Abnormal gut. Der Effekt beim servieren bis hin zum essen war alles lecker und gut aufgebaut. Die wartezeit idt wirklich gut. Habe nur knapp 15 Minuten für eine ganze sushi platte gewartet. Sehr zu empfehlen

Ich habe oft hier gegessen, ich habe alles ausprobiert. Heute war ich aber nicht zufrieden. Ich habe Ramen bestellt und in die Suppe waren Eierschale. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Die Service war früher besser. Wegen die Mülltonne stinkt es voll auf die Terrasse.

Unser neues Lieblingsrestaurant in Ansbach! Haben zu viert bei Mr An gefeiert und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung bis zum Abschied war alles super. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben und war auch bei Sonderwünschen flexibel. Das Essen war durchweg hervorragend – besonders das Rainbow Sushi und die knusprigen Tempura waren ein Traum. Auch die Bowls und die asiatischen Currys haben super geschmeckt. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, nicht zu laut und sehr einladend. Einfach rundum ein toller Abend zu fairen Preisen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend – wir kommen garantiert bald wieder! ❤️

Ein rundum gelungener Restaurantbesuch. Das Team überzeugt durch seine herzliche Art, professionelle Betreuung und hohe Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Gästen. Die Speisen waren nicht nur optisch ansprechend, sondern haben auch geschmacklich vollkommen überzeugt. Trotz unserer Gruppe von sechs Personen wurden alle Gerichte zügig serviert. Wer gutes Sushi schätzt, sollte diesem Restaurant definitiv einen Besuch abstatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Absolut empfehlenswert! War gestern zum ersten Mal bei Mr An und bin total begeistert! Das Sushi war frisch, geschmacklich ein Highlight und die Portionen wirklich großzügig. Besonders der Crunchy Roll und der Spicy Tuna haben mich umgehauen. Auch die vietnamesischen Sommerrollen und die gebratene Ente waren top. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, obwohl es ziemlich voll war. Das Ambiente ist modern und gemütlich – perfekt für einen schönen Abend. Preis-Leistung ist absolut stimmig. Vor Ort ist es kmmer sehr voll - liegt wohl am super essen ;) Tut euch einen Gefallen und macht takeaway denn das essen ist preiswert und super lecker.

Das Essen war solide (4/5 Sterne), der Service ebenfalls, und alles andere war fantastisch! Meine Piña Colada war warm und meine Pho war okay, daher die 4 Sterne, aber Personal und Atmosphäre waren großartig!

Ich war sehr beeindruckt. Gutes Sushi in Deutschland! Die Präsentation war erstklassig (10 von 10 Punkten). Mein Teller war wunderschön angerichtet und hatte einen niedlichen kleinen künstlichen Bonsai-Baum an einer Seite. Auf dem Teller unserer Tochter gab es einen kleinen Rauchgenerator, der den Tisch für etwa eine Minute mit Rauch erfüllte. Alles, was wir bestellt hatten, war köstlich. Der Oktopus war hervorragend, mit einer tollen Konsistenz. Das gesamte Sushi schmeckte hervorragend und war frisch. Der Service war gut. Angesichts des vollen Restaurants zur Abendessenszeit war die Bedienung erstaunlich schnell. Ich empfehle, für das Abendessen zu reservieren.

Ich war 2 mal dort ein mal für denn Geburtstag von meiner Mutter und ein mal für meinen Geburtstag, das essen war sehr lecker, hat zwar ein bisschen gedauert bis das essen Kamm, aber es hat sich sehr gelohnt.

Das war ein echt cooles kleines asiatisches Fusionsrestaurant, das meine Kollegen und ich auf einer Dienstreise entdeckt haben. Super Atmosphäre! Das Sushi und die Getränke waren fantastisch. Ich hatte Pho mit Huhn, meine Freunde Ramen mit Rindfleisch, und wir waren alle begeistert. Würden wir näher wohnen, kämen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren diese Woche Mittwoch mit Tischreservierung bei Mr An. Der Laden war um 19 Uhr voll ausgebucht. Spricht für sie, aber entsprechend laut war es auch. Unser Tisch direkt an der Heizung war unangenehm warm und eng zum Nachbartisch, die sich lautstark unterhalten haben und auch etwas störend war. Aber Menschen sind unterschiedlich. Zum Essen: Vorspeise Mangosalat und Sommerrollen vollkommen okay. Das Sushi kam zeitig - ABER und das geht gar nicht. Die Sojasoße war unübersehbar und vollkommen offensichtlich gestreckt mit Wasser! Dünn und ganz wenig salzig. Die warme Speise meines Mannes wurde vergessen und kam verspätet erst auf Nachfrage. Für kein uns kein Mr An mehr.

