Great restaurant with great staff. The location in the old town is ideal. We had a spontaneous meal there today and I have to say that I haven't experienced such friendly staff in a long time. There was great advice and the two ladies were open to various discussions. The food was great. Our son (8) thanked us personally for the lovely evening...there was also a great dessert for him 😄. The location is definitely worth a visit. All the best to you, keep it up!

Christina is amazing and will take care of you and make sure you are well fed and happy. The food is great and she loves seeing soldiers from Katterbach walk in the door. Tasty food, fair prices, great menu. I loved every dish that I ordered here.

Beautiful restaurant in the old town of Ansbach, furnished with great attention to detail. The food is excellent, reasonably priced and the portions are large enough for overeaters. Here the boss cooks himself, always fresh, even with additional dishes outside the menu. Everything is spotlessly clean. The service is managed brilliantly by the boss herself. She is always friendly, attentive and always has an open ear for the guests. We stayed in this original Franconian inn 5 times during our holiday week and were completely satisfied every time. Big praise to the Bratwurst Glöckle team👍👍

I would like to give more stars, unfortunately there are only 5. Since I had something to do with a friend near Ansbach, we spontaneously went here for dinner with our dog. We received a very friendly welcome and were given a nice place to sit. The service was very friendly, quick and accommodating. The food was excellent, the prices were reasonable. The ambience was also very nice. The crocheted “beer mats” were an eye-catcher and there were a lot of interesting things to discover on the way to the extremely clean toilet. If we didn't have to drive so far (250 km), we would definitely come more often! Absolutely recommended!

When I still lived in Ansbach we went there regularly. It tasted delicious every time. The meat was very tender and the boss is just a really nice woman.

We were at the motorhome parking lot by the swimming pool with our motorhome “Herbert” over the weekend. We looked at the restaurants in the city on Maps and we noticed the really great name of the restaurant “Bratwurst Glöckle”. So we called and asked if we could also order take away. This was confirmed to us. So all you have to do is march over and order. The restaurant was very busy at lunchtime. We ordered schnitzel with potato salad and the grill plate for 2. The landlady welcomed us very nicely. She was concerned that garnishes would not be possible on the take-away grill plate. But we said that the only thing that counts for us is the taste :).The landlady told us that with the rush, the order would take time. That was fine with us... So we were able to take a look at the beautiful old town in the meantime. The food was packaged great. Back in the motorhome we started eating... what can you say... It was just great. The sauerkraut with the seasoning, the great potato salad, and the meat and sausage quality were BOMBASTIC. We will definitely visit Ansbach again just because of the restaurant. To the landlady and team...KEEP UP.

A week ago, coming from Hesse, I celebrated my 75th birthday with friends at a festively set table! The food was very tasty and everyone was happy! As a native of Ansbach, I have known the Bratwurstglöckle, located in the middle of the city, since my early childhood, so - having lived in Hesse for almost 30 years - I stopped here for lunch a few years ago as a tour guide with a larger tour group. I always enjoy being a guest there!

You immediately feel at home. The inn is rustically furnished and the service is friendly and attentive. The menu offers everything you would expect from good home cooking. We had schnitzel, fish and cordon bleu, each with salad - it tasted very good. The portions were big! Plus a good selection of drinks. All in all highly recommended!

Es war sehr kalt in der Gaststätte. Waren wegen Cordon Bleu dort aber an diesen Tag gab es keine obwohl im Internet (Speisekarte)nichts davon stand.

We were guests here in autumn 2020 and we enjoyed it: the food and the ambience! :) Thanks again for the great hospitality this time - the bratwursts were so delicious with sauerkraut and some bread, plus some extra potato salad :) Price/performance is awesome! The dessert (I had ice cream with hot raspberries and my partner had the apple strudel) was amazing! And plenty!!! Thank you thank you thank you! Hopefully see you again next time!

Hallo 😊 Super tolles Restaurant. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Nicht nur die Kellner/innen sind sehr sympathisch, sondern auch die Wartezeiten auf das Essen sind sehr kurz. Ich gehe seit 2 Jahren zum Bratwurst Glöckle und kann wirklich sagen, dass das Essen sehr lecker ist, das Ambiente ist top und ich würde es jeden ans Herzen legen, dort mal zu Essen. Wirklich top. Wenn ich in Ansbach bin , gehe ich immer zum Essen ins Bratwurst Glöckle, ich kann das Restaurant empfehlen, es ist urgemütlich mit viel alter Deko ( aus früheren Zeiten) bestückt, mir persönlich gefällt das sehr gut Die Preise sind in Ordnung für die heutigen Zeiten, Preis Leistung passt jedenfalls, Service ist sehr gut , immer flotte Bedienung

If you want to try authentic German food this is the place in Ansbach. Everything that we had has been wonderfully delicious. The waitress, Cristina is always so nice and accommodating with our family. Every time we come to the restaurant we leave satisfied and the prices are very reasonable. Wir waren nach vielen Jahren mal wieder in Ansbach.Das Bratwurst Glöckle ist ein Muss. Das Cordon bleu mit Kartoffelsalat, oder die fränkischen Bratwürste sind einfach unschlagbar. Die Inhaber sind so herzlich. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Es ist ein gutes Restaurant mit lokaler Küche. Der Service ist freundlich. Obwohl es relativ voll war, wurde das Essen schnell serviert. Das Essen war gut. Das gemütliche Interieur sorgt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Man muss ein bisschen warten bis jemand kommt aber es lohnt sich dafür gute Portion für gutes Geld mit gutem Geschmack. Wir werden wieder da hin gehen

Wenn es 10 Sterne geben würde, hätte ich 10 Sterne gegeben. Essen sehr lecker, frisch, Beilagensalat auch mega gut! Service sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich. Was wir mitbekommen haben, werden auch Extrawünsche gerne erfüllt. Das Ambiente ist ein Markenzeichen. Viele antike Dinge sind in jedem Eckchen zu finden. Mit Liebe eingerichtet und was mir sehr wichtig ist, dass alles super sauber ist. Klare Empfehlung!!!

Wir waren heute zum zweiten Mal hier, die Chefin ist sehr freundlich und herzlich, da fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Das Essen war sehr gut, schön angerichtet und wurde zügig serviert. Das Gasthaus ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.
