Located in the heart of the old town, but in a quieter side street, the restaurant combines tradition and modernity. The food is good, home-style with a modern touch and seasonal daily recommendations. They have the best schnitzel here, I promise. The prices are fair, the audience is mixed from young to old. Both the party people who want to eat in advance as well as the "silver surfers" and business people. The outside area is casual (see photos). I think it's brilliant that the restaurateur (Christoph Söhnel) also took over the burgers from my former favorite burger restaurant (Stier Royal). By the way, there is a small boutique hotel above with just a few rooms. Very few people know this and you can still call it an “insider tip”.

Very nice service, the spit roast had a great crust and was very tender, but too salty for me. The currywurst wasn't my favorite either.

We were there for dinner with six people. It still has the aura of a village pub, which is definitely a positive thing. We ate mussels and schnitzel there. Everything was very tasty and plentiful at a good price Price performance fits.

I had lunch there today. There was a self-service buffet. Three different main courses, one of which was vegetarian. Anyone could take it. Everything tasted great. The service was super friendly. I was skeptical based on the previous reviews, but that was unfounded. I won't have to make sandwiches for my next training session as I'll definitely eat there again! And there's also delicious coffee...

After a long time, I ordered a portion of fries with curry ketchup and mayo. The fries tasted almost unseasoned, and the ketchup was mostly sour and watery. The mayonnaise was a French fry spread and tasted of what it's made of: chemicals. So, I'll be checking that box and not ordering again.

Constantly changing staff is not a good idea for a restaurant. The same owner is now called Markt 13, even if he has changed his restaurant name. Closed forever.

Good food and drink, good cuisine with a large selection and plenty of food, good conditions, good service, nice excursion destination for the whole family with children, playground for children, enough parking spaces, wheelchair-accessible entrance. The area invites you to take a walk. Weddings and birthdays are also celebrated there.

We were there yesterday and were very satisfied. Beautiful thin wavy fried schnitzel, juicy asparagus and delicious potatoes. Nice and fast service that always ensured that the empty glasses were quickly replaced with full ones. It was a very successful evening and I'm happy to give it 5 stars. I'll be back next week...
