I can't understand all the negative reviews because my husband and I have been there several times and everything has always been great. The food was super tasty and the service was very attentive and friendly, even today my main course was very salty, I complained about it because I really couldn't eat it, but without a negative facial expression it was promptly replaced and it was great again. Always happy 🤗🤗

The food was really delicious! You can order the ingredients conveniently via your mobile phone using a QR code. The service is quick and attentive. You can get your own drinks - there is a good selection of soft drinks and water, which is completely sufficient. Unfortunately, I have to take one star off: the access to the toilet does not look inviting. You walk past a kitchen entrance that is only separated by a shower curtain. The toilets themselves could be cleaner - the faucet is heavily calcified, the floor is sticky, and the stairs to it also need a thorough cleaning or even renovation. If this improves, I will give it a full 5 stars on my next visit! :)

We were there last night and the food was ok, unfortunately the service wasn't great right from the start, no requests, no questions about whether everything was OK, etc., but we wouldn't have complained about that either... Shortly after 10 p.m. we asked if we could still order desserts, the answer was, only ice cream, the kitchen had already been cleaned and nothing else was available, also ok. When my friend paid (by card) when we were invited, she didn't have enough cash... and neither did we, so we ended up with a tip of around €6... This was taken without a thank you, but we did get a bitter look. When leaving the restaurant, my friend went to the counter and asked the waitress if something was wrong or what the look meant and whether it was because of the amount of the tip? Answer, yes, they ultimately have to share it with others…. I'm really at a loss for words... Everyone decides about their wallet and their actions... and how they reward something... Nothing like that has ever happened to me in over 30 years of visiting restaurants!

Friendly service in a family atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food wasn't tasty and was lukewarm when served. The seating was slowly falling apart, and there was an unpleasant odor in the restroom. Unfortunately, that's unforgivable given the prices.

Unfortunately, Cocos has also missed its second chance. The food tastes okay, but the service and reliability leave a lot to be desired. With our first delivery order, we had to wait over an hour and a half instead of the advertised 40 minutes. Only to then discover that an important part of the delivery had simply been forgotten. At least they refunded us the money for the missing part. Now we're trying again, this time with a pickup. When we get home, we once again discover that a significant part of the food is missing (under the film, so it wasn't visible beforehand). The staff on site also seemed disorganized. Everyone was somehow taking care of everything. Some part of our food obviously fell by the wayside. What a shame; we'll look for an alternative.

Lots of seafood. Sushi and duck taste good super tasty

The location is very close to Düsseldorf train station. There are plenty of seats in the restaurant, and there are also large private rooms. The service staff are very efficient and can even predict the needs of customers. There are many special dishes, such as roast duck, Dongpo pork, stir-fried beef, and boiled fish. There are also many light dishes. To be able to operate in a Chinese restaurant environment like Düsseldorf for so many years (the exact number of years is unknown, but it must be 20 years), it must have its own unique business methods and special dishes.

I can only highly recommend booking a table in advance and then ordering the delicious dishes. The portions are very generous and the food is super delicious, and the value for money is excellent.

The food has always tasted good and was freshly prepared. The atmosphere in the snack bar is so-so, I had pre-ordered the duck with the fried noodles to pick up. When I got there I had to wait another 20 minutes... However, it's a real shame that the fried “Asia” noodles are just classic linguine pasta noodles from the netto next door... The food still tasted good