Ich war im Restaurant Mr. An in Ansbach und war rundum begeistert. Man merkt sofort, dass es sich um einen Familienbetrieb handelt – herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam vom ersten Moment an. Ich hatte eine Rinder-Phở, die wirklich hervorragend war: aromatische Brühe, zartes Fleisch und sehr gut abgestimmt. Die Portion war richtig groß und sehr reichhaltig, man geht hier definitiv satt und zufrieden nach Hause. Geschmacklich absolut überzeugend und frisch zubereitet. Fazit: Leckeres Essen, große Portionen und ein herzlich geführtes Restaurant. Für mich ganz klar 5 von 5 Punkten – eine echte Empfehlung für vietnamesische Küche in Ansbach.

We stumbled upon this unassuming restaurant by chance one Sunday at lunchtime and were absolutely delighted. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very inviting. We highly recommend it, and this was certainly the first of many visits. We even picked up a sushi platter to go for dinner.

I was there on November 4th, 2025, for a birthday celebration. We had a reservation for 10 people, but unfortunately, 3 canceled at the last minute. The staff reacted to this with an annoyed eye roll. However, the table that had been blocked was moved within a minute. So, actually, it wasn't a problem. The waiters seemed stressed and, at times, unfriendly. Not a single kind word or even a smile. I ordered a red curry. The menu described it as "medium spicy," but it was so hot that I couldn't finish it. The portion of rice that came with it was also a joke! What a shame! My friend finished her portion. She still had the last bite in her mouth, hadn't even put down her chopsticks, when the empty plate was snatched away from under her nose. The food, as always, was incredibly delicious! The restaurant was very crowded. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the hectic atmosphere suffers from the lack of cleanliness. The cutlery wasn't clean, the placemats were dirty, and a used glass from previous guests sat on the table throughout our entire stay. The staff was very friendly. Next time, I'll address these issues directly.

I always feel like when we go there, even with a reservation, we're not reserved a spot for ourselves, but are just seated somewhere. The vegetarian/vegan options are labeled as such, but then are they marked with references to animal products? Only when we asked and the waiter subsequently paid attention did we begin to believe that the food was prepared vegetarian/vegan. Contamination in the kitchen can happen, but it should be communicated accordingly and not be addressed with confusion and irritated reactions from the staff. Not every vegan/vegetarian chooses this lifestyle voluntarily; it can also be due to intolerance, etc.

This place is extremely magical to me. I've experienced so much there. I've cried there, I've laughed there, I've met good friends there, and I ended my relationship there because the sushi gave me so much courage and support. Thank you so much.

Nice ambiance. Great drink selection. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the sushi. The fact that the contents stick out at the top and the rolls are so loosely wrapped that they don't even make it to the plate isn't my thing at all. In my opinion, sushi is all about precision, and excess contents should be trimmed off. It's not for nothing that Japanese sushi masters take many years to perfect it. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, no question. I was only bothered by the appearance and the way the rolls fell apart.

My husband and I had dinner here yesterday. We waited about five minutes for our reserved table. The waitress then brought us to a table directly next to the restroom entrance. I sat with my back turned, right next to the restroom entrance, while my husband could only see into the restroom. People kept walking past us, and the restroom door slammed loudly the whole time. Who wants to eat like that? Then the waitress came. We asked for a different table. They didn't like that. Nevertheless, we got a different table. More than three tables in the restaurant had become available and were standing empty. Next to us was a wall decoration. It was covered in cobwebs and dust. Absolutely filthy. Finally, our food arrived. The waitress served it cold. They were probably offended by the table change. My husband had sushi. The taste was nothing special. I ordered the chicken with peanut sauce. It was quite spicy, even though it wasn't listed as such. The vegetables were raw! The pieces were large and hard. They should have been smaller and firmer. No matter where I bit into it, it just crackled. Totally disappointing. I also have to mention that the restaurant's kitchen is open. Anyone can see in. The smells spread throughout the entire restaurant. The chef there was making loud noises. And it wasn't very clean inside. All in all, it's really awful. We'll definitely never be back!!!

A must-visit for fans of Asian food. The service is perfect, the food tastes amazing, and the wait time is really reasonable. Reserving a table is essential, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Excellent food! It arrived very quickly and was incredibly delicious! 4 stars for the service because the staff was a bit uncoordinated. There were three people serving, and everyone was doing everything, instead of the usual assigned tables. Maybe rethink the concept. Otherwise, a great restaurant with reasonable prices for the food! One small criticism: the mojito was a bit weak.

