We were guests in your restaurant today with friends and children. Unfortunately we have to say that our visit was marked by extremely disappointing service.
Right from the start, five of us were seated at a table for four that was much too small. Our two polite requests for a side table were not only ignored - instead we were treated by several employees in a manner that was extremely unfriendly, provocative and sometimes even threatening in tone and demeanor.
The behavior was so inappropriate that under other circumstances we would have canceled the visit. We only stayed for the children's excitement.
It was incomprehensible that we were simply denied access to a small, additional, freely available table - even though several tables remained permanently unoccupied throughout our entire stay. The restaurant was at most 50% occupied.
Such treatment of guests is completely unacceptable and does not correspond in any way to what one would expect from a restaurant - neither in terms of hospitality nor professionalism. We strongly recommend that you train your staff accordingly or fundamentally reconsider who is deployed in direct contact with guests.
This was our last visit.
