The Kaiser is not just a restaurant but a rustic place where you can feel comfortable and have a relaxing evening with good food and delicious drinks. The staff is really friendly and always warm! Wishes are addressed and well-being is taken into account. More vegetarian dishes or dishes with chicken/turkey would be great. There is also more for vegetarians and people who don't eat pork or beef. Otherwise a restaurant you can really be happy with! :)

Mit dem "Kleinen Ketterer" hat das (für meinen Geschmack) bessere der beiden Pforzheimer Brauhäuser seit 1924 eine Dependance in Karlsruhe. Die Küche ist deutsch, Hauptgerichte liegen zwischen 16 und 35 Euro, es gibt einen günstigeren Mittagstisch. Der Service ist schnell und effizient. Wir sind mit acht Kollegen zum Abendessen in dem, gemütlich in dunklen Holztönen gehaltenen, Lokal. Ich entscheide mich für "Blutwurst (mit Bratkartoffeln und gemischtem Salat)". Der Salat ist frisch, das Gericht lecker, die Portion ist allerdings eher etwas für den kleinen Hunger. Insgesamt ist die Gruppe mit ihren Bestellungen zufrieden. Nice hotel, Badische style. Rooms are okay, beds a bit less, at least for us. We switched room, somehow better, but not too great. Food in restaurant is very good at good prices. Breakfast is buffet and nothing to complain about. S-Bahn 2 is 10 minutes walk and the 15 minutes into city centre. The staff is very friendly. I would come back here again for some nights fore sure. Specially for the ambiance. A+ for the quality!

We've eaten here several times, including for family celebrations, and it's always been excellent. Today everything was different; we waited a long time for the food. My Greek-style salad was more green lettuce than anything else. It had cheese cubes on top as decoration. The other salads had a cake fork hidden under the green salad. The dressing was almost entirely mustard. It wasn't worth the money.

I am amazed at the amount of positive feedback. After a long walk, I wanted to drink a freshly tapped beer. Unfortunately there was only bottled beer available that day. Somehow atypical for a pub.

Ich kann jedem empfehlen. Sehr gute essen, nette und kompetente Bedienung. Sehr gute Atmosphäre. Obwohl war voll Essen kamm sehr schnell. Es war ein gelungener Abend.

The lady who served the entire lobby area was fantastic in her understanding and execution of her duties! I've rarely experienced such a service person. And the dishes were of such high quality that they absolutely justified their prices. Examples? The salmon on a baked potato...the Greek salad...It's a shame I live too far away.