My last visit to Mr. An in Ansbach was on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. The food, especially the sushi, is always fantastic—fresh, delicious, and honestly, something I would recommend to anyone. It even came super quickly, which was a good start. But then came the hitch. I had an appointment, so I asked if they could expedite my order, and they promised it would be ready in just 15 minutes. Great, right? Nope. The red curry dishes took a whopping 45 minutes to even show up. And when I asked, not once but twice, the staff just shrugged and basically said, "Yeah, the kitchen screwed up, we know." As if I wasn't even allowed to complain. That really annoyed me. Then the curry itself was a disappointment. The menu said "slightly spicy," but it had a lot of punch. And the portions? Tiny. A measly bit of rice, chicken, and vegetables. I totally regretted ordering that. So, while Mr. An's food is still top-notch, especially with the sushi, the slow, indifferent service this time really soured the whole experience. It's frustrating when good food is undermined by such a clear lack of care.

July 2025 I love this restaurant. 😍 Great food and really well prepared. Ordered food is served quickly. Very friendly staff. I can recommend the homemade lime and mint drink. Plenty of outdoor seating, but unfortunately right on the main road. Still a nice place to sit. The restaurant is a bit cramped. Not suitable for large groups.

Overall, the atmosphere is nice, and you can definitely go there for dinner. The service is generally friendly, though a bit inexperienced at times. The food looks and tastes amazing, but for me personally, it lacks a bit of seasoning. It's not exactly mind-blowing, but it's tasty, but just average.

The food is truly excellent, but the service, unfortunately, isn't. After our first drinks arrived and then the food arrived, we were no longer noticed. It's a shame 🤷🏼‍♀️ But given the prices (which are actually quite reasonable for the food!), I'm not going to chase the waiter for another drink or the menu for a possible dessert.

The food was absolutely delicious and excellent! The service left a lot to be desired. It took ages for our order to be taken. The drinks were delayed. The dishes often had broken pieces, which isn't something you'd expect from a restaurant.

We were guests in your restaurant today with friends and children. Unfortunately we have to say that our visit was marked by extremely disappointing service. Right from the start, five of us were seated at a table for four that was much too small. Our two polite requests for a side table were not only ignored - instead we were treated by several employees in a manner that was extremely unfriendly, provocative and sometimes even threatening in tone and demeanor. The behavior was so inappropriate that under other circumstances we would have canceled the visit. We only stayed for the children's excitement. It was incomprehensible that we were simply denied access to a small, additional, freely available table - even though several tables remained permanently unoccupied throughout our entire stay. The restaurant was at most 50% occupied. Such treatment of guests is completely unacceptable and does not correspond in any way to what one would expect from a restaurant - neither in terms of hospitality nor professionalism. We strongly recommend that you train your staff accordingly or fundamentally reconsider who is deployed in direct contact with guests. This was our last visit.

Overall the food was delicious. The portions are large. Salmon ramen is good. The tempura rolls are dry and the pieces are different sizes. Mochi in Bad Windsheim tastes better. The restaurant is in need of renovation, the furniture is worn out, everything looks a bit shabby, the toilet is not completely clean. Bad Windsheim is cleaner and the atmosphere there is more pleasant.

My friend had reserved a table for 12 people in advance to celebrate her birthday. When we (two guests) arrived a little earlier, we were unfortunately not seated at the reserved table because the restaurant apparently would have preferred to release a table from our row for other guests. After we discussed something with the waiter, we were reluctantly allowed to go to the reserved table. The service was not very accommodating and the waiter insisted that we call the birthday child to clarify when exactly the other guests would arrive and how many there would be in total - which I found to be extremely inappropriate. The food was good. After the meal, the birthday child was kindly given dessert on the house, but otherwise the service was disappointing. None of the other 11 guests were asked if they would also be interested in dessert or another drink. Overall, the service staff gave a stressed - sometimes even annoyed - impression. For a restaurant that hosts a special event like a birthday, I definitely expect more professionalism and hospitality. Unfortunately that was not the case in this case.

Two weeks ago, friends and I spontaneously called and reserved a table. The tables are so close together that if the person behind you gets up, you have to slam your chair into it. Or you can look directly at the plate from the next table. The food is tasty and beautifully presented, but in my opinion nothing “special”. However, the service that evening was bottom drawer. No eye contact, no smile, the food was somehow placed there. When we paid, we paid separately and although a friend had listed and paid for all of her dishes, one of them was still on the remaining bill. When asked if this had already been paid for, it was simply billed again without comment?! We wanted to see the bill that had actually just been paid, but it wasn't shown to us. We had food left over and wanted to take it with us. The plastic containers were thrown on the table with the words “to pack up”. And last but not least, we had to pay €1 per pack! Without us being pointed out. I think it's an absolute disgrace considering the prices aren't exactly cheap anyway.

