I can't understand how this restaurant can call itself a scavenger hunt. I had a schnitzel that was quite unseasoned and prepared in the deep fryer. Conclusion: greasy and tasteless. For a Schitzelhaus I expect more quality and more passion when preparing schnitzel.

A really nice little location with an interesting history. The menu is limited in size, which is extremely good for the quality of the food. Beautifully prepared and adapted to the season. If you are looking for some exclusivity in Halle, this is the right place.

The restaurant is a bit old, but the service is very friendly and the schnitzels are very tasty. No frills, just decent, down-to-earth cuisine.

A very nice atmosphere and fantastic food, with particularly good and very funny service 😃. Soljanka, schnitzel, brawn and trout (we didn't eat anything else) are highly recommended, as with nuts.

We stopped here on our way through because of the good star rating, and we were not disappointed. Delicious, home-cooked meals, nicely presented, and plenty of attention for the children. We'd love to go back!

Very inexpensive and good cuisine

We were there for Christmas dinner today and unfortunately totally disappointed. The food was oversalted and inedible... more plates than food, carelessly prepared. And for 24 euros... half raw goose breast. As compensation, the dessert was free, which didn't improve the mood.

Went on a bike tour and stopped there. Were not disappointed again. Tasted great, everything was freshly prepared.
