I don't really care about reviews as they are often very mean and not true. I should have listened to it here. I've never experienced a situation where I couldn't continue eating after 2 pieces of pizza because it was so disgusting. My friend's soul also went straight into the trash. It's a shame about the food, it's a shame about the money. Guys…how can you not be able to make pizza?! Then she didn't give any sauce. I asked “is the sauce already on it?” Because no package was given “yes, it’s already on it”. I only eat kebab pizza because of the sauce. Oof. That annoyed me. Then we were given 2 Fantas as we went out. I was so happy. Then saw that they expired in 2023 😂 Guys, what can you actually do

I visit McDonald's almost every day. I didn't notice any negative points. The service is very good and the staff is friendly. The coffee is excellent and the breakfast is not bad. The ambience only gets three stars because of the heating/ventilation, sometimes it's too warm and you sweat and sometimes it feels very unpleasantly cold from above on your neck. Overall recommended!

We waited forever and it got more and more crowded. The ladies easily spent 7 minutes per order, gossiping and discussing things in the back of the kitchen. At some point we got fed up and just left. If you want to eat there you definitely have to bring a lot of time, because unfortunately the employees are real sleeping pills. The location is good, easy to get to and the ambience looks like any other BK.

Somehow the quality is no longer the same as it was a few years ago. McDonald's has left the citizen king in Heilbronn far behind. The king deals in particular are just 2 soggy rolls with unidentified sauce and cheap dry fried onions.
