and obviously didn't understand me properly. When I asked about the cold fries, she just said that the fries can stay out for up to seven minutes. This didn't make any sense to me as the fries were really ice cold - like they had been sitting for much longer. To make matters worse, the representative wasn't even prepared to examine my concerns more closely or to accommodate me in any way. Very disappointing, I expected better service and quality.

So I call them again and then the NOT GOOD guy starts insulting me as "THE PLACE WHERE DIGESTED FOOD COMES OUT" and yelling at me and hangs up again. What the f? You should have your “food” introduced emphatically at the back.
