A small, hidden restaurant in a residential area. We ate there for the second time today, and it was excellent again. We called ahead and asked about a table, and it was no problem. We had a bread basket, beautifully presented with bread, baguette, salad, and two incredibly delicious dips. For the main course, we had two vegetarian meatballs with salad and bread, and a schnitzel with mushrooms and fries. The staff were great to talk to; the atmosphere and ambiance are fantastic. In the summer, you can also sit outside. The prices are world-class, and there's something for everyone. We'll definitely be back. Next time, we'll be sure to take photos of the food, otherwise no one will believe how amazing and delicious it was.

I've eaten there several times with family. We were always completely satisfied. Food, location, staff and cleanliness top 👍. One thing should be clear, it is a garden restaurant and local cuisine. Then no one should leave dissatisfied.

Great food, really big portions, inexpensive, German cuisine, something for everyone, nice staff, food took a while, chef alone in the kitchen and we were there as a group.

Today we went for asparagus dinner, and everything was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly staff, great food for all ages, and a lovely outdoor area.

Ich habe mit meiner Familie eine sehr schöne Feier mit Übernachtung gehabt. Vom Kaffeetrinken bis zum schlafen gehen war alles super. Begonnen hat es mit der Bestellung. Eine sehr gute Beratung und Planung. Auch die Feier selber, alles Super. Essen sehr lecker, Bedienung schnell und die Räumlichkeiten auch sehr schön. Vor allem waren alle bis zur letzten Minute freundlich. Besonders gut waren auch die Zimmer, wie ein gutes Hotel. Ein sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

A very nice place with a beer garden. Right on the Elbe River, with mostly unobstructed views of the water. It's also a great place to take a break during your bike ride. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The food arrived very quickly and was absolutely delicious! I can highly recommend it.

Traditional German cuisine, like being taken back in time on both athmosphere and prizes. The schnitzel and pork knuckle are amazing and highly recommended.

Yesterday we stood in front of a locked gate, even though it was supposed to be open. It's a shame, we were cycling and very hungry.

The food was very good, as always! The "Bördepfanne" (Börde pan) is my favorite. The asparagus prices are also reasonable. We've been to the restaurant several times and always had a nice male server! Unfortunately, the female server was rather unfriendly and unmotivated. If they had been here the first time, we wouldn't have come back! Food just doesn't make up for everything.

We love coming here, the schnitzels are nice and thick and juicy like grandma used to make. After the main course and a delicious Pilsner Urquell on tap, I have never gone home hungry and if you want to really let it rip, you can order a Böttel. No frills, no overloaded menu, it's always worth taking a look at the changing daily specials and when mom made brawn it was always a celebration. Yes, there are little problems with the side dishes every now and then and the rule "don't order fries" but it can't be that bad if we keep coming back and are always happy and full at the end.
