Ordered burgers to take away. Unfortunately, the person on the phone was very rude and said, “Yes, let’s go, do it quickly.” It's completely okay to be under stress in the catering industry, but letting it out on customers is not okay. I had already picked out the burgers ahead of time, so my order of 4 burgers took less than 5 minutes. Too bad. The burgers were good so far.

Mega service and the best burgers for 1 year. We've been here before and it was just as good. The Onion Rings are awesome. The fries are crunchy and hot. And the sauces are awesome. My favorite is the Chilli Chesse. Burgers are juicy and fresh.

Clean and tidy, somewhat sterile atmosphere. The outdoor area on the street could be more comfortable. This causes dust and dirt to come over. The burgers are mediocre, but much better than at McDonald's and Citizen King.. There is still a lot of room for improvement. You can do better than that.

The twenty 8 Burger Restaurant is an absolute must for all burger lovers! I recently ate there and was completely impressed. As soon as you enter you feel welcome and are warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, making the visit pleasant from the start. The burger selection is diverse and creative. I ordered the BBQ burger and it was an absolute delight. The meat was perfectly grilled and juicy, the ingredients were fresh and the bun was fluffy. I particularly liked the fact that you can combine many ingredients according to your own taste. The side dishes, especially the crispy sweet potato fries, were also excellent. The service was quick and attentive without being intrusive. The team ensures that guests are satisfied and is happy to accommodate special requests. Overall, twenty 8 offers a great dining experience that I can only recommend to everyone. Everything is just right here – from the quality of the food to the excellent service. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Super delicious, unfortunately the garden at the front faces the street, but that's easy to deal with. The burgers are absolutely amazing and probably some of the best in all of Ansbach. The service was also very nice and attentive. You can also order food to take away/pick up. It works great and is well labeled so that everyone gets the right burger.

Best Burger in BurgerTownAnsbach. Super juicy. The best bun ever. But you have to be willing to afford 11€ for a cheeseburger 😐. Fries 🍟 4.50 or another euro more in the oh-so-great sweet version. I'll still come back. Are there actually people who eat their burgers with a knife and fork?

This was the tastiest burger we've eaten in years! The service staff was super nice and responded to every extra request. We sat outside and didn't miss anything. Ketchup and mayo were included free of charge and the dishes looked very high quality!!! The sanitary area was also clean and tidy. 100/100 points. We'll definitely be back with you on our next vacation in the region - we promise!

Attention vegans! Vegan burgers are offered, but they are not! The coleslaw, for example, contains egg mayonnaise and is on the “vegan” labeled Jack Sparrow Burger. The Kindney Spears also has a mayo-like sauce that I don't trust... I have no problem with restaurants choosing not to offer anything vegan, but if you do, do it right. And no, “a little mayo” is not OK! If I write halal on a burger, there can't be any pig in it. Edit: Since I can't respond to the owner, then so be it... Portraying myself as a liar is of course also an option. No, the chef didn't even know what vegan meant. Only your temporary help could help me. And yes, I heard the heated discussion between the two chefs and the assistant about the sauces. Maybe now you really have vegan burgers. I definitely won't try them.

Never again!!! Ordered by phone today. Since I'm pregnant and can't eat everything, I had a few questions (e.g. meat fully cooked, no raw egg in sauce). My husband wanted his burger without arugula and onions. On site I was complained about having taken too long to place my order on the phone. I should please order more quickly in the future, as there is a lot going on and they don't have time to be on the phone for longer! I didn't know what to say in such a rude way! We spent 51€ for 2 burgers, 2x fries and a side salad!!! paid. When we got home we discovered that there were onions and arugula on the burger. In terms of taste, it wasn't a highlight either. Definitely not worth the money! It's a shame, we were very hungry and were really looking forward to burgers!

Probably the best burger in Ansbach. The bun is very fluffy, the meat/haloumi just has a great taste. The service was also really nice and attentive and the service was very friendly. Unfortunately the shop is a bit small. Everything was great ✌️✌️

They really are the best burgers in town. It is a small bistro or take away. The owner cooks and serves himself and delivers great service. There are hardly any finished products and a lot of it comes from the region. The fries are also good, for me they would have been better with just salt (i.e. without the fries seasoning). I'd love to come back 😋

I recently ate there and the burger tasted terrible. The fries were very "mushy". But I had to wait about 50 minutes for my food. The staff was unfriendly, not like you would find in other restaurants. The building is very narrow. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant! I know I also don't know how the restaurant can be rated so well. I will never eat there again.

Top burger place! Delicious brioche buns and juicy patties. It tasted great and was very attractively presented. The staff is very friendly and personable. The store is clean and tidy. The guest toilet is very clean. So if I lived in the area I would definitely check out the menu.

Not the best burger in town. Checked the reviews and had high expectations. Staff were friendly but burger itself is overpriced. There is no fries coming with them and portions were small. Taste of the meat was not so good. For 2 burgers and 1 drink we payed 28€. Hope they will do better but i am not coming back for sure. P.S. Be careful and patient to not to burn your mouth like i did

This place really need to relocate to a bigger place because 4 tables and 3 parking spots is not enough! We had to wait some because someone ordered 10 burgers to go! And there was a seated party. But it really was worth the wait the burger was so so good! I got the one with the egg. It was so flavorful and juicy! Again if this place was bigger I’d give all 5 stars.

twenty8 burgers in Ansbach Good location with no visible parking spaces, the whole store is housed in a building similar to a garage, which means there are very limited seating options which are all in the draft when the door is open. That's not exactly pleasant. The burgers are of excellent quality, but the size of the buns is not really that big.

The presentations on your table attract attention with a warm welcome inside. The service is very good, of course the burger and the crispy fries are delicious. Great attention is paid to hygiene. Immediately after the meal, the table is completely cleaned and you can have a great time with the presentations where you can drink tea and enjoy comfortably. Thank you very much for everything.

One of the best burgers I've had in Germany. The flavor was deliscious(not a fan of cucumbers on a burger though). The service was good even though it was busy. It's really not fair to comment on the atmosphere as this place is mostly geared towards take out I would say.

Cheese & Egg Burger & Chilli Cheese Fries waren richtig lecker. 🍔 Super fluffiges Brot und saftiges Fleisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hat schnell den Tisch abgeräumt & abgewischt, damit wir uns setzen können. Es ist relativ eng & es riecht stark, aber der Grill befindet sich auch direkt im Gästeraum. Also lasst eure Jacken vllt im Auto. 😁🫶 Preise find ich auch sehr fair, 10,50€ für den Cheesy.
