You can eat excellently at Haus Brück. The fish soup and the mussels are our absolute highlights. The service is attentive and not intrusive. If the restaurant were larger and had a bit more space, more privacy from other guests would be possible. The service was absolutely first-class and incorporated many "old-school" elements! A small starter or soup is always served and most dishes are accompanied by an excellent salad plate. And all at a reasonable price. The restaurant is also recommended for festivities and out-of-home service for larger groups. Some of the readers of my review wanted to know whether you can order a buffet in the Schwemm. That's exactly what they're ideal for. For years we have been ordering our buffets both outside the house and directly from Schwemm. We were always very satisfied with the selection of the individual courses. The Mediterranean appetizer buffet is recommended here. The main course should not be missing Burgundy Roast and CurryWurst (very popular). When it comes to desserts, you can also get everything your heart desires. The varied buffet is discussed in detail with Kathrin according to the season. We are always amazed at the fair price for what is offered.

Yes I can. Good food at a high price level. Rack of lamb and salmon trout were very good. Restaurant was full at Easter. Operation is therefore “running mode”.