We were guests here for the second time yesterday. This time we had our four children with us. Unfortunately our reservation was lost, but after a short wait we were offered a slightly smaller table. The staff is absolutely prompt, friendly and helpful. Drinks and food came to the table quickly. It was again really tasty and the children in particular were thrilled with the dry ice and the arrangement of the food. Just something was refreshingly different instead of pizza or roast pork. We'd love to come back

We recently went to Mr. AN again, it was very full, we had three different meals, no sushi. The food arrived within 10-15 minutes, which personally seemed strange to me given the very full restaurant. It was tasty, but nothing outstanding. What really annoyed us was the detox drink shown on the drinks menu for almost €6 for 750ml. We thought that sounded good and ordered the drink for two. What came next was a carafe with tap water, mint and lime slices (it didn't taste like lime or mint) which I found expensive for what it ended up being. My request to the owner not to deceive the customers is to simply write table water with mint and lime on the menu and €3.50 will be enough.

Had a salmon sushi platter and ramen. I would recommend the ramen. The sushi is tasty but not exceptional. However, the hot lemon drink was very tasty and the perfect drink for the cold season.😊

It has worn off a lot, there are cobwebs in the shop with fat spiders, things that have been ordered are often forgotten, the toilet is absolutely dirty, but so is the floor in the shop. And in the summer we were even served really bad and rotten tuna! When it was brought up, the male waitress took it away without a word, neither apologized nor offered a small aperitif to make up for it. When making the bill, we mentioned that it is an absolute no-go for a sushi restaurant to serve rotten fish and that you should be able to (also the waiter) know the color of the fish (it was whitish + smelly a little), the tuna has its absolutely raw reddish color. There was only a succinct answer; “So the boss said, that could be because the temperatures are high” - Please what? There was no better way to say it: absolutely no attention is paid to food quality and storage here!

As always, you can't disappoint when it comes to sushi in Ansbach.

The map is a journey through Asia. Su Shi from Japan, Kimchi from Korea, dumplings from China, Pho from Vietnam, fruity sauces from Thailand. The taste of the food is also authentic. We had fried dumplings filled with chicken and shrimp. As a main course, chicken and duck in a delicious mango sauce. A great new restaurant in Gunzenhausen that is worth a visit. We will come back.

I really liked the sushi there, especially the crunchy roll with chicken was my favorite. I ordered it again yesterday and my friend and I found out at home that the meat was gray, completely rotten and inedible. Before that everything was always great, that was the first time, but something like that shouldn't happen in a restaurant and something like that has to be checked and noticed when you cook with meat and fish and especially because this roll alone costs €10. This unpleasant experience makes you lose your appetite and you no longer want to eat there voluntarily. Too bad.

Ordered to take away. Unfortunately some of the food was cooked incorrectly. So we had to wait on site. Unfortunately the other food had to get cold. The breaded chicken is the reason why the health department should really take a look. Incredibly hard as a rock and the meat itself is almost raw inside. Inedible. There was nothing to compensate for the wait.

Have had a lovely evening. The plastic coasters didn't work for us at all. These smell really unpleasant and are very unhygienic! Leave this. Table definitely not cleaned properly from previous guests. Several residues present. Additionally some cobwebs on the wooden elements on the wall. Unfortunately, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We were unlucky with our table. Sitting extremely tight. Really direct contact (back to back) with the people behind us. Tables are also way too small for larger plates. Relaxed eating is different. The taste is very good, but by no means exceptional. Service was very good Prices reasonable. Give the restaurant another chance. But then with a different table.

A really great Asian restaurant in Ansbach. The quality is fantastic every time. I ate the ramen there the weekend before Christmas. Super delicious! The portion was also very large. The price-performance ratio is also very good. Any time.

I recently visited Mr. An Restaurant with my girlfriend, and unfortunately our visit there was less than satisfactory. We had ordered dish number 170, but unfortunately we were served the wrong dish. After we spoke to the waiter and politely asked to change the dish, we were refused. The waiter's reaction was not only unfriendly but also completely inappropriate. Today: One waiter (always the same) was very inattentive and ignored me. What was particularly annoying was that I ordered something (I arrived on time after it said it would take 20 minutes) and still waited at the door because he ignored me. Even though the waiter saw me and we even briefly made eye contact, he deliberately ignored me and just kept walking. This behavior is completely unacceptable in a restaurant that is supposed to care about its guests.

Everything about the food is beautifully presented and tastes good, but the service and drinks come at the same time as the food. The employees are stressed and annoyed about what is left out on the guests, you have the feeling of mass processing. There is a time window when you have to be away.... A relaxed evening with delicious food looks different for us...It's a shame
